Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and in particular relates to an anti-dandruff and itching-relieving shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shampoo is an essential daily necessity in life, and with the continuous improvement of living standard, people have higher and higher requirements on the shampoo. It is not only required to have good cleaning effect, but also required to have nursing and conditioning functions. China is the country with the highest shampoo production and sale in the world at present, the brands of shampoos in domestic markets exceed 3000, the market scale of the shampoos is estimated to exceed 200 million yuan, the annual average purchase frequency of household shampoos is 5, and the yield of finished Chinese shampoos reaches 40 million tons.
The following principles are referenced for the general shampoo formulation: the decontamination capability is moderate, and the foam is uniform and rich; the appearance is pleasant, the pearl effect is achieved, and the fragrance is fragrant and charming; the consistency is moderate; the product is slightly acidic, the pH value is controlled to be 6-7, and the product has no irritation to skin; has effects in removing dandruff, relieving itching, and caring hair; the conditioning and nursing performance is good, and the hair is smooth and soft and is easy to comb; has good moisture retention and can prevent hair from drying. From the viewpoint of raw materials of products, these effects are generally applied to these raw materials: the detergent is prepared from an anionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, glycol stearate, a cationic conditioner, emulsified silicone oil, a humectant, an acid-base regulator, an anti-dandruff agent, a thickening agent, a preservative, essence and the like, wherein different systems and functional points are different, and the choice of raw materials is different.
The problems of heavy mental stress, irregular work and rest, frequent insomnia and the like of people in modern society are frequent, and meanwhile, people come into contact with various chemical substances in life, and the health problem of hair also presents the trend of diversification and complication. Among them, dandruff increase, scalp itching, hair loss, dry and yellow hair and hair damage are the most common hair problems. Dandruff is medically known as pityriasis capitis, a fungal skin disease caused by malassezia. The mass propagation of malassezia on the scalp causes the hyperproliferation of the stratum corneum of the scalp, thereby promoting the abnormal falling of stratum corneum cells in the form of white or gray scales, and the fallen scales are the dandruff. The appearance of human body is seriously influenced by the occurrence of dandruff, the dandruff rises to the level of etiquette, and the normal life of people is also seriously influenced by scalp itching caused by dandruff. At present, the hair washing and cleaning products for removing dandruff and relieving itching are various in types, wherein most of the hair washing and cleaning products use a single antifungal chemotherapeutic drug as an active ingredient, and can cause damage to the scalp after long-term use. Some shampoo cleaning products also have a severe stimulation effect on the scalp, so that the nutrition of the hair is lost, the conditioning effect is not ideal, and the shampoo cleaning products do not have the function of conditioning the hair. Therefore, the search for the multi-effect dandruff-removing and itching-relieving shampoo which has the characteristics of dandruff-removing and itching-relieving effects, no irritation, oil control, refreshing, scalp conditioning and the like is a research hotspot at present.

Bacteriostatic effect of liquid shampoo on malassezia
Dandruff is a phenomenon of massive desquamation caused by excessive proliferation of scalp keratinocytes, and malassezia is one of the important factors causing dandruff production. The mass multiplication of malassezia on the scalp causes excessive proliferation of the stratum corneum of the scalp, thereby promoting abnormal shedding of stratum corneum cells in the form of white or gray scales. Dandruff build-up is a mild manifestation of seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp, which leads to severe dandruff and oily scalp due to the proliferation of malassezia, which in turn promotes the proliferation of malassezia. The inhibitory effect of malassezia is generally used as a method for evaluating the efficacy of anti-dandruff products.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: taking materials from normal human head with dandruff by adopting a shaving method, inoculating the materials into a culture medium plate, culturing for 10 days at 32 ℃, streaking various malassezia obtained on the same culture medium plate to separate out single colonies, and identifying and separating to obtain 3 typical malassezia furfur (respectively numbered 1, 2 and 3). Taking qualitative filter paper, beating the qualitative filter paper into a circular filter paper sheet with the diameter of 5mm by using a puncher, sterilizing by using pressure steam, taking a plurality of sterilized and dried sample pieces, respectively dipping a little of the shampoos of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 on the sample pieces by using sterile tweezers, and smearing the sample pieces uniformly as much as possible. Preparing activated malassezia furfur into 106-107cfu/ml bacterial suspension, 0.5ml bacterial suspension is evenly smeared on a culture medium plate with the thickness of 12 cm. Each plate was covered with 3 test specimens and 1 negative control (containing no test shampoo) specimen for a total of 4 specimens. After the sample is placed, the sample is lightly pressed by using sterile tweezers to make the sample tightly attached to the surface of the flat plate. The plate was covered, placed in a 32 ℃ incubator and inverted for 7 days, and the diameter (mm) of the zone of inhibition was measured and recorded with a vernier caliper. The results of the experiment are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 diameter of inhibition zone of shampoo to malassezia
As can be seen from the experimental results in Table 1, the anti-dandruff and anti-itching shampoos in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have good inhibitory effect on 3 strains of malassezia furfur isolated clinically. In addition, compared with comparative examples 1-2 only using chemical bacteriostat (piroctone olamine salt + zinc pyrithione) and only using plant natural bacteriostat (common cnidium fruit extract + lightyellow sophora root extract + cymene pentaol), the invention can play a role in synergy in bacteriostasis by reasonably compounding the formula of the anti-dandruff and itching-relieving composition, effectively reduces the dosage of the chemical bacteriostat, and achieves the effects of lasting mildness, anti-dandruff and itching-relieving without damaging scalp.
Hair washing deviceEvaluation of Water-based anti-dandruff antipruritic Effect
100 volunteers (age 30-50 years) with dandruff, scalp itching and other problems were selected and divided into 5 groups of 20 persons. Each group of volunteers used the anti-dandruff and anti-itching shampoo of the present invention (examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-2) and shampooed 1 time per night for two months. The evaluation criteria of the dandruff removing and itching relieving effect are as follows: obviously improves the symptoms (scurf is obviously reduced, the head itch problem disappears), has good effect (scurf is partially reduced, the head itch interval time is prolonged), and has no effect (the problems of the scurf and the head itch are not changed). The results of the experiment are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 evaluation of antidandruff and antipruritic effects
The experimental results in table 2 show that the anti-dandruff and anti-itching shampoo disclosed by the invention has a remarkable effect on reducing the number of dandruff and relieving the itching problem of the head. By adding chemical bacteriostatic agents and natural plant bacteriostatic agents in reasonable proportion into shampoo, the anti-dandruff and itching-relieving efficacy of the existing shampoo can be obviously improved, and the total effective rate of treating dandruff and scalp itching exceeds 95%.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications or equivalents may be made to the technical solution without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications or equivalents should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
