2. The anti-allergy restoration cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the industrial cannabis leaf extract to the gentian extract is 1: (2-7).

The anti-allergy restoration cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the industrial cannabis leaf extract is prepared by a method comprising: selecting industrial hemp leaves, putting the industrial hemp leaves into a potassium sorbate solution with the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5% and a citric acid solution with the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5%, soaking for 1-3 hours to soften the industrial hemp leaves, taking out the industrial hemp leaves after softening, filtering to dry, and soaking the potassium sorbate solution and the citric acid solution of the industrial hemp leaves for later use; adding the filtered and dried industrial hemp leaves into 80-90% ethanol, and extracting for 3-5 h under ultrasonic; then, filtering the extracting solution by using filter cloth, and then carrying out centrifugal separation to obtain an industrial hemp leaf crude extracting solution; mixing the crude extract with potassium sorbate solution and citric acid solution to obtain final industrial folium Cannabis extract.

The anti-allergy restoration cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein said centella asiatica extract is prepared by a method comprising: soaking centella into a potassium sorbate solution with the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5% and a citric acid solution with the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5% for 1-3 hours to soften the centella, taking the centella out after softening, filtering and drying, and soaking the potassium sorbate solution and the citric acid solution of the centella for later use; adding the filtered and dried centella into 80-90% ethanol, and extracting for 3-5 h under ultrasonic; then, filtering the extracting solution by using filter cloth, and then carrying out centrifugal separation to obtain a crude extract of the centella asiatica; and mixing the crude extract of centella with the potassium sorbate solution and the citric acid solution which are used before simultaneously to obtain the final centella extract.
5. The anti-allergy repairing cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the oat extract is prepared by a method comprising: 1) soaking oat raw material with alkaline water to remove impurities, washing with clear water for 3-4 times, air drying, and pulverizing;
2) sieving the oat pieces obtained in step 1) with a 50-100 mesh sieve, adding into a reaction kettle, adding 5-8 times of water, stirring at 70-80 deg.C for 15-30min, and adjusting pH to 6.5-7.5 to obtain a raw material solution;
3) heating the raw material liquid obtained in the step 2) to 110-.
6. The anti-allergy restoration cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the gentian extract is prepared by a method comprising: selecting radix gentianae, soaking the radix gentianae in a potassium sorbate solution with the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5% and a citric acid solution with the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5% for 1-3 hours to soften the radix gentianae, taking the radix gentianae out after softening, filtering to dry, and soaking the radix gentianae in the potassium sorbate solution and the citric acid solution for later use; adding the filtered and dried gentian roots into 80-90% ethanol, and extracting for 3-5 hours under ultrasonic; then, filtering the extracting solution by using filter cloth, and then carrying out centrifugal separation to obtain a rough extracting solution of the gentian roots; mixing the rough extract with potassium sorbate solution and citric acid solution to obtain final extract.
7. Cosmetic product comprising the anti-allergy repairing cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, in an amount of from 0.5 to 2% by weight of the final product, said cosmetic product being of the type of cream, serum or lotion.

The cosmetic according to claim 7, wherein the cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the anti-allergy repairing cosmetic composition of any one of claims 1 to 6, 0.5 to 2% of butylene glycol, 1 to 5% of xanthan gum, 0.1 to 0.5% of xanthan gum, 2 to 6% of sorbitol, 2 to 6% of squalane, 1 to 4% of C12-15 alcohol benzoate, 0.5 to 3% of dioctyl carbonate, 1 to 3% of cetearyl olivate, 1 to 3% of sorbitan olivate, 0.5 to 2% of cetearyl alcohol, 0.3 to 2% of shea butter, 2 to 5% of PEG-100 stearate, 0.1 to 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.05 to 0.1% of caprylyl glycol, and the balance of water.

The cosmetic according to claim 7, wherein the essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the anti-allergy restorative cosmetic composition of any of claims 1-6, 0.5-2%, ethylhexylglycerin 0.01-0.2%, sodium hyaluronate 0.3-1%, butylene glycol 1-4%, triethanolamine 0.05-0.2%, tocopheryl acetate 0.5-2%, carbomer 0.05-0.2%, allantoin 0.05-0.1%, potassium sorbate 0.1-0.5%, and balance water.
10. The cosmetic according to claim 7, wherein the toning lotion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the anti-allergy restoration cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the anti-allergy restoration cosmetic composition comprises 0.5 to 2% of propylene glycol, 0.1 to 0.3% of laurocapram, 0.01 to 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01 to 0.05% of xanthan gum and the balance of water.
