Description

Plant essence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily necessities, in particular to plant essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Keratinocytes on human skin are renewed and differentiated every day and further shed, sebum is secreted from sebaceous glands, and water-containing substances are secreted from sweat glands to form a protective film, but the secretions are oxidized to become nutrition for bacteria, so that the bacteria increase, and therefore, the skin needs to be cleaned regularly. However, in addition to cleaning the outer cutin, the skin lipid membrane is damaged by cleaning, so that the self-barrier capability of the skin is reduced, and therefore, in daily life care, in addition to cleaning the skin, moistening and protecting the skin are also needed.
However, the skin care products on the market at present rarely adopt plant extracts as main functional substances, have more chemical functional components, and do not fully utilize the characteristics of nature, no stimulation and skin mildness of the plant extracts.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the plant essence, and the product aims at the moisture retention, oxidation resistance and anti-aging strategies of the skin, and combines the effective components of the plant extracts in a matching way, so that the plant essence has the effects of protecting the skin barrier and moistening the skin.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the plant essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of plant functional components, 0.1-1% of allantoin, 1-5% of 1, 3-butanediol, 1-3% of glycerol, 0.01-0.1% of EDTA disodium, 1-5% of betaine, 0.1-0.3% of carbomer aqueous solution, 0.1-0.5% of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.5% of preservative and the balance of deionized water; the plant effective components comprise a chickweed herb extract, a senna leaf extract, a cherimoya fruit extract, a trichosanthes kirilowii maxim root mixed extract and a bark extract of cortex magnoliae officinalis.
In the raw materials of the plant functional components, the chickweed contains flavone compounds such as orientin, vitexin, apigenin and the like; phenolic acids such as vanillic acid and ferulic acid, emodin, beta-sitosterol and other components, can inhibit NF-kappa B cell activity, promote activation of peroxidase-activated receptors, have anti-inflammatory effect, and have conditioning and antioxidant effects on skin; the folium sennae mainly contains sennoside and its derivatives, and also contains rhein, phytosterol and partial flavonoids, and the extract can inhibit activity of metalloproteinase, hyaluronidase and tyrosinase, and has effect of eliminating superoxide radical. Meanwhile, the whitening cream has the effects of moisturizing and whitening auxiliary agents besides the effects of synergistic anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects; the annona squamosa fruits are rich in components such as protein, sugar, vitamin C and the like, and also contain annonacin, annonaceous acetogenins and the like, can promote generation of mantle protein, improve skin barrier, enhance skin metabolism, and have the effects of activating skin and resisting aging; the radix Trichosanthis is rich in amino acids, and contains protein such as trichosanthin and trichosanthin, which can inhibit collagenase activity, promote cathepsin D activity, and enhance skin metabolism; the trichosanthes kirilowii root can also inhibit free release of histamine, assist in anti-inflammation, eliminate free radicals, promote activation of peroxidase-activated receptors and contribute to the efficacy of skin antioxidation; in addition, the composition can inhibit tyrosinase activity and synergistically whiten the skin; cortex Magnolia officinalis contains gallic acid, tannin, ferulic acid ester, and leucocyanidin, and has effects in inhibiting elastase and collagenase activity, relieving degradation of elastin and collagen fiber, and maintaining skin elasticity; in addition, cortex Magnolia officinalis also has antioxidant, anti-wrinkle, antiaging, and skin whitening effects. The plant functional components prepared from the raw materials have the synergistic effect of the active components, so that the plant functional components not only have the effects of moisturizing and resisting aging for a long time, but also have the effects of whitening and removing wrinkles.

Wherein, the effect of the product on the proliferation of the fibroblasts can be evaluated to a certain extent. The test method comprises the following steps: the skin fibroblasts were removed, digested with 0.25% trypsin and adjusted to a cell suspension density of 105 cells/mL, seeded into 96-well plates, 100. mu.L of each well was added dropwise, and the peripheral wells were filled with sterile phosphate buffer. The culture supernatant was aspirated after 24 hours in an incubator, 100. mu.L of medium dilution containing samples of different concentrations were added to each well, 5 concentrations of each sample were added, 6 duplicate wells were added to each concentration, and a blank set without samples was added. After culturing for 48h, respectively, sucking out culture supernatant, adding 100 mu L of DMEM culture solution into each well, adding 20 mu L of MTT solution with the concentration of 5mg/mL, incubating for 4h in an incubator, sucking out culture supernatant, adding 150 mu L of DMSO into each well, shaking for 10min on a shaking table, fully dissolving crystals, and measuring absorbance at 490nm by using a microplate reader. The test results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
