Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of organosilicon elastomers for daily chemicals, and particularly relates to an organosilicon elastomer composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Generally, human hair grows at a rate of 14-16 cm per year, and each hair can continue to grow for 2-7 years. A new hair just growing out of the scalp is covered with 6-10 layers of Mao Xiaopi scales with protective effect outside the hair shaft, and the thickness of the new hair is only 3-4 mu m. Over time, the protection layer of the hair scales is damaged and falls off under the influence of nature such as wind and sun exposure and daily life such as carding, hair dryer and the like. For modern society people, the effect of hair is not only limited to physiological functions, but also more in cosmetic effect and social effect, and is a display mode of character of human body, so that hair dyeing and perming become an indispensable part of daily life of partial people in work, interpersonal communication and the like. However, this hair styling process can cause more severe, deeper damage to the hair. The damage caused by natural and human factors leads to the reduction of the moisture content of the hair, the degradation and loss of protein and other changes in physical and chemical properties, so that the hair becomes dry and forked, is easy to break, has rough hand feeling, has reduced glossiness and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to properly use hair-dressing and hair-care products to reduce hair damage and repair and care hair after it is damaged.
The existing commercial hair care products are mostly unsatisfactory in repairing effect on damaged hair after use, and the hair is easy to be greasy after use and poor in use feel due to the fact that more grease components such as acetylated lanolin are added in the formula.

Example 6
Example 6 provides a hair cream comprising the following ingredients: 10% of a silicone elastomer composition, 2% of carbomer, 1.5% of trehalose, 6% of glycerol, 8% of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.2% of methylparaben and the balance of deionized water. The silicone elastomer composition used in this example was the same in formulation as in example 3.
Example 7
Example 7 provides a hair care cream comprising the following formula: 20% of a silicone elastomer composition, 2% of carbomer, 1.5% of trehalose, 6% of glycerol, 8% of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.2% of methylparaben and the balance of deionized water. The silicone elastomer composition used in this example was the same in formulation as in example 3.
Example 8
The hair care creams of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tested for their hair restoration effect:
collecting hair bundles cut by volunteers, cleaning the hair bundles in vitro and drying for later use. The hair cream is used for treating the hair bundle in vitro, and then is washed by water and dried. The tensile force and glossiness of the hair tress before and after the hair care treatment are respectively tested, and the change rate is calculated through the front and back test data. A commercially available hair care cream was used as a control.
Change rate (%) = (post-process data-pre-process data)/pre-process data
Gloss test: the hair strands were finished to a continuous flat plane with a thickness of at least 2mm and the gloss of the hair plane was measured using a gloss meter.
Tensile force test: the tensile strength of individual hairs has a great relationship with the degree of damage, and the greater the damage, the lower the tensile strength, the more easily broken, so the tensile strength of the hairs can be used for evaluating the damage condition of the hairs. The test method is that a single hair tensile test is carried out on a tensiometer, and the test is carried out under the indoor condition of constant temperature and constant humidity.
The test results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the results of table 2, the silicone elastomer compositions of examples 1 to 7 were added to provide significantly better hair restoration effects than the silicone elastomer compositions of comparative examples 1 to 4, indicating that the silicone elastomer compositions of the present invention are more effective in improving the toughness and gloss of damaged hair.
Use cases:
40 middle-and long-hair female volunteers with perming and dyeing histories are selected, randomly divided into 8 groups, and the hair cream of examples 1-7 and the commercial hair cream are tried out for two weeks respectively. During the trial period, the hair is cleaned every two days, and after the hair is cleaned by using the same shampoo product, a proper amount of hair care cream is smeared, and then the hair is cleaned by water. Volunteers scored the product according to their sense of use, with a maximum score of 5 points, with higher scores being better. The evaluation results are shown in Table 3.
