A method of preparing a fermented milk composition comprising the steps of:
1) pouring 130 parts of virgate wormwood herb, 85 parts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 32 parts of tallowss egg, 55 parts of eclipta alba and 18 parts of soapberry into a wet grinder for grinding treatment, wherein the grinding mesh number is 18 meshes, so as to obtain a paste for later use;

Experimental example:

the preparation method of the fermented milk composition comprises the following steps:
1) pouring 102-145 parts of oriental wormwood, 80-90 parts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 20-36 parts of tallowtree root, 44-62 parts of eclipta prostrata and 16-20 parts of Chinese soapberry into a wet grinder for grinding, wherein the grinding mesh number is 16-18 meshes, and obtaining a paste for later use;
2) pouring the paste prepared in the step 1), 4-6 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus and 3-7 parts of spore dissolving matters of the fermentation products of the yeast schizosaccharomyces into a fermentation tank for fermentation treatment, wherein the fermentation temperature is kept at 40-55 ℃, and the fermentation time is 60-120 days, so as to prepare the fermentation products for later use;

5) pouring the concentrate prepared in the step 4), 3-5 parts of tannin, 55-80 parts of horse oil, 8-14 parts of marjoram essential oil, 2-5 parts of oleanolic acid, 1-4 parts of tea polyphenol, 20-25 parts of isopropyl myristate, 15-20 parts of shea butter, 33-42 parts of hyaluronic acid and 6-9 parts of Arabic gum into an emulsifying tank for emulsification treatment, wherein the emulsification treatment temperature is kept at 40-50 ℃, the stirring speed is 60-80r/min, and the emulsification time is 3-4h, so as to obtain the composition.
