0.25% of bionic amino acid, 0.2% of acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer, 19% of surfactant, 0.11% of hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer, 0.07% of PCA zinc, 0.12% of foaming agent, 0.3% of preservative, 1.5% of thickener and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the bionic amino acid comprises sarcosine and 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, and the mass ratio of the sarcosine to the 10-hydroxydecanoic acid is 1:1-1.5.

step two, cooling the mixed solution A in the step one to 55-65 ℃, adding the bionic amino acid, PCA zinc and a thickening agent, stirring by a stirrer, and simultaneously carrying out ultrasonic mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
step three, after the mixed solution B in the step two is cooled to 40-55 ℃, adding a foaming agent, a modified nano silicon dioxide synergistic graphene agent and a preservative, and then starting a stirrer to stir uniformly to obtain a semi-finished product;
and fourthly, regulating the pH value of the semi-finished product in the third step to 7.2-7.6, continuously stirring uniformly by a stirrer, and discharging after the temperature of the semi-finished product is reduced to 30-35 ℃.
Preferably, the temperature is raised during the mixing in the first step, the temperature is raised to 70-80 ℃ at 5-10 ℃/min, the homogenizing time is 5-10min, and the stirring speed of the stirrer in the first to fourth steps is 30-50r/min.
Preferably, the ultrasonic mixing process in the second step is to carry out ultrasonic mixing for 50-80min at the power of 250-350W, and the pH value in the fourth step is adjusted by adding citric acid.
Sarcosine: when used in shampoo, the product is prepared from Quillaja saponaria bark by extracting with hot water or aqueous ethanol, precipitating with diethyl ether or acetone, recrystallizing, and refining.
10-hydroxydecanoic acid: the oil control component 10-hydroxy-decanoic acid contained in the royal jelly is simulated through technical development, the production of grease can be controlled by reducing the number of active sebaceous glands and sebum secretion, and meanwhile, the royal jelly has excellent antibacterial activity.
The acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer has the main functions of antistatic and hair setting agent and film forming agent in cosmetics and skin care products, and through electrostatic adsorption, a small amount of the copolymer is deposited and coated on the surface of hair to promote the bulkiness of hair.
The hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer can condition and deeply repair damaged hair and hair scales, increase hair luster and smoothness, has good compounding property with a surfactant, and has high extraction safety from plants.
PCA zinc: the process of sebum secretion from the sebaceous glands is called seborrhea, and zinc PCA controls the secretion of fats, and zinc PCA is zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate, and shampoo containing the component plays a role in removing dandruff and is obtained by purchase.
Sodium cocoyl isethionate: the natural vegetable oil is derived, can be completely degraded, has better environmental protection, can provide rich and fine foam, and has excellent degreasing capability.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer and hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer are added, bionic amino acid and a surfactant are used together, and the combination of two cationic polymers enables shampoo to adhere to broken hair scales on the hair surface and form a hydrophobic barrier on the hair surface, moisture can be blocked on the surface by a hydrophobic membrane during shampoo, moisture is prevented from entering a hair core, the drying speed after shampoo is obviously improved, adhesion of hair after hair drying can be reduced, hair is enabled to be fluffier, the synergistic effect is achieved by adding the modified nano silicon dioxide to the modified nano silicon dioxide, graphene, silane coupling agent KH560 and sodium oxalate are matched by processing the nano silicon dioxide through chitosan solution, ball milling modification is carried out, and the optimized raw materials can be improved by adding ball grinding agent in ball milling to the optimized raw materials to the synergistic effect with a product system.

Comparative example 1.
The difference from example 3 is that no acrylamide propyltrimethylammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer is added.

Unlike example 3, no biomimetic amino acid was added.
Performance testing was performed on shampoos made from the products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3;
1. tester condition
60 female testers were selected, with an age distribution of 25-45 years, wherein the testers were non-gestational, non-lactating, non-menstrual beginner and non-menopausal.
2. Test method
Wherein 60 testers are randomly divided into 6 groups of 10 testers, and shampoo prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 is sequentially used in the A/B/C/D/E/F test group, and when the shampoo is used, the shampoo is used for washing hair once every two days and 30 days; the tester scores the samples according to his own use experience. The scoring criteria used a 10 point scale, with higher scores representing better results. Finally, the average value was calculated for each shampoo score, and the results are shown in the following table.
As can be seen from examples 1-3; the shampoo prepared by the invention has better oil control effect and dryness after being used, simultaneously prevents excessive sebum from being generated, keeps hair fluffy and improves hair comb property.
As can be seen from comparative example 1 and example 3, the effect evaluation after the use of the acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer is obviously inferior to that of example 3, the acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer has the advantages of setting after the hair washing, resisting static electricity, avoiding the disheveled hair after the hair is dried and improving the combing property of the hair;
furthermore, it was found from comparative examples 2 to 3 that the shampoo to which the hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer and the biomimetic amino acid were not added had an effect slightly better than that of comparative example 2, but the effects of both were significantly inferior to that of the present invention, as seen from the evaluation of the tester after 30 use.
The innovation point of the invention is that:
according to the invention, by adding the acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer and the hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer, and combining the bionic amino acid and the surfactant, the shampoo can adhere the broken hair scales on the hair surface and form a hydrophobic barrier on the hair surface, so that moisture can be blocked by a hydrophobic membrane to stay on the surface during the shampoo, the moisture is prevented from entering the hair core, the drying speed after the shampoo is obviously improved, the adhesion of the hair after the hair is dried can be reduced, and the hair is more fluffy.
Optimized embodiment
The addition amount of the modified nano silicon dioxide synergistic graphene agent is 7%;
the preparation method of the modified nano-silica synergistic graphene agent comprises the following steps: firstly, putting nano silicon dioxide into a chitosan aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 5% which is 4 times of that of the nano silicon dioxide, and uniformly stirring;
then adding graphene accounting for 4 percent of the total amount of nano silicon dioxide, 4.5 percent of silane coupling agent KH560 and 3 percent of sodium oxalate, uniformly stirring, washing with water and drying to obtain a product;
putting the product into a ball mill for ball milling modification, wherein the ball milling rotating speed is 750r/min, the ball milling time is 25min, and a ball milling agent accounting for 3.5% of the total amount of the product is added into the ball mill; after ball milling, washing and drying to obtain the modified nano-silica synergistic graphene agent;
the ball grinding agent comprises 2 parts of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 3.5 parts of lanthanum sulfate, 2 parts of sodium alginate and 15 parts of hydrochloric acid solution, wherein the mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid solution is 15%.
After testing, the performance of the product was further improved and optimized relative to the examples.

2. A hair care product for improving the post-shampoo hair drying speed and the bulk according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
0.25% of bionic amino acid, 0.2% of acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer, 19% of surfactant, 0.11% of hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer, 0.07% of PCA zinc, 0.12% of foaming agent, 0.3% of preservative, 1.5% of thickener and the balance of deionized water.
3. The washing and caring product for improving the drying speed and the bulk after washing hair according to claim 1, wherein the bionic amino acid comprises sarcosine and 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, and the mass ratio of the sarcosine to the 10-hydroxydecanoic acid is 1:1-1.5.
4. A hair care product for improving post-shampoo hair drying speed and bulk according to claim 1 wherein said surfactant is one or more of sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide MEA.
5. A hair care product for improving post-shampoo hair drying speed and bulk according to claim 1 wherein said foaming agent is sodium cocoyl isethionate.
6. The washing and caring product for improving the hair drying speed and the bulk after washing hair according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is one or more of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and p-hydroxyacetophenone; the thickener is one or more of sodium chloride and laureth-2.
7. The washing and caring product for improving the hair drying speed and the bulk after washing hair according to claim 1, wherein the washing and caring product is further added with a modified nano-silica synergistic graphene agent, and the addition amount is 5-10%;
the preparation method of the modified nano-silica synergistic graphene agent comprises the following steps: firstly, putting nano silicon dioxide into a chitosan aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 5% which is 3-5 times that of the nano silicon dioxide, and uniformly stirring;
then adding graphene accounting for 1-5% of the total amount of nano silicon dioxide, silane coupling agent KH560 accounting for 2-5% and sodium oxalate accounting for 1-5%, uniformly stirring, washing with water and drying to obtain a product;
then placing the product into a ball mill for ball milling modification, wherein the ball milling rotating speed is 500-1000r/min, the ball milling time is 20-30min, and the ball grinding agent accounting for 2-5% of the total amount of the product is added in the ball milling; after ball milling, washing and drying to obtain the modified nano-silica synergistic graphene agent;
the ball grinding agent comprises 1-3 parts of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 2-5 parts of lanthanum sulfate, 1-4 parts of sodium alginate and 10-20 parts of hydrochloric acid solution, wherein the mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid solution is 10-20%.
8. A method of preparing a hair care product for enhancing post-shampoo hair drying speed and bulk according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
firstly, mixing acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer, surfactant and hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer with deionized water, homogenizing, and starting a stirrer to stir until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;
step two, cooling the mixed solution A in the step one to 55-65 ℃, adding the bionic amino acid, PCA zinc and a thickening agent, stirring by a stirrer, and simultaneously carrying out ultrasonic mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
step three, after the mixed solution B in the step two is cooled to 40-55 ℃, adding a foaming agent, a modified nano silicon dioxide synergistic graphene agent and a preservative, and then starting a stirrer to stir uniformly to obtain a semi-finished product;
and fourthly, regulating the pH value of the semi-finished product in the third step to 7.2-7.6, continuously stirring uniformly by a stirrer, and discharging after the temperature of the semi-finished product is reduced to 30-35 ℃.
9. The method for preparing a washing and caring product for improving the post-shampoo hair drying speed and the bulk according to claim 8, wherein the temperature is raised during the mixing in the first step, the temperature is raised to 70-80 ℃ at 5-10 ℃/min, the homogenizing time is 5-10min, and the stirring speed of the stirrer in the first to fourth steps is 30-50r/min.
