Anti-dandruff composition, shampoo and preparation method thereof

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to an anti-dandruff composition, shampoo and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the consumption idea and the health consciousness are gradually enhanced, the quality requirement of the shampoo is higher and higher, the shampoo is required to have better decontamination, anti-dandruff and good repairing effects, and meanwhile, the components are natural and harmless to hair and health.

Although various Chinese herbal medicine components are safe and are not added in the traditional shampoo containing natural Chinese herbal medicine components, the single plant extract can not achieve the effects of deep dandruff removal and itching relief, and the dandruff removal effect is slow to take effect.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the problem that the traditional shampoo containing natural Chinese herbal medicine components cannot deeply remove dandruff and relieve itching, the invention provides the dandruff removing composition which can relieve itching, quickly remove dandruff and has good dandruff removing effect.

An anti-dandruff composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:

1-5 parts of ginseng root extract

1-5 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae extract

1-5 parts of ginger root extract

0.1-1 part of angelica root extract

0.1-1 part of cacumen biotae extract

0.1-1 part of polygonum multiflorum root extract

2-3 parts of butanediol

700 portions of epigallocatechin gallate glucoside

800 parts of lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein 700-

70-80 parts of camellia seed oil

30-40 parts of piroctone olamine salt

15-20 parts of hexamidine di (isethionate) salt

And 50-80 parts of water.

The anti-dandruff composition contains natural extract with effects of nourishing hair and removing dandruff, and chemical anti-dandruff component, and is matched with the natural extract. adding the phase A raw material into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃ to obtain a phase A mixture;

adding the phase B raw material into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain a phase B mixture;

when the temperature of the mixture of the phase B is reduced to 40-50 ℃, adding the raw material of the phase C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to 36-40 ℃ to obtain the shampoo;

wherein, the phase A raw materials comprise guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, chelating agent, preservative and water;

wherein, the raw materials of the phase B are sodium laureth sulfate, ammonium laureth sulfate, an acid regulator and ethylene glycol distearate;

wherein, the phase C raw material is essence and the anti-dandruff composition.

The preparation method of the shampoo is simple in process and suitable for industrial production.

In one embodiment, the phase a material further comprises polyquaternium-10; the phase B raw materials also comprise cetostearyl alcohol, sodium lauroyl sarcosine, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide MEA and polyethylene glycol 7M; the phase C raw materials also comprise amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, cetrimide, C12-13 alcohol lactate and trimethylolpropane tricaprylate.

The starting materials and reagents used in the following examples are, unless otherwise specified, commercially available conventional starting materials and reagents.

The lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein is a cosmetic hair product which is prepared by using hydrolyzed wheat protein and quaternary ammonium salt as main raw materials through modern biochemical processes such as impurity removal, decoloration, peculiar smell removal, quaternization, concentration, blending, sterilization and the like, and is used for nourishing, moisturizing, film forming, conditioning and the like. The hair dressing agent can form a protein protective film on the surface of hair to protect the hair, preferentially adsorb at the damaged part of the hair, has good repairing effect on the hair, can obviously enhance the tension and elasticity of hair fibers, can smooth the hair structure, enhances the luster, texture and smoothness of the hair, and obviously improves the dry and wet combing property of the hair.

The mechanism of removing dandruff and relieving itching of OCTO is that an external channel generated by dandruff is fundamentally blocked through the sterilization and oxidation resistance, so that dandruff and itching are effectively and radically cured, and dandruff is not temporarily eliminated apparently through degreasing and other modes, and one of the reasons that the OCTO property of removing dandruff and relieving itching is superior to that of like products is provided. OCTO is identified by foreign authorities to have very reliable safety to eyes and skin, no toxicity, no irritation and sensitization, and can not damage scalp, and can not generate alopecia or hair breakage in actual use. Hexamidine di (isethionic acid) salt (pf-95) is a novel water-soluble cationic antidandruff antipruritic, has broad-spectrum antibacterial and bactericidal properties, has very high bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties on various gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, mold and yeast, particularly on pityrosporum ovale causing dandruff, has very strong killing effect due to the unique structure of the pityrosporum ovale, and has very strong inhibiting and sterilizing effects on propionibacterium acnes causing comedos. Especially, the cationic property of the anti-dandruff shampoo can be used for generating adsorption effect on hair, so that the anti-dandruff shampoo is more beneficial to enhancing and exerting the anti-dandruff effect on the hair, and the anti-dandruff shampoo has the characteristic that other anti-dandruff lotions cannot have. Has very important and wide application in the cosmetic and other industries.

In a preferred embodiment, the skin conditioning agent is ethylene glycol distearate and guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride.

In a preferred embodiment, the skin conditioning agent is a combination of ethylene glycol distearate, cetearyl alcohol, C12-13 alcohol lactate, trimethylolpropane tricaprylate, trimethylolpropane tricaprate, amodimethicone, cetrimide, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, and polyethylene glycol-7M.

In a preferred embodiment, the foaming agent is selected from one or more of cocamide methyl MEA, sodium lauroyl sarcosine, cocamidopropyl betaine, ammonium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate.

adding the phase B raw material into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring the phase B raw material and the phase A mixture at 70-80 ℃ to obtain a phase B mixture;

cooling the mixture of the phase B to 40-50 ℃, adding the raw material of the phase C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, cooling to 36-40 ℃, and discharging to obtain the shampoo;

wherein, the phase B raw material comprises a foaming agent, an acidity regulator and ethylene glycol distearate;

wherein, the phase C raw materials comprise essence and an anti-dandruff composition.

In a preferred embodiment, the phase a raw material further comprises polyquaternium-10; the phase B raw materials also comprise cetostearyl alcohol, sodium lauroyl sarcosine, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide MEA and polyethylene glycol 7M; the phase C raw materials also comprise amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, cetrimide, C12-13 alcohol lactate and trimethylolpropane tricaprylate.

The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example is essentially the same as in example 1 except that no piroctone olamine is added to the anti-dandruff composition and the final shampoo is identified as B2.

Comparative example 3

The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example was substantially the same as in example 1 except that hexamidine di (isethionic acid) salt was not added to the antidandruff composition and the final shampoo was identified as B3.

Comparative example 4

The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example was substantially the same as in example 1 except that epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein were not added to the antidandruff composition and the final shampoo was designated B4.

Comparative example 5

Comparative example 6

The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example is essentially the same as in example 1 except that an equal weight of water is used in place of the anti-dandruff composition and the final shampoo is identified as B6.

The results of the tests are shown in the table above, and in the scores for both cleanliness and non-irritation, the creams of the other groups, except the example B6, exhibited good cleanliness with no irritation.

However, of the two indexes of dandruff removing property and itching relieving property which can embody the important functions of the shampoo of the present invention, the groups of examples A1-A3 are much better than the groups of comparative examples B1-B6. Among them, group B1 (without camellia seed oil), group B2 (without piroctone olamine), and group B3 (without hexamidine di (isethionate) salt) were poor in both anti-dandruff and anti-itching effects. The anti-dandruff shampoo containing the ginger root extract, the camellia seed oil and the chemical anti-dandruff agent has a good anti-dandruff effect, and is obviously superior to shampoo which does not contain the ginger root extract and the chemical anti-dandruff agent simultaneously. Among them, group B4 (containing neither epigallocatechin gallate glucoside nor lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein) exhibited poor smoothness, and it was confirmed that epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein had moisturizing and softening effects.

In addition, as shown in table 5, the B5 group was inferior in each score index, and a little flocculent precipitate appeared in the shampoo of the formula. The proportion of the components in the shampoo can influence the overall effect of the shampoo, and the components can be mixed together in a reasonable proportion to obtain the maximum synergistic effect, so that the shampoo can obtain the best effect.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

2. Use of the anti-dandruff composition according to claim 1 for the preparation of a skin care product having anti-dandruff effect.

3. A shampoo wherein the starting materials for the preparation of the shampoo comprise the anti-dandruff composition of claim 1 and other acceptable adjuvants in shampoos.

4. The hair wash according to claim 3, wherein the anti-dandruff composition is added to the shampoo in an amount of 2.0% to 2.4% in weight percentage.

5. The hair washing lotion according to claim 4, wherein the other adjuvants comprise the following components in percentage by weight:

20 to 25 percent of foaming agent

0.63 to 0.7 percent of essence

0.05 to 0.15 percent of chelating agent

0.1 to 0.2 percent of preservative

0.06-0.1% of acid regulator

2.3 to 2.5 percent of skin conditioner

And the balance water.

6. The hair wash of claim 5, wherein the skin conditioning agent is guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride and ethylene glycol distearate.
