The cypress essential oil is obtained from cypress, and is prepared by distilling fresh leaves and cones. Colorless or very pale yellow, with an amber taste that is woody and balsamic. The peppermint essential oil is extracted from herba Menthae by water distillation or subcritical low temperature extraction. The neroli essential oil is extracted from the white petals of the bitter oranges, the neroli refer to the white petals of the bitter oranges, the neroli essential oil is nearly transparent and light yellow, and the neroli essential oil has sweet flower fragrance and bitter aftertaste. The neroli essential oil has nerve calming effect, and can be used for treating insomnia, neuralgia, headache and giddiness. The neroli essential oil is rich in various whitening active ingredients, can lead out melanin formed in skin layer by layer under the soothing effect of aromatic factors, and can be discharged along with the metabolism of aged cutin, so that the skin is gradually restored to be white. The plant essential oil composition prepared from the components in parts by weight has better effects of sterilizing, diminishing inflammation, removing mites and removing acnes.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects, which comprises the following steps:
s1, crushing radix sophorae flavescentis, adding the crushed radix sophorae flavescentis into water, and obtaining radix sophorae flavescentis essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s2, grinding radix stemonae, adding the ground radix stemonae into water, and obtaining radix stemonae essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s3, crushing the scutellaria baicalensis, adding the crushed scutellaria baicalensis into water, and obtaining scutellaria baicalensis essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s4, crushing lavender, adding the crushed lavender into water, and obtaining lavender essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s5, mixing radix Sophorae Flavescentis essential oil, radix Stemonae essential oil, Scutellariae radix essential oil, lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil, cananga oil, herba Salvia officinalis essential oil, cortex Cinnamomi essential oil, Cupressus Sempervirens essential oil, herba Rosmarini officinalis essential oil, flos Pelargonii Hortori essential oil, herba Menthae essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, neroli essential oil and lignum Santali albi essential oil uniformly to obtain the plant essential oil composition.
The active ingredients of the radix sophorae flavescentis, the radix stemonae, the scutellaria baicalensis and the lavender are concentrated by the radix sophorae flavescentis essential oil, the radix stemonae essential oil, the scutellaria baicalensis essential oil or the lavender essential oil obtained by the steam distillation method, and the active ingredients are easy to absorb by a human body. The sophora flavescens essential oil obtained by the method is rich in various alkaloids such as matrine and flavonoid compounds, and has strong effects of astringing pores, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation.
Further, the step S2 specifically includes:
pulverizing radix Stemonae, adding into 5-8 times of water, soaking for 1-2 days, and extracting by steam distillation for 4-6 hr to obtain radix Stemonae essential oil.
The stemona essential oil obtained by the method contains various alkaloids including stemonine, isopulkenine and the like.
Further, the step S3 specifically includes:
pulverizing Scutellariae radix, adding into water 4-6 times of Scutellariae radix, and extracting by steam distillation for 3-5 hr to obtain Scutellariae radix essential oil.
The obtained Scutellariae radix essential oil has concentrated alkaloids such as berberine, and methyl coptisine, and has good antibacterial effect.
Further, the step S4 specifically includes:
crushing lavender, adding water with the weight 5-7 times that of the lavender, ultrasonically mixing for 10-30 minutes, and extracting for 5-6 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain lavender essential oil.
The lavender essential oil prepared by the method has the best effects of resisting bacteria, removing acnes and eliminating acne marks.
The plant essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes provided by the invention is applied to preparation of skin care products or other daily chemicals.
The plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects can be applied to preparing daily chemicals such as facial masks, facial cleansers, bath foam, perfumed soaps and the like.
The plant essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes, which is prepared by using radix sophorae flavescentis, radix stemonae, scutellaria baicalensis, lavender, tea tree essential oil, cananga odorata essential oil, sage essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, cypress essential oil, rosemary essential oil, geranium essential oil, mint essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, orange flower essential oil, sandalwood essential oil and the like as raw materials according to the monarch, minister, assistant and guide compatibility principle, can kill mites on the surface of human skin and can eliminate facial acnes. 20 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 20 parts of radix stemonae, 10 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 10 parts of lavender, 10 parts of tea tree essential oil, 10 parts of ylang-ylang essential oil, 5 parts of sage essential oil, 10 parts of cinnamon essential oil, 10 parts of cypress essential oil, 10 parts of rosemary essential oil, 10 parts of geranium essential oil, 5 parts of mint essential oil, 10 parts of eucalyptus essential oil, 10 parts of orange flower essential oil and 10 parts of sandalwood essential oil.
The plant essential oil composition is prepared by the following steps:
s1, crushing the sophora flavescens, adding the crushed sophora flavescens into water with the weight being 3 times of that of the sophora flavescens, ultrasonically mixing the mixture for 20 minutes, and extracting the mixture for 4 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain sophora flavescens essential oil;
s2, grinding radix stemonae, adding water with the weight 5 times that of the radix stemonae, soaking for 1 day, and extracting for 4 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain radix stemonae essential oil;
s3, crushing the scutellaria baicalensis, adding the crushed scutellaria baicalensis into water with the weight 4 times that of the scutellaria baicalensis, and extracting for 3 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain scutellaria baicalensis essential oil;

35 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 35 parts of radix stemonae, 25 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 25 parts of lavender, 25 parts of tea tree essential oil, 17.5 parts of ylang-ylang essential oil, 17.5 parts of sage essential oil, 20 parts of cinnamon essential oil, 20 parts of cypress essential oil, 20 parts of rosemary essential oil, 20 parts of geranium essential oil, 15 parts of mint essential oil, 25 parts of eucalyptus essential oil, 20 parts of orange flower essential oil and 20 parts of sandalwood essential oil.
The plant essential oil composition is prepared by the following steps:
s1, crushing the sophora flavescens, adding water with the weight 4 times that of the sophora flavescens into the crushed sophora flavescens, ultrasonically mixing the mixture for 25 minutes, and extracting the mixture for 4.5 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain sophora flavescens essential oil;

50 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 50 parts of radix stemonae, 40 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 40 parts of lavender, 40 parts of tea tree essential oil, 25 parts of ylang-ylang essential oil, 30 parts of sage essential oil, 30 parts of cinnamon essential oil, 30 parts of cypress essential oil, 30 parts of rosemary essential oil, 30 parts of geranium essential oil, 25 parts of mint essential oil, 40 parts of eucalyptus essential oil, 30 parts of orange flower essential oil and 30 parts of sandalwood essential oil.
The plant essential oil composition is prepared by the following steps:
s1, crushing the sophora flavescens, adding the crushed sophora flavescens into water with the weight 5 times of that of the sophora flavescens, ultrasonically mixing the mixture for 30 minutes, and extracting the mixture for 5 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain sophora flavescens essential oil;
s2, grinding radix stemonae, adding water with the weight 8 times that of the radix stemonae, soaking for 2 days, and extracting for 6 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain radix stemonae essential oil;
s3, crushing the scutellaria baicalensis, adding the crushed scutellaria baicalensis into water with the weight 6 times that of the scutellaria baicalensis, and extracting for 5 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain scutellaria baicalensis essential oil;

Mite inhibition test:
the test groups 1-3 and the control group were tested according to the following procedure:
the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects provided in example 1 is placed in a culture dish of the test group 1; the plant essential oil composition with mite killing and acne removing effects provided in example 2 is placed in the bottom of the culture dish of the test group 2; the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects provided in example 3 is placed in a culture dish of the test group 3; clear water is put into the culture dish of the control group;
100 live mites were placed in each of 4 dishes; and (3) placing the 4 culture dishes in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity incubator at the temperature of (25+2) DEG C, observing by using a dissecting mirror after 24 hours, and recording the number of the live mites in the culture dishes.
Wherein the survival rate of the mites in the culture dish of the test group 1 is 9.7%; the survival rate of the mites in the culture dish of the test group 2 is 6.1 percent; the survival rate of mites in the culture dish of test group 3 was 4.2%. The survival rate of the mites in the culture dish of the control group was 80.2%. Therefore, the plant essential oil composition provided by the invention can effectively eliminate mites.
Evaluation of acne removing effect:
30 subjects with acne on their faces and an age of 15-30 years were selected, 15 men and 15 women, and the results were divided into three groups on average. The first group of test subjects applied the plant essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes prepared in example 1 to the parts with acnes on the face every morning after washing the face, and applied the composition once again after washing the face before sleeping at night, wherein 15 days is a treatment course. The second group of test subjects applied the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects prepared in example 2 to the parts with acne on the face every morning after washing the face, and applied again after washing the face before sleeping at night for 15 days as a treatment course. And the third group of the test subjects applied the plant essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes prepared in the example 3 to the parts with acnes on the face every morning after washing the face, and applied the plant essential oil composition once again after washing the face before sleeping at night, wherein 15 days is a treatment course.
More than 70 percent of acne fading is obvious effect; more than 35% of acne is effectively removed; less than 35% is ineffective. In the first group, 4 effective users are present, 8 effective users are present, and the total effective rate is 80%; in the second group, 5 effective users are present, 9 effective users are present, and the total effective rate is 90%; in the third group, 4 effective users were tested, 9 effective users were tested, and the total effective rate was 90%; therefore, the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects provided by the invention can effectively remove acnes.
And (3) whitening, beautifying and pore shrinking effect evaluation:
60 subjects with dark yellow facial skin, dry skin and large pores are selected, wherein 30 men and 30 women are divided into A, B, C groups on average. The group A of test persons apply the plant essential oil composition with the mite killing and acne removing effects prepared in the example 1 to the face after washing the face in the morning every day; the test subjects in group B, after washing the face in the morning, apply the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects prepared in example 2 to the face every day; the group C trial persons apply the plant essential oil composition with the mite-killing and acne-removing effects prepared in the example 3 to the face after washing the face in the morning every day; 7 days is a course of treatment.
After one treatment course, 80% of the group A trial patients think that the vegetable essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes can change the dark yellow state of skin and has a whitening effect; 85% of the testers think that the vegetable essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes can prevent the skin from drying and peeling and has the function of beautifying; 85% of the test subjects believe that the vegetable essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects can reduce pores. 90% of the group B trial participants believe that the vegetable essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes can change the dark yellow state of skin and has a whitening effect; 96% of the testers think that the vegetable essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes can prevent the skin from drying and peeling and has the function of beautifying; 100% of the test subjects believe that the vegetable essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects can reduce pores. In group C, 85% of testers think that the vegetable essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes can change the dark yellow state of skin and has a whitening effect; 90% of the testers think that the vegetable essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes can prevent the skin from drying and peeling and has the function of beautifying; 96% of the test subjects believe that the vegetable essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects can reduce pores.
And (3) antibacterial experiment:
the No. 1 test tube is filled with 50ml of 0.5% staphylococcus aureus; 50ml of Escherichia coli with the concentration of 0.5% is filled in the No. 2 culture medium; the culture medium No. 3 contains 50ml of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with a concentration of 0.5%. 3ml of the plant essential oil composition provided in example 1 was added to test tube No. 1, and the survival rate of Staphylococcus aureus was determined to be 4.8% after 24 hours; 3ml of the plant essential oil composition provided in example 2 was added to test tube No. 2, and the survival rate of Escherichia coli was determined to be 6.5% after 24 hours; 3ml of the plant essential oil composition provided in example 3 was added to test tube No. 3, and the survival rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined to be 5.5% after 24 hours. The antibacterial experiment proves that the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects has a remarkable antibacterial effect.

2. The plant essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 30-40 parts of radix stemonae, 20-30 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 20-30 parts of lavender, 20-30 parts of tea tree essential oil, 10-15 parts of cananga essential oil, 10-20 parts of sage essential oil, 15-25 parts of cinnamon essential oil, 15-25 parts of cypress essential oil, 15-25 parts of rosemary essential oil, 15-25 parts of geranium essential oil, 15-25 parts of mint essential oil, 20-30 parts of eucalyptus essential oil, 15-25 parts of orange flower essential oil and 15-25 parts of sandalwood essential oil.
3. A preparation method of the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects as claimed in claims 1-2, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, crushing radix sophorae flavescentis, adding the crushed radix sophorae flavescentis into water, and obtaining radix sophorae flavescentis essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s2, grinding radix stemonae, adding the ground radix stemonae into water, and obtaining radix stemonae essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s3, crushing the scutellaria baicalensis, adding the crushed scutellaria baicalensis into water, and obtaining scutellaria baicalensis essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s4, crushing lavender, adding the crushed lavender into water, and obtaining lavender essential oil by using a steam distillation method;
s5, mixing radix Sophorae Flavescentis essential oil, radix Stemonae essential oil, Scutellariae radix essential oil, lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil, cananga oil, herba Salvia officinalis essential oil, cortex Cinnamomi essential oil, Cupressus Sempervirens essential oil, herba Rosmarini officinalis essential oil, flos Pelargonii Hortori essential oil, herba Menthae essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, neroli essential oil and lignum Santali albi essential oil uniformly to obtain the plant essential oil composition.

pulverizing radix Sophorae Flavescentis, adding water 3-5 times the weight of radix Sophorae Flavescentis, ultrasonic mixing for 20-30 min, and extracting by steam distillation for 4-5 hr to obtain radix Sophorae Flavescentis essential oil.

pulverizing radix Stemonae, adding into 5-8 times of water, soaking for 1-2 days, and extracting by steam distillation for 4-6 hr to obtain radix Stemonae essential oil.
6. The preparation method of the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects according to claim 5, wherein the step S3 specifically comprises the following steps:
pulverizing Scutellariae radix, adding into water 4-6 times of Scutellariae radix, and extracting by steam distillation for 3-5 hr to obtain Scutellariae radix essential oil.
7. The preparation method of the plant essential oil composition with mite-killing and acne-removing effects according to claim 6, wherein the step S4 specifically comprises the following steps:
crushing lavender, adding water with the weight 5-7 times that of the lavender, ultrasonically mixing for 10-30 minutes, and extracting for 5-6 hours by using a steam distillation method to obtain lavender essential oil.
8. The vegetable essential oil composition with the effects of killing mites and removing acnes as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, and the application of the vegetable essential oil composition in preparing skin care products or other daily chemicals.
