Example 5
An antibacterial and itching-relieving shampoo containing folium artemisiae argyi essential oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 5 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 2 parts of dandelion, 18 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 8 parts of C9-15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, 5 parts of potassium alcohol phosphate, 3 parts of PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, 3 parts of PEG-150 dilaurate, 1.5 parts of PEG-150 distearate, 1 part of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1 part of cocamidomethyl MEA, 0.5 part of disodium EDTA, 0.8 part of sodium chloride, 0.02 part of citric acid, 0.05 part of methylisothiazolinone, 0.02 part of magnesium chloride, 0.01 part of magnesium nitrate and 85 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the bacteriostatic itching-relieving shampoo containing the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix astragali, and herba Taraxaci with ultrasonic wave at 50KHz for 25min, drying in a constant temperature drying oven at 45 deg.C until the water content is less than 10%, and pulverizing to 85 mesh with a pulverizer to obtain Chinese medicinal powder;

An antibacterial and itching-relieving shampoo containing folium artemisiae argyi essential oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 4 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 2 parts of dandelion, 15 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 6 parts of C9-15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, 4 parts of potassium alcohol phosphate, 2 parts of PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, 1.5 parts of PEG-150 dilaurate, 1 part of PEG-150 distearate, 1 part of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1.5 parts of cocamidomethyl MEA (methyl ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 0.5 part of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 1 part of sodium chloride, 0.1 part of citric acid, 0.5 part of methylisothiazolinone, 0.2 part of magnesium chloride, 0.2 part of magnesium nitrate and 90 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the bacteriostatic itching-relieving shampoo containing the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix astragali, and herba Taraxaci with ultrasonic wave at 40KHz for 20min, drying in a constant temperature drying oven at 45 deg.C until the water content is less than 10%, and pulverizing to 80 mesh with a pulverizer to obtain Chinese medicinal powder;
(2) distilling folium Artemisiae Argyi powder with water vapor to collect volatile oil and residue, decocting the residue with water, filtering, collecting filtrate, mixing the filtrate with the residue, concentrating to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil, reflux-heating radix astragali powder and herba Taraxaci powder with 90% ethanol respectively, collecting extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain radix astragali extract and herba Taraxaci extract;
(3) putting deionized water, sodium laureth sulfate, C9-15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, potassium alcohol phosphate, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, PEG-150 dilaurate, PEG-150 distearate, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamidomethyl MEA and disodium EDTA into a reaction pot, mixing and heating to 70 ℃ to obtain a cleaning matrix;
(4) cooling the cleaning matrix to 40 deg.C, adding folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, radix astragali extract, herba Taraxaci extract and antiseptic, mixing, adding sodium chloride to adjust viscosity of the liquid, and adjusting pH to 5.5-6.5 with citric acid to obtain antibacterial and antipruritic shampoo containing folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil.
Bacteriostasis test
The bacteriostatic and itching-relieving shampoo containing the essential oil of the folium artemisiae argyi prepared in example 1 is selected and tested according to a microbial challenge test recommended by the international CTFA association.
1. The test method comprises the following steps:

(2) The preservative effect is still good, namely after three times of bacteria addition, at 7 days or 14 days after each bacteria addition, the amount of the survival bacteria is reduced to be not more than 0.1 percent of the initial concentration, and the sample passes the test.
(3) The preservative effect is poor, namely after three times of bacteria addition, the survival bacteria are more than 0.1% on the 7 th day or 14 th day after each time of bacteria addition, and the sample does not pass the test.
3. The test results are shown in table 1:

Trial test
1. The bacteriostatic and itching-relieving shampoo containing the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 1-5 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 1-5 parts of dandelion, 10-20 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 5-8 parts of C9-15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, 3-5 parts of potassium alcohol phosphate, 2-5 parts of PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, 1-3 parts of PEG-150 dilaurate, 1-2 parts of PEG-150 distearate, 1-2 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5-1.5 parts of cocamidomethyl MEA (methyl ethylene diamine MEA), 0.2-0.5 part of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 0.1-1 part of sodium chloride, 0.02-0.1 part of citric acid, 0.05-0.5 part of methylisothiazolinone, 0.01-0.2 part of magnesium chloride, 0.01-0.2 part of magnesium nitrate and 70-90 parts of deionized water.
2. The bacteriostatic and itching-relieving shampoo containing the folium artemisiae argyi essential oil as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 3 parts of radix astragali, 2 parts of dandelion, 18 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 6 parts of C9-15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, 4 parts of potassium alcohol phosphate, 3 parts of PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, 2 parts of PEG-150 dilaurate, 2 parts of PEG-150 distearate, 1.5 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1 part of cocamidomethyl MEA, 0.3 part of disodium EDTA, 0.2 part of sodium chloride, 0.08 part of citric acid, 0.06 part of methylisothiazolinone, 0.02 part of magnesium chloride, 0.01 part of magnesium nitrate and 80 parts of deionized water.
3. The preparation method of the bacteriostatic and antipruritic shampoo containing the artemisia argyi essential oil according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) respectively carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on folium artemisiae argyi, astragalus membranaceus and dandelion, then drying in a constant-temperature drying oven until the moisture content is less than 10% by mass, and then crushing to 80-100 meshes by using a crusher to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder;
(2) collecting folium Artemisiae Argyi powder, steam distilling to collect volatile oil and residue, decocting the residue with water, filtering, collecting filtrate, mixing the filtrate with the residue, concentrating to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil, heating and refluxing radix astragali powder and herba Taraxaci powder with ethanol respectively, collecting extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain radix astragali extract and herba Taraxaci extract;
(3) putting deionized water, sodium laureth sulfate, C9-15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, potassium alcohol phosphate, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, PEG-150 dilaurate, PEG-150 distearate, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamidomethyl MEA and disodium EDTA into a reaction pot, mixing and heating to 70-80 ℃ to obtain a cleaning matrix;
(4) cooling the cleaning matrix to 40-50 deg.C, adding folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, radix astragali extract, herba Taraxaci extract and antiseptic, mixing, adding sodium chloride to adjust liquid viscosity, and adjusting pH with citric acid to obtain antibacterial and antipruritic shampoo containing folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil.
4. The preparation method of the bacteriostatic and antipruritic shampoo containing folium artemisiae argyi essential oil according to claim 3, wherein the ultrasonic frequency of ultrasonic cleaning in the step (1) is 40-55KHz, the ultrasonic cleaning time is 20-30min, and the constant-temperature drying temperature is 45-60 ℃.
5. The preparation method of the antibacterial and antipruritic shampoo containing folium artemisiae argyi essential oil according to claim 3, wherein the volume concentration of ethanol in the step (2) is 70-90%.
6. The preparation method of the bacteriostatic and antipruritic shampoo containing folium artemisiae argyi essential oil according to claim 3, wherein the pH in the step (4) is adjusted to 5.5-6.5.
