Background
Alopecia refers to the phenomenon of hair loss. The hair which is normally shed is the hair in the withdrawal phase and the resting phase, and the hair which enters the withdrawal phase and the hair which newly enters the growing phase are in dynamic balance continuously, so that the normal quantity of hair can be maintained, and the pathological alopecia is usually the phenomenon of abnormal hair or excessive hair shed caused by viruses, bacteria, hair cell damage caused by high heat and the like. Aiming at the alopecia problem, besides the light diet and the reduction of hair dyeing, the hair dyeing agent is used in the following documents: zhao Ya the methods for preventing and treating alopecia include oral administration of special medicines (such as Simiao powder, siwu decoction and Shengfu decoction), external treatment (such as Shengfu tincture and anti-alopecia pilatory) and comprehensive therapy.
In various methods, the shampoo is safer and milder to use, can prevent and fix hair in daily life, and is a relatively effective prevention means for preventing hair from falling off and fixing hair at present. For example, literature: li Qiufang, dragon's disease, hu Yongzhi, etc. Chinese medicine shampoo has the action mechanism of Chinese medicine and the hair loss preventing effect of Chinese medicine plant shampoo are disclosed in 75-80, and the results show that the Chinese medicine shampoo has excellent hair loss preventing effect, less side effect, less skin allergy, etc.
As further disclosed in patent CN110269911a, the formulation comprises wolfberry fruit, semen cuscutae, raspberry, schisandra fruit, semen plantaginis, ginseng, bighead atractylodes rhizome, poria cocos, liquorice, chinese angelica, ligusticum wallichii, prepared rehmannia root, white peony root, root of red-rooted salvia, safflower, peach kernel, sappan wood, gastrodia tuber, radix saposhnikoviae, caulis polygoni multiflori, mulberry leaf, peppermint, polygonum multiflorum, honeysuckle stem, tree peony bark, biota orientalis, cortex lycii radicis and radix scrophulariae, and the extract prepared by the formulation is used as a main raw material to prepare shampoo or hair nourishing cream, and can be used for transdermally transferring the white hair into black hair, and can effectively eliminate the symptoms of alopecia and hair withering; and has no toxic or side effect on the body. The patent CN109820797A discloses a pure natural traditional Chinese medicine plant shampoo and a preparation method thereof, and the pure natural traditional Chinese medicine plant shampoo is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-30 parts of nine-steamed nine-sun-dried polygonum multiflorum, 15-20 parts of nine-steamed nine-sun-dried rehmannia glutinosa, 12-18 parts of nine-steamed nine-sun-dried sesame seeds, 10-20 parts of ginseng, 10-12 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 8-11 parts of angelica sinensis, 7-13 parts of eclipta alba, 9-13 parts of cacumen biotae, 5-9 parts of glossy privet fruit, 6-11 parts of fructus Broussonetiae, 4-7 parts of fenugreek, 8-14 parts of Chinese honeylocust fruits, 6-9 parts of rosemary, 9-13 parts of aloe, 8-14 parts of raspberries and 7-12 parts of mulberries. (2) Pre-dispersing hair conditioner, guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, citric acid, polyquaternium-10, sodium acetate, sodium chloride, isopropanol and water (the addition amount of water is 20 times of the total mass of the raw materials) until no dough is formed, homogenizing for 3min, adding into the material A, stirring at constant temperature for 30min, and cooling to below 40 ℃; adding hydrogenated castor oil, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, cocamidopropyl betaine, lauric acid, phenoxyethanol, polydimethylsiloxane, tridecyl alcohol polyether-3, tridecyl alcohol polyether-10, benzyl alcohol, ethylhexyl glycerol, tocopherol, laureth-16, polyquaternium-52, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, glycerol, 1, 3-propanediol, sodium isostearyl lactylate, dichlorobenzyl alcohol, sodium chloride, preservative, aromatic, colorant and water, stirring uniformly until no solid particles exist, and cooling to obtain the product.
Examples 4 to 5 and comparative examples shampoo preparation methods were the same as examples 1 to 3, and the raw materials were omitted and replaced according to the formulation.
1. Rat hair growth test
(1) Test animals: the wistar rats are divided into 3 groups (a first group, a second group and a third group) by half, wherein 5 rats are arranged in each group;
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: the back of the rat is uniformly divided into 3 areas (2 cm multiplied by 2 cm) from beginning to end by taking the spine as a central line, the areas are respectively numbered as (1), (2) and (3), after the hair is removed, shampoos of different examples are uniformly applied according to the record of the table 2, the dosage of the shampoos is 0.2mL, and the equivalent physiological saline is applied to the blank area; after 3 weeks, 10 longer hairs were selected for each area, the length was measured, and at the same time, the applied area hairs were collected and weighed, and the results were counted in table 3.
TABLE 2 Back area application
TABLE 3 rat hair length and weight
Research shows that the shampoo has the effect of promoting the growth of rat hair, and when part of plant extracts in the formula are replaced by extracts with certain anti-hair loss and hair fixing effects, such as papaya extracts, pueraria extracts and rosemary extracts, the anti-hair loss and hair fixing effects of the final product are greatly reduced due to the lack of the biota orientalis extracts, the raspberry fruits extracts and the gallnut extracts with synergistic effects in the hair conditioner. In addition, the test also discusses the synergistic effect of the hair conditioner, guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, and the result also shows that the synergistic effect of the three is very obvious, and the hair can be effectively conditioned, so that the excellent effects of preventing hair loss and fixing hair are realized.
2. Research test for preventing alopecia of crowd
(1) Test population: 25 volunteers with hair loss number > 100/day;
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: volunteers were randomly divided into 5 groups of 5 persons each, each with shampoo of each example group, men washed their hair once a day, women washed their hair once every two days, combed their hair once a day and a night, and the hair counts were collected at week 0 and at week (day 14) and at week four (day 28), and the results were counted in table 4.
Table 4 daily hair loss condition for the population
According to the research and test invention for preventing alopecia of people, the shampoo provided by the invention can effectively prevent alopecia and realize a good effect of fixing the hair.
Finally, it should be noted that the above description is only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the simple modification and equivalent substitution of the technical solution of the present invention can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
