The preparation process of the shampoo comprises the following steps:
1. preparing water by using a deionized water device for later use;
2. cleaning and disinfecting required equipment and appliances;
3. a3 is dispersed with water in advance for use;
4. e-phase sodium chloride 7 is dispersed by water in advance for later use;
5. pumping A2 water into a homogenizing pot, adding A1 phase under a homogeneous state until the A2 water is uniformly dispersed without particles;
6. adding A3, stirring, adding A4, and stirring;
7. sequentially adding the B-phase materials into a homogenizing pot, heating to 90 ℃ while stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, and preserving the temperature for 20 minutes;
8. cooling to 65 ℃, adding the C phases in sequence, stirring uniformly, and continuously cooling;
9. cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding the D-phase materials, and uniformly stirring;
10. cooling to 40 ℃, sequentially adding the E-phase materials, and uniformly stirring;
11. cooling to 36 deg.C, sampling, inspecting, and filtering with 200 mesh filter cloth;
12. and warehousing after the inspection is qualified.

Claims (3)
1. A composite developed specifically for scalp care characterized by: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: the phase A comprises 100 parts of water and 40-60 parts of dipropylene glycol; the phase B comprises 2-5 parts of ginseng root extract, 1-5 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae extract, 5-10 parts of ginger extract, 2-5 parts of angelica extract, 2-5 parts of lateral bur leaf extract, 1-5 parts of polygonum multiflorum root extract, 5-10 parts of fructus viticis extract and 2-5 parts of gentian extract; phase C comprises polysorbate-205-10 parts, 1, 2-ethanediol 0.5-1 part, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.5-1 part and butanediol 3-10 parts.

A composite developed specifically for scalp care according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preparation process of the ginseng root extract, the rhizoma anemarrhenae extract, the ginger extract, the angelica extract, the bur leaf extract, the polygonum multiflorum root extract, the fructus viticis extract and the gentian extract is as follows:
ginseng root extract: pretreatment: cleaning fresh Ginseng radix, oven drying, and slicing; extraction: adding 10 times of deionized water into Ginseng radix for the first time, heating to boiling, maintaining the temperature, and extracting for 2 hr; adding deionized water 5 times the amount of the filtrate in the second and third times, heating to boiling, extracting for 1 hr, and centrifuging to obtain centrifugate; concentration: adding the ginseng centrifugate into a concentration tank, and concentrating to obtain thick paste; drying and crushing: vacuum drying the concentrated and condensed thick paste, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain light yellow Ginseng radix extract powder;
rhizoma anemarrhenae extract: pretreatment: cleaning dried rhizome of rhizoma anemarrhenae, oven drying, and pulverizing into coarse powder; extraction: adding processed rhizoma anemarrhenae into an extraction tank, adding 8 times of 75% ethanol, heating to 50 deg.C, extracting for 1h, adding 6 times of 75% ethanol, heating to 50 deg.C, extracting for 1h, filtering with 800 mesh sieve, and mixing the extractive solutions; concentration: adding the prepared rhizoma anemarrhenae extract into a concentration tank for concentration, and recovering ethanol under reduced pressure; drying and crushing: vacuum drying the concentrated and condensed thick paste, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain light yellow rhizoma anemarrhenae extract powder;
ginger extract: pretreatment: cleaning fresh ginger root, drying at low temperature, and slicing; extraction: adding processed ginger root into an extraction tank, adding 75% ethanol 8 times the weight of ginger root for the first time, heating to 50 deg.C, extracting for 1.5h, adding 75% ethanol 5 times the weight of ginger root for the second time and the third time, heating to 50 deg.C, extracting for 1.5h, filtering with 800 mesh, and mixing the extractive solutions; concentration: adding the prepared ginger root extract into a concentration tank for concentration, and recovering ethanol under reduced pressure; drying and crushing: vacuum drying the concentrated and condensed thick paste, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain yellow rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract powder;
and (3) Chinese angelica extract: pretreatment: cleaning dried radix Angelicae sinensis, oven drying, and pulverizing into coarse powder; extraction: adding the processed radix Angelicae sinensis into an extraction tank, adding 8 times of 90% ethanol for reflux extraction for 2 hr for the first time, adding 6 times of 90% ethanol for reflux extraction for 2 hr for the second time, and collecting to obtain extractive solution; ③ concentrating: adding the prepared angelica sinensis extract into a concentration tank for concentration, and recovering ethanol under reduced pressure; drying and crushing: vacuum drying the concentrated and condensed soft extract, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain light yellow radix Angelicae sinensis extract powder;
extract of lateral bur leaves: pretreatment: cleaning dried folium Platycladi, oven drying, and pulverizing;
extraction: adding the processed cacumen Platycladi powder into an extraction tank, adding 8 times of 60% ethanol for reflux extraction for 2 hr for the first time, adding 6 times of 60% ethanol for reflux extraction for 2 hr for the second time, collecting extractive solution, and filtering to obtain supernatant;
③ concentrating: adding the prepared supernatant of the cacumen biotae extracting solution into a concentration tank for concentration, and recovering ethanol under reduced pressure;
drying and crushing: vacuum drying the concentrated and condensed thick paste, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain light yellow folium Platycladi extract powder;
the polygonum multiflorum root extract: pretreatment: cleaning dried tuber fleeceflower root, oven drying, and pulverizing into coarse powder; extraction: adding processed radix Polygoni Multiflori into an extraction tank, adding 8 times of 75% ethanol, heating to 50 deg.C for 1 hr, adding 6 times of 75% ethanol, heating to 50 deg.C for 1 hr, filtering with 800 mesh sieve, and mixing the extractive solutions; ③ concentrating: adding the prepared polygonum multiflorum extracting solution into a concentrating tank for concentrating, and recovering ethanol under reduced pressure; drying and crushing: vacuum drying the concentrated and condensed thick paste, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain light yellow Polygoni Multiflori radix extract powder;
fructus viticis extract: pretreatment: cleaning fructus Viticis Cannabifoliae, oven drying, and pulverizing; extraction: adding the processed fructus Viticis negundo powder into an extraction tank, adding 90% ethanol with 10 times of the amount of the fructus Viticis negundo powder for reflux extraction for 2h for the first time, adding 90% ethanol with 6 times of the amount of the fructus Viticis negundo powder for reflux extraction for 2h for the second time, and collecting to obtain extractive solution; concentration: adding the prepared fructus Viticis Cannabifoliae extract into a concentration tank, concentrating, and recovering ethanol under reduced pressure; drying and crushing: vacuum drying the concentrated and condensed soft extract, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain brown yellow Mangifera indica fruit extract powder;

3. A method for preparing and using a composition specifically developed for scalp care, characterized in that: the method comprises the following preparation processes:
s1: preparing water by using a deionized water device for later use;
