Description

Antibacterial and itching-relieving shampoo containing folium artemisiae argyi essential oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemical industry, and particularly relates to an antibacterial and itching-relieving shampoo containing folium artemisiae argyi essential oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Shampoo, also known as shampoo, hair lotion, hair essence or hair cream, is the most widely used hair washing product at present and is one of the most commonly used hair cosmetics. It can be used for cleaning human body secreted oil, sweat scale, cells detached from scalp, foreign dust, microorganism, and residue and unpleasant odor of styling product, etc. attached to scalp and hair, and keeping scalp and hair clean and beautiful.
The shampoo in foreign countries began in the early 30's of the 20 th century. Prior to shampoos, people have primarily washed the scalp and hair with soaps, washing powders, etc., and then made liquid shampoos with coconut oil soaps, but soap-based hair washing products have many disadvantages, especially in hard water. Soaps using potassium fatty acid as raw material can form sticky precipitate when meeting calcium and magnesium ions in hard water, and residue which is not easy to clean is left on hair. Moreover, after washing hair with soap, the hair becomes sticky, non-glossy and not easy to comb. Liquid emulsified shampoo and cream emulsified shampoo made of sodium lauryl sulfate as base material are available in the early 40 th century. Compared with soap, soap and shampoo, the shampoo has several advantages: the foaming and cleaning capability is strong, and abundant foam can be generated even under the condition of hard water quality; easy to clean, and no unnecessary sediment residues are left; is milder than soap products. The shampoo in China is published in the early 60 s of the 20 th century, and is developed to the present, so that the shampoo becomes an indispensable shampoo product in the life of people.
At present, shampoo products on the market are various in types and different in functions, and mainly chemical shampoo is used. Since these shampoos mostly contain ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione, pyridone ethanolamine salt, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, and chemical agents such as silicone oil and cationic polymer, they have certain effects on hair decontamination, dandruff removal, hair moistening, etc., but they cause hair pore blockage and considerable damage to hair after long-term use. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the quality requirement of the shampoo is higher and higher. People not only meet the hair-cleaning requirement of the shampoo, but also hope that the shampoo brings more comfort and practical feeling. Nowadays, the functions and types of shampoo are five flowers and eight doors, but it can be seen that the shampoo is continuously developed towards the trend of naturalization, nutrition and curative effect. Therefore, the development of the compound shampoo of natural Chinese herbal medicines, plant extract and natural nutriments which have no side effect and have curative effect and nutritional effect has great significance.

(3) putting deionized water, sodium laureth sulfate, C9-15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, potassium alcohol phosphate, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, PEG-150 dilaurate, PEG-150 distearate, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamidomethyl MEA and disodium EDTA into a reaction pot, mixing and heating to 70 ℃ to obtain a cleaning matrix;
(4) cooling the cleaning matrix to 40 deg.C, adding folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, radix astragali extract, herba Taraxaci extract and antiseptic, mixing, adding sodium chloride to adjust viscosity of the liquid, and adjusting pH to 5.5-6.5 with citric acid to obtain antibacterial and antipruritic shampoo containing folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil.
Bacteriostasis test
The bacteriostatic and itching-relieving shampoo containing the essential oil of the folium artemisiae argyi prepared in example 1 is selected and tested according to a microbial challenge test recommended by the international CTFA association.
1. The test method comprises the following steps:
the bacteriostatic and antipruritic shampoo containing the essential oil of the folium artemisiae argyi prepared in the example 1 is weighed and is respectively added in the 1 st week, the 3 rd week and the 5 th week of the test, and the bacterial adding amount is 1 multiplied by 10 each time6-1 ×107The amount of the fungus is 1 × 105-1×106And sampling and analyzing the content of bacteria in the sample on the 0 th day, the 2 nd day, the 7 th day and the 14 th day after the bacteria are added, wherein the bacteria are one or more of staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, candida albicans and pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the mold is one or more of trichophyton schoenoprasi, microsporum ferrugineum, microsporum canis and trichophyton purpurea.
2. The evaluation method comprises the following steps:
(1) the preservative effect is excellent, namely after three times of bacterium addition, the amount of the surviving bacteria is reduced to be not more than 0.01 percent of the initial concentration at 7 days or 14 days after each bacterium addition, and the preservative effect of the sample is excellent.
(2) The preservative effect is still good, namely after three times of bacteria addition, at 7 days or 14 days after each bacteria addition, the amount of the survival bacteria is reduced to be not more than 0.1 percent of the initial concentration, and the sample passes the test.
(3) The preservative effect is poor, namely after three times of bacteria addition, the survival bacteria are more than 0.1% on the 7 th day or 14 th day after each time of bacteria addition, and the sample does not pass the test.
3. The test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 microbial challenge test
As can be seen from Table 1, the number of colonies on the 7 th day and the 14 th day after each bacteria addition is less than 100cfu/g, and the product has good bactericidal effect.
