Description

Foaming composition, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily necessities, in particular to a foaming composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the field of daily cosmetics, products such as shampoos, facial cleansers, body washes, hand sanitizers, etc., generally use various surfactants as foaming agents, such as sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, lauryl glucoside, etc. Such surfactants have excellent lathering properties, but are generally more irritating and may cause skin dryness, redness, and itching during use. For this reason, production researchers have attempted to screen mild, non-irritating foaming agents from natural products. The soapberry extract is a natural mild foaming agent which is generally accepted at present, and can effectively avoid anaphylactic reaction and the like caused by an artificial synthetic foaming agent. However, in the formulation of washing products, in order to provide some conditioning effects to the products besides the washing effects, some effect additives such as grease, cationic high molecular polymer and the like are usually added to be compounded with the foaming agent to achieve the corresponding effects. These performance additives can severely affect the foam properties of the blowing agent, leading to reduced, broken or non-durable foam. Therefore, there is a need to provide foaming compositions with improved foaming properties.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a foaming composition with better foaming performance, and a preparation method and application thereof.
In a first aspect, one embodiment of the present invention provides a foaming composition comprising soapberry extract, hydrolyzed silk and silk collagen.
The foaming composition of the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
the unique amino acid structure of the hydrolyzed silk enables hydrogen bonds in the hydrolyzed silk to be adsorbed on a foam interface, so that the foam distance is shortened, the loss of water is slowed down, the foamability of the soapberry extract is enhanced, and a certain foam stabilizing effect is achieved. And the small molecular structure of the silk collagen can form compact interface accumulation in the foam channel, so that charge repulsion among foams is weakened, and the effect of increasing the bubbles is achieved. After the two are compounded with the soapberry extract, obvious synergistic effect is achieved on the foamability and foam stability of the soapberry extract, and the foam amount is increased and is durable.
According to some embodiments of the foaming composition of the present invention, the mass ratio of the soapberry extract, the hydrolyzed silk and the silk collagen is (10-30): (1-20): (3-30). The hydrolyzed silk and the silk collagen according to the proportion can effectively improve the running-out property and the foam stability of the soapberry extract.
According to some embodiments of the foaming composition of the present invention, the mass ratio of the soapberry extract, the hydrolyzed silk and the silk collagen is (20-30): (5-15): (5-25).
In a second aspect, one embodiment of the present invention provides the use of a foaming composition for the preparation of a cleaning article. The foaming composition can ensure that the washing care product obtains better foaming property and foam stability, thereby meeting the requirement of the washing care product on the cleaning function.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the cleaning and care product may be a daily use chemical requiring a certain foaming property, including any of detergents, cleaners, and cosmetics, for example, products such as facial cleanser, bath lotion, hand sanitizer, shampoo, soap, and the like.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning article comprising the above-described foaming composition and an acceptable vehicle. The washing and caring product added with the foaming composition can obtain better foaming property and foam stability, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect. Obviously, other materials which do not significantly adversely affect the lather performance of the personal care product may be added to the personal care product, depending on the application. For example, humectants, thickeners, antioxidants, preservatives, colors, fragrances, and the like are added.
A cleaning product according to some embodiments of the present invention includes the above-described foaming composition, as well as a moisturizing agent, a skin conditioning agent, a pH adjusting agent, and a preservative.
The laundry care article according to some embodiments of the present invention comprises the following components, based on the total weight of the laundry care article:
Figure BDA0002578992330000021
a cleaning article according to some embodiments of the present invention is selected from any one of a detergent, a cleanser and a cosmetic.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method of preparing a foaming composition, the method comprising the steps of:
mixing deionized water, a humectant, a skin conditioner and a pH regulator, and heating and stirring at 80-85 ℃ to obtain a first mixture;
cooling the first mixture to 50-60 ℃, and adding the soapberry extract for mixing to form a second mixture;
and (3) cooling the second mixture to 40-48 ℃, adding hydrolyzed silk, silk collagen and a preservative, mixing to obtain a third mixture, filtering and discharging.
By the above-mentioned order of addition and mixing and control of temperature conditions, various raw materials are sufficiently mixed, so that the foaming properties of the composition can be better exerted.

Foaming Performance testing of different foaming compositions
The corresponding foaming compositions were formulated with water and cason according to table 2, respectively, and tested for foaming power. The specific method comprises the following steps: the foaming power at 40. + -. 1 ℃ was measured by the Ross-Miles method. First, 50mL of the foaming composition was placed in a foam meter, then 200mL of the test solution was poured vertically from the top of the foam meter, foam was generated by hitting the solution inside the foam meter, and the initial foam height was recorded at the time of initial and 5min, respectively, the initial foam height being indicative of the foaming fa (mm), the foam stability fs (mm) at the time of 5min, and the average of 3 times was taken as the foaming force of the test solution.

TABLE 3 foaming force test results for different foaming compositions
Figure BDA0002578992330000041
The results of the foaming force test are shown in table 3:
the foaming composition of case 1 was a single soapberry extract, and it was seen that the composition had abundant and long lasting foam.
The addition of white mineral oil to the foaming composition of case 2 greatly affects the foaming properties of the soapberry extract, and after the addition, the foam is reduced to disappear. This is probably because, after the addition of white mineral oil, an oil-water interface is formed, and a large amount of the soapberry extract is adsorbed to the oil-water interface, so that the concentration of the soapberry extract in water is reduced and foaming is difficult.
Cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in the foaming composition of case 3 also had a great influence on the foaming properties of the soapberry extract, probably because cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, as a cationic surfactant, combined with soapberry extract in water, resulted in a significant reduction of foam.
The foaming composition of case 4 employed silicone emulsion in a similar manner to that of case 2, because the formation of an oil-water interface reduced the concentration of soapberry extract in water and the foam was greatly reduced.
The guar hydroxypropyl trimonium chloride added to the foaming composition of case 5 is a high molecular polymer, and molecular chains of the polymer form a three-dimensional network structure in water, so that the movement resistance between water molecules is increased, the water loss speed between foams is reduced, and the stability of a foam film is improved to a certain extent. Thus, the composition has a poor foamability but still has a certain foam stability.
The foaming composition of case 6 has hydrolyzed silk added separately, and the unique amino acid structure of the hydrolyzed silk makes the hydrogen bond adsorbed onto the foam interface, so as to shorten the foam interval and slow down the water loss, and thus reach the effect of increasing and stabilizing foam. Thus, it can be seen that both the foamability and foam stability were improved to some extent compared with case 1.
The foaming composition of case 7 is added with silk collagen alone, and the small molecular structure of the silk collagen can form close interface accumulation in foam channels, so that the charge repulsion between foams is weakened, and although the foaming performance of the composition is not greatly influenced, the foaming effect is more obvious.
The foaming composition of case 8 was formulated with hydrolyzed silk and silk collagen on the basis of the soapberry extract, and the foaming and foam stabilizing properties of the composition were significantly improved compared to the independent addition of these two components: adding hydrolyzed silk alone, increasing foaming FA by 15mm, and increasing foam stability FS by 28 mm; with the addition of fibroin alone, the foaming FA increased by 5mm and the foam stability FS increased by 15 mm. After the hydrolyzed silk and the silk collagen are added simultaneously, the foamability FA is increased by 45mm, and the foam stability FS is increased by 59mm, which is far larger than the sum of the two independently added materials.
From the above results, it can be seen that the combination of hydrolyzed silk, silk collagen and soapberry extract can provide excellent foaming properties to the composition.
Example 3
Conditioning efficacy testing of laundry care compositions
The conditioning effect means that after the product is used, skin and hair can become soft and smooth. Since the hair is more visually indicative of the conditioning properties of the cleaning composition. Thus, hair was selected as the subject of the study in this experiment. The test method is as follows:
tress combing force test: the reduction in combing power before and after use of the cleaning composition in the dry state was compared by subjecting the cleaning composition to a dry combing test. The testing instrument is an MTT175 micro tension tester, and the hair quality of the used hair bundle is tested to be damaged hair quality, the weight of the hair bundle is 16g, the length is 23.5cm, and the width is 5.5 cm. Firstly, testing the combing work of the dry comb before using the sample for each hair bundle, then uniformly coating 1.5g of the sample on the hair bundle, massaging for 10min, then washing the hair cleanly according to a normal procedure, naturally drying the washed hair bundle, and measuring the combing work of the dry comb. Calculating the smoothness lifting rate according to the following formula:
the smoothness increasing rate is (carding work before use-carding work after use)/carding work before use is multiplied by 100 percent
TABLE 4 different toiletry composition Components
Figure BDA0002578992330000061
The conditioning efficacy was tested with the respective detergent compositions in table 4 and the results are shown in table 5.
TABLE 5 Conditioning efficacy test results
Figure BDA0002578992330000062
Figure BDA0002578992330000071
As can be seen from table 5, formula 1, as a placebo formula, had only weak conditioning efficacy on hair. While formulas 2-6 have certain conditioning effect on hair after other components are added. The conditioning effect of the washing composition prepared by compounding the hydrolyzed silk, the silk collagen and the soapberry extract is obviously superior to that of the combination of white mineral oil, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, emulsified silicone oil, guar gum and the soapberry extract. The hydrolyzed silk and the silk collagen are proteins formed by various amino acids, are similar to the amino acid structure of hair keratin, and can be well combined and supplemented with hair according to the similar compatibility principle, so that damaged hair scales can be repaired, and hair roots and hair are nourished, thereby having excellent conditioning effect.
Example 4
Service test of different products
