Description

Plant shampoo formula capable of effectively promoting hair growth and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetic production, and particularly relates to a plant shampoo formula capable of effectively promoting hair growth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alopecia is a common disease in dermatology, and the incidence rate of alopecia is up to 30% in Chinese adult population according to statistics. With the increasing working pressure, the pace of life is accelerated, the environmental impact and the use and popularization of styling products such as hair dyeing and perming are becoming more and more popular, and the signs of the youthfulness of patients suffering from alopecia gradually appear, and the speed of the products is increasing by 17.5% every year. Clinical medicine explains the reason of alopecia in many ways, but the reason is that the atrophy and degeneration of hair follicles are fundamentally caused, so that the hair follicles cannot absorb nutrients of surrounding hairs, and the hairs do not grow naturally. At present, from the perspective, the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine researches a plurality of medicines to induce the degenerated hair follicle to recover the growth and prolong the growth period. Currently, the most commonly used drugs for treating alopecia include minoxidil, finasteride and the like, and through long-term clinical application, although the drugs have good effects, the side effects are more, the applicable population is few, and the drugs can be used in large quantities for a long time, women use finasteride to cause high risk of congenital malformation of embryos, while men use the drugs to cause side effects such as hyposexuality and impotence, and the practical clinical application of the drugs is severely limited due to the pressure of lifelong drug administration for maintaining the effect of preventing alopecia.
Therefore, a plant shampoo formula which has good safety and can effectively promote hair growth and a preparation method thereof are needed.

Experimental example evaluation of Hair growth promotion
1. Experimental animals: c57BL6 mouse, female, 8 weeks, 15-20g, syngeneic, skin pink, hair belonging to telogen, provided by the institute of medicine, china academy of sciences animal center.
2. Mouse hair loss model: mixing rosin and paraffin wax 1:1, heating to melt, uniformly coating on the back of a mouse, wherein the coating area is about 2cm multiplied by 3cm, cooling to solidify, removing back hair, and confirming that the growing period of hair is in a resting period.
3. Grouping and administration: the next day of depilation, selecting mice with smooth and undamaged depilation regions, randomly dividing into 15 groups, counting 10 animals in each group, directly applying and administering by cotton swab, applying the plant shampoo prepared in examples 1-9 and comparative examples 1-5 regularly for 1 time every day, wherein the administration amount is 0.1ml, applying the same amount of normal saline on blank control group, and continuously administering for 15 days. On day 15, the skin tissue blocks of the same position on the back of each group of mice were taken, fixed with 10% formalin, sectioned with paraffin embedded, approximately 4-5 μm thick, HE stained, and observed under light. Hair follicle counts, the number of follicles in 3 high power fields (. times.400) per case, were averaged and statistically processed as shown in Table 2.

Blank control group 12.48±1.47
Note: p <0.05, significant difference compared to placebo; p <0.001, with a very significant difference compared to the blank control group.
As shown in table 2, after 15 days of continuous smearing, the number of hair follicles in the mice of the groups of examples 1 to 4 was significantly increased compared with that of the blank control group, and the number of hair follicles was statistically significantly different (P < 0.05); the plant shampoo prepared by the invention has the effects of repairing hair follicle injury and promoting hair follicle growth, compared with a blank control group, the hair follicle number of mice in the 5-9 groups has very significant difference (P is less than 0.001) statistically, and the plant shampoo shows that when the weight ratio of the black soya bean coat to the lavender to the broadleaf holly leaf in the plant composition is 10-18:4-6:3-5, the growth of the hair follicle can be remarkably promoted.
In order to further verify the hair growth promoting effect of the plant shampoo, 840 volunteers suffering from seborrheic alopecia are selected, aged 18-65 years and randomly divided into 14 groups, 60 persons in each group are cleaned every day, and the using effect of the volunteers is observed and counted after the shampoo is continuously used for 2 months.
And (4) judging the standard:
the method has the following effects: no obvious hair loss, the number of hair follicles in the hair loss area is increased, and more than 40-60% of hairs in the hair loss area grow out;
the obvious effect is as follows: the hair loss is controlled, the number of hair follicles in the depilated area is obviously increased, and more than 61-90% of hairs in the depilated area grow out;
the invalidity is as follows: there was no change before and after treatment. Effective rate (effective + significant) x 100/total number of people.
The results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002464069120000101
Figure BDA0002464069120000111
As can be seen from table 3, the plant shampoos of examples 1-9 of the present invention can promote hair growth, and the effective rate is greater than 96.6%, while the plant shampoos of comparative examples 1-4 have significantly reduced hair growth promoting effect, and the effective rate is less than 85%. Meanwhile, when the weight ratio of the black soya bean coat to the lavender to the broadleaf holly leaf in the plant composition is 10-18:4-6:3-5, the prepared plant shampoo has a good hair growth promoting effect, and the effective rate is 100%; in addition, no allergic symptoms are found in the hair loss volunteers using the groups of the examples 1 to 9, which shows that the plant shampoo disclosed by the invention is mild in formula, free of stimulation and high in safety.
For further verification, 840 volunteers with symptoms of excessive dandruff are selected, aged 18-65 years and randomly divided into 14 groups of 60 persons, and the using effect of the volunteers is observed and counted after the liquid shampoo is continuously used for 4 weeks.
The standard of curative effect is as follows:
(1) the effect is shown: no obvious dandruff falling; (2) the method has the following advantages: dandruff shedding is controlled; (3) and (4) invalidation: there was no change before and after treatment. The effective rate (effective + significant) x 100/total number of people, and the results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0002464069120000112
Figure BDA0002464069120000121
As can be seen from table 4, the plant shampoos of examples 1-9 of the present invention can nourish scalp and effectively remove dandruff, and the effective rate is greater than 96.6%, while the plant shampoos of comparative examples 1-4 of the present invention have significantly reduced dandruff removal effect, and the effective rate is less than 86.6%. Meanwhile, when the weight ratio of the black soya bean coat to the lavender to the broadleaf holly leaf in the plant composition is 10-18:4-6:3-5, the effect of removing dandruff is better, and the effective rate is 100%.
In conclusion, the hair nourishing shampoo can nourish, repair hair follicle injury and effectively promote hair growth by compounding the plant components of fleece-flower root, eclipta, cacumen biotae, black bean coat, mulberry leaf, glossy privet fruit, lightyellow sophora root, common cnidium fruit, Chinese angelica, rehmannia root, prepared rehmannia root, tree peony bark, lavender, liquorice, salvia miltiorrhiza, dried ginger, broadleaf holly leaf and the like; the prepared plant shampoo takes natural plants as main components, is safe and reliable, has mild performance and no stimulation, and can eliminate dandruff and promote healthy growth of hair after long-term use.
Meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, does not need complex production equipment, has moderate cost and is suitable for large-scale production.
