The invention also provides a preparation method of the shampoo.
A preparation method of the shampoo comprises the following steps:
adding the phase A raw material into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃ to obtain a phase A mixture;
adding the phase B raw material into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring the phase B raw material and the phase A mixture at 70-80 ℃ to obtain a phase B mixture;
cooling the mixture of the phase B to 40-50 ℃, adding the raw material of the phase C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, cooling to 36-40 ℃, and discharging to obtain the shampoo;
wherein, the phase A raw materials comprise guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, chelating agent, preservative and water;
wherein, the phase B raw material comprises a foaming agent, an acidity regulator and ethylene glycol distearate;
wherein, the phase C raw materials comprise essence and an anti-dandruff composition.
In a preferred embodiment, the phase a raw material further comprises polyquaternium-10; the phase B raw materials also comprise cetostearyl alcohol, sodium lauroyl sarcosine, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide MEA and polyethylene glycol 7M; the phase C raw materials also comprise amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, cetrimide, C12-13 alcohol lactate and trimethylolpropane tricaprylate.
The preparation method of the shampoo is simple in process and suitable for industrial production.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1
The formula of the hair cream of this example is shown in table 1:

the phase B raw materials are as follows: raw materials with the serial numbers of 2, 4, 8 and 9;
the C phase raw materials are: raw materials No. 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22.
A preparation method of the shampoo comprises the following steps:
adding the phase A raw material into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 75 ℃ to obtain a phase A mixture;
adding the phase B raw material into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain a phase B mixture;
and when the temperature of the mixture of the phase B is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the raw material of the phase C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to 38 ℃, thus obtaining the shampoo, which is recorded as A1.
Example 2
The formula of the hair cream of this example is shown in table 2:

and when the temperature of the mixture of the phase B is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the raw material of the phase C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to 38 ℃, thus obtaining the shampoo, which is recorded as A2.
Example 3
The formula of the hair cream of this example is shown in table 3:

Comparative example 1
The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example is essentially the same as in example 1, except that camellia oil and ginger root extract are not added to the anti-dandruff composition, and the final shampoo is designated B1.
Comparative example 2
The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example is essentially the same as in example 1 except that no piroctone olamine is added to the anti-dandruff composition and the final shampoo is identified as B2.
Comparative example 3
The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example was substantially the same as in example 1 except that hexamidine di (isethionic acid) salt was not added to the antidandruff composition and the final shampoo was identified as B3.
Comparative example 4
The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example was substantially the same as in example 1 except that epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein were not added to the antidandruff composition and the final shampoo was designated B4.
Comparative example 5
The formula of the hair cream of this example is shown in table 4:

Comparative example 6
The formulation and preparation of the shampoo of this comparative example is essentially the same as in example 1 except that an equal weight of water is used in place of the anti-dandruff composition and the final shampoo is identified as B6.
And (3) performance testing:
this example tests the anti-dandruff and anti-itch performance of the hair lotions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6.
Experimental grouping: the subjects were selected from the group 25-40 years old and randomly divided into 9 groups of 10, each group having 1-8 hair lotions prepared from groups A1-A3 and B1-B5, respectively, and group 9 having B6 hair lotions as a control group.
(II) the use method of the shampoo comprises the following steps:
after hair is wetted, a proper amount of shampoo is taken to rub out foams, the foams are uniformly smeared on the hair, the finger abdomen is used for drawing a circle for massage, the hair is gently rubbed from the hair root to the hair tip for 5min, and then the hair is washed clean by clear water.
(III) test results:
and carrying out comprehensive scoring by adopting a civil survey scoring method. Every two days, each group of people washes hair for 3 months continuously, and fills out a trial rating table immediately. The using effect of each item in the scoring table is divided into 5 points, and 5 points are the highest points, which shows that the effect is very satisfactory; 4, the score is better and relatively satisfactory; 3 is acceptable; the following score of 3 is an unacceptable range, and the average score of each use effect is shown in table 5:

The results of the tests are shown in the table above, and in the scores for both cleanliness and non-irritation, the creams of the other groups, except the example B6, exhibited good cleanliness with no irritation.
However, of the two indexes of dandruff removing property and itching relieving property which can embody the important functions of the shampoo of the present invention, the groups of examples A1-A3 are much better than the groups of comparative examples B1-B6. Among them, group B1 (without camellia seed oil), group B2 (without piroctone olamine), and group B3 (without hexamidine di (isethionate) salt) were poor in both anti-dandruff and anti-itching effects. The anti-dandruff shampoo containing the ginger root extract, the camellia seed oil and the chemical anti-dandruff agent has a good anti-dandruff effect, and is obviously superior to shampoo which does not contain the ginger root extract and the chemical anti-dandruff agent simultaneously. Among them, group B4 (containing neither epigallocatechin gallate glucoside nor lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein) exhibited poor smoothness, and it was confirmed that epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein had moisturizing and softening effects.
In addition, as shown in table 5, the B5 group was inferior in each score index, and a little flocculent precipitate appeared in the shampoo of the formula. The proportion of the components in the shampoo can influence the overall effect of the shampoo, and the components can be mixed together in a reasonable proportion to obtain the maximum synergistic effect, so that the shampoo can obtain the best effect.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (7)
1. The anti-dandruff composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
1-5 parts of ginseng root extract
1-5 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae extract
1-5 parts of ginger root extract
0.1-1 part of angelica root extract
0.1-1 part of cacumen biotae extract
0.1-1 part of polygonum multiflorum root extract
2-3 parts of butanediol
700 portions of epigallocatechin gallate glucoside
800 parts of lauryl dimethyl ammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed wheat protein 700-
70-80 parts of camellia seed oil
30-40 parts of piroctone olamine salt
15-20 parts of hexamidine di (isethionate) salt
And 50-80 parts of water.
2. Use of the anti-dandruff composition according to claim 1 for the preparation of a skin care product having anti-dandruff effect.
3. A shampoo wherein the starting materials for the preparation of the shampoo comprise the anti-dandruff composition of claim 1 and other acceptable adjuvants in shampoos.
4. The hair wash according to claim 3, wherein the anti-dandruff composition is added to the shampoo in an amount of 2.0% to 2.4% in weight percentage.
5. The hair washing lotion according to claim 4, wherein the other adjuvants comprise the following components in percentage by weight:
20 to 25 percent of foaming agent
0.63 to 0.7 percent of essence
0.05 to 0.15 percent of chelating agent
0.1 to 0.2 percent of preservative
0.06-0.1% of acid regulator
2.3 to 2.5 percent of skin conditioner
And the balance water.
6. The hair wash of claim 5, wherein the skin conditioning agent is guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride and ethylene glycol distearate.
7. A process for preparing the hair cream of claim 6, comprising the steps of:
adding the phase A raw material into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃ to obtain a phase A mixture;
adding the phase B raw material into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring the phase B raw material and the phase A mixture at 70-80 ℃ to obtain a phase B mixture;
cooling the mixture of the phase B to 40-50 ℃, adding the raw material of the phase C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, cooling to 36-40 ℃, and discharging to obtain the shampoo;
wherein, the phase A raw materials comprise guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, chelating agent, preservative and water;
wherein, the phase B raw material comprises a foaming agent, an acidity regulator and ethylene glycol distearate;
wherein, the phase C raw materials comprise essence and an anti-dandruff composition.
