Still another object of the present invention is to provide a acne mark skin repair product.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the acne mark skin repair product.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the acne mark removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-0.15 part of carnosine, 1-3 parts of nicotinamide, 1-3 parts of panthenol, 0.05-0.15 part of asiaticoside, 0.5-2 parts of gentian extract and 0.5-2 parts of cactus stem extract.
Wherein, it is required to be noted that:
carnosine: beta-alanyl-L-histidine, naturally occurring in the human body, is a white powder, soluble in water, is a globally approved cosmetic ingredient. Carnosine can promote the generation of collagen, chelate metal ions, prevent the glycosylation of protein and inhibit the generation of crosslinking, can reduce the skin aging induced by ultraviolet rays, and has the effect of protecting the skin. The acne muscle is more easily damaged by ultraviolet because the barrier is weaker, the epidermal flora is unbalanced, the acne mark is left, the self-repairing function of the skin is not good enough, the acne pit is difficult to eliminate, the molecular weight of the myopeptide is small (226.232Da), the myopeptide is easy to be absorbed by the skin, the damage of ultraviolet to cells is reduced, the generation of collagen is promoted, and the acne mark and the acne pit are eliminated more quickly.
Nicotinamide has anti-inflammatory effect, and can inhibit poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP), and activation of PARP is an important mechanism of inflammatory reaction caused by endotoxin. Nicotinamide also inhibits a range of proinflammatory factors, such as interleukin-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin-1 beta (interleukin-1 beta, IL-1 beta), interleukin-8 (interleukin-8, IL-8), and the like. Meanwhile, nicotinamide can also reduce the activity of desquamation enzyme, reduce the activity of tryptase and plasmin influencing inflammation, and reduce infiltration of monocytes and phagocytes. When the cells are irradiated by ultraviolet, the self-repairing function of the cells can be excited, a large amount of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) can be consumed in the process, nicotinamide can reduce the consumption of ATP in the cells and provide energy for cell repair, and meanwhile, nicotinamide is a component of coenzyme I (NAD) and coenzyme II (NADP) and can influence the normal respiration and metabolism of the cells, so that the immunosuppression of the skin can be reduced, the improvement of the anti-inflammatory capability of the skin is promoted, and the repair of the skin at the acne mark part and the elimination of the acne mark are facilitated.
Panthenol is a hydroxy homologue of pantothenic acid, used topically as a cream, lotion or solution, at a concentration of 2-5%, as an adjunct to the treatment of a variety of skin and mucosal lesions. The partial formula, sold in europe, typically has a D-panthenol concentration of 5%, and in the us, the food and drug administration allows the sale of a formulation with a D-panthenol concentration of 2% for local relief of itching or to aid in healing of various skin diseases. The main effects of the D-panthenol formula are promoting epithelization, granulation and relieving pruritus, and promoting scar treatment and repair.
The asiaticoside has effects of inhibiting tyrosinase, inhibiting hyaluronidase, and promoting wound healing. The asiaticoside can cause the obvious reduction of the expression of a metal matrix protease inhibitor, promote the degradation of type I collagen and relieve the effect of scar hyperplasia by reducing the expression of TGF-beta 1mRNA for promoting the scar hyperplasia and simultaneously increasing the expression of TGF-beta 3mRNA for inhibiting the scar hyperplasia; the pathological effect of TGF-beta can also be inhibited and the proliferation of fibroblasts can be prevented by increasing the expression of Smad7 which inhibits R-Smads transduction signals. Asiaticoside can affect the ultrastructure of fibroblast, make the proliferation of fibroblast inactive and reduce the activity of synthesized and secreted protein, so as to attain the effect of reducing acne mark and pockmark.
The gentiana scabra bunge extract has an inhibiting effect on rhizobia, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like, and according to the research that a certain difference exists between skin flora susceptible to acne and normal skin, the gentiana scabra bunge extract has the effects of balancing skin flora and resisting inflammation when being applied to the acne mark removing composition. The gentiana scabra bunge extract used in the invention is a gentiana scabra bunge extract from the Yunnan Trijing area with the altitude of about 1700m, and has high altitude, strong sunshine and large temperature difference, so that the content of active substances of the extracted gentiana scabra bunge extract is higher.
The stem extract contains effective components such as flavone, polysaccharide, superoxide dismutase (SOD), vitamin E and vitamin C. The flavone content is higher, and mainly contains quercetin, rutin and other components, and the total content in dry matter is up to 0.65%, wherein the rutin content is a little lower than that of quercetin, and both of them have 3, 4-catechol structure, and the structure can enhance the antioxidant activity. The cactus flavone has strong antioxidant activity and shows quantitative effect relation on the restoration of acne marks.
Most of the usage amount of the niacinamide in the cosmetics is less than 5%, so that the intolerance reaction of sensitive skin to high-concentration niacinamide is avoided, and the discomfort reactions such as allergy or red swelling and stabbing pain are avoided. The asiaticoside, the gentian extract and the cactus stem extract are natural plant extracts, contain various antioxidant active ingredients, are not stable under the conditions of illumination and high temperature, and easily cause the problem of product discoloration in the product storage process when the addition amount is too large. Therefore, the synergistic compatibility content of each component of the acne mark removing composition needs to comprehensively consider the adaptability of the acne mark removing composition to users, particularly sensitive skin users, the repairing effect on the problems of lack of water and peeling of the whole acne skin, long-lasting acne marks and the like, the stability problem of the acne mark removing composition in the preparation process of a product needs to be considered, and the appropriate synergistic compatibility proportion is finally determined by comprehensively considering the complex influence of each factor from three dimensions.
