Description

Pure natural pH balance care solution and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of female daily necessities, and particularly relates to a pure natural pH balance care solution and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the development of personal care products, the consumer's awareness of self-care is increasing, and the demand for the care products themselves is increasing, and the demand is not only for some of the most basic functions but also for new practical functions, especially for the care products for female special skin, which have a basic skin-protecting effect, and in addition to the basic skin-protecting effect, also for cleaning, sterilization, deodorization, anti-inflammation, itching relief, prevention of some skin problems, and the like, which is a new trend of personal care development.
The female care solution is a commonly used maintenance solution in daily life, has the main effects of regulating the pH value, cleaning and sterilizing, and also has the beautifying effect in some female care solutions. The existing female care solutions mainly comprise two types, one is as follows: the medicinal lotion has the function of treating diseases, is usually compounded by a plurality of Chinese herbal medicine extracting solutions, and has the main function of treating various gynecological diseases and playing a medicinal role; the second is as follows: the female care solution with the functions of sterilization and cleaning mainly comprises a surfactant with the function of cleaning and a bactericide with the function of sterilization, and the main components of the female care solution are cleaning and sterilization.
However, after long-term use, the traditional female care solution is easy to destroy the female physiological environment, cause bacterial colony disorder and easily produce focus. Therefore, the trend of the future development is to find a pure natural pH balance care solution.

Evaluation of Performance
(1) Test of bacteriostatic Property
Respectively purifying and separating staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) and candida albicans (ATCC 10231), inoculating a single typical colony to a corresponding culture medium slant, washing down lawn on the slant by Phosphate Buffer Solution (PBS) after culture, uniformly mixing and counting to prepare bacterial suspension meeting the requirement of bacterial content.
5mL of the pure natural pH balance solution (PBS for positive control) obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative example 2 and 0.1mL of the bacterial suspension are added into a sterile test tube and mixed immediately until the time required by the design is reached. On the basis of thorough mixing, 1.0mL of the sample solution was inoculated into a sterile plate in 2 replicates and immediately poured into the corresponding agar medium which was thawed and cooled to 45 ℃ and mixed well. After solidification, each inoculated plate is placed at 37 ℃ for culturing for 48 hours, the result is observed, and the bacteriostasis rate is calculated. All experiments were repeated at least 3 times.
The formula for calculating the bacteriostasis rate is as follows: the bacteriostasis rate is (average bacteria number of positive control group-average bacteria number of test group)/average bacteria number of positive control group x 100%.
The experimental results show that: the pure natural pH balance care solution provided by the invention has a strong bacteriostatic action on staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans. See table below.
