Abstract
The invention relates to shower gel and a preparation method thereof. The shower gel comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 58-75 parts of solvent, 24-63 parts of surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of fat-endowing agent, 2.2-6 parts of biological conditioner, 2-11 parts of chemical conditioner, 0.1-0.8 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.1-0.8 part of humectant and 0.1-0.3 part of chelating agent; the biological conditioner comprises flos Buddlejae extract, flos Rosae Rugosae oil, and flos Pelargonii Graveolentis oil. The invention combines the flos buddlejae extract, the rose oil and the vanilla geranium oil to form the biological conditioner with a specific formula, and the biological conditioner can be used for preparing the shower gel. When people with dry skin take the bath lotion for bathing, the feeling of tightness can be effectively reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical articles, in particular to shower gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is roughly divided into four types, namely dry, oily, neutral and sensitive. Most people belong to neutral skin, and can recover the original state about half an hour after bathing, and feel neither dry nor greasy. However, dry skin is different, and people with dry skin feel tight quickly after bathing and recover for a long time, and is particularly obvious in autumn and winter, and a layer of white dead skin can be formed by gentle scraping, and the skin is easy to split. The invention has the following beneficial effects:

The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The embodiment of the invention provides a biological conditioner which comprises a buddleja officinalis extract, rose oil and vanilla geranium oil.
The invention combines the flos buddlejae extract, the rose oil and the vanilla geranium oil to form the biological conditioner with a specific formula, and the biological conditioner can be used for preparing the shower gel. When people with dry skin take the bath lotion for bathing, the feeling of tightness can be effectively reduced.

Preferably, the chemical conditioning agent is selected from at least one of propylene glycol, butylene glycol, phosphatidylcholine, ceramide 3, sodium stearoyl glutamate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylhydroxamic acid, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, and polyquaternium-22.
Ceramide 3, a lipid substance, an artificially synthesized component, has a structure similar to that of a substance constituting the stratum corneum of the skin, can quickly permeate into the skin, helps the renewal of the natural protective layer of the skin, can promote the balance of natural hydration, and is combined with water in the stratum corneum to form a network structure to lock water. The skin moisturizing and repairing cream has good effects on skin moisturizing and repairing, is an important skin activating component in the horny layer, and can enhance the skin barrier, rebuild cells and form an effective barrier to prevent water loss and reduce the influence of the external environment. More ceramide is particularly needed in irritated skin and it has been shown that rubbing a product containing a ceramide component reduces redness and swelling and loss of moisture through the skin, acting to enhance the skin barrier and help the damaged skin to relieve dry conditions. Therefore, ceramide 3 supplementation is particularly important for the skin.
Further, the chemical conditioning agent comprises:
(1) 2-4 parts of propylene glycol;
(2) 1-3 parts of at least one of butanediol, phosphatidylcholine, ceramide 3, sodium stearoyl glutamate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and caprylhydroxamic acid;
(3) 0.1-0.5 part of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
(4) 0.1-2 parts of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate;
(5) polyquaternium-22, 0.1-0.8.
The solvent referred to in the embodiments of the present invention refers to a solvent that can be used in a skin care/cleansing product, and the kind is not particularly limited, including but not limited to water.
The fat-liquoring agent referred to in the embodiments of the present invention refers to a fat-liquoring agent that can be used in skin care/cleansing products, and the kind of the fat-liquoring agent is not limited, including but not limited to ethylene glycol distearate.
The thickening agent referred to in the embodiments of the present invention refers to a thickening agent that can be used in skin care/cleansing products, and includes, but is not limited to, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
The pH regulator referred to in the embodiments of the present invention refers to a pH regulator that can be used in skin care/cleansing products, and is not limited to a kind, including but not limited to citric acid.
The moisturizer referred to in the embodiments of the present invention refers to moisturizers that can be used in skin care/cleansing products, and is not limited to the kind, including but not limited to glycerin.
The chelating agent referred to in the embodiments of the present invention refers to chelating agents that can be used in skin care/cleansing products, and the kind of chelating agent is not limited, including but not limited to disodium EDTA.
It is understood that other functional aids including, but not limited to, oxidants, preservatives, colorants, fragrances may also be added to the body wash provided by embodiments of the present invention to accommodate market needs, product functionality enhancement needs, and the like.
Preferably, the antioxidant is butylated hydroxytoluene.
Preferably, the preservative is selected from at least one of benzyl alcohol, methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, magnesium chloride and magnesium nitrate.
Preferably, the colorant is lemon yellow.
Preferably, the fragrance is a perfume.
Preferably, the antioxidant is 0.01-0.1 parts.
Preferably, the preservative is 0.0003-0.001 parts.
Preferably, the colorant is 0.0001 to 0.001 part.
Preferably, the fragrance is 0.1-2 parts.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the shower gel, which comprises the following steps: mixing the above raw materials.
It is understood that "mixing" in the preparation method of the embodiment of the present invention may be mixing all the preparation raw materials together, or mixing a part of the preparation raw materials, and adding the rest of the preparation raw materials step by step or together after mixing them uniformly. It is to be understood that embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the manner in which mixing occurs during "mixing," and that some technique, including but not limited to heating, may be used to facilitate mixing during mixing.
The raw materials mentioned in the examples of the present invention are commercially available without specific reference.

8. The body wash of any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the body wash is prepared from raw materials comprising at least one of an antioxidant, a preservative, a colorant, and a fragrance.

The body wash of claim 8, wherein the antioxidant is butylated hydroxytoluene; or/and the preservative is selected from at least one of benzyl alcohol, methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, magnesium chloride and magnesium nitrate; or/and the colorant is lemon yellow; or/and the aromatic is essence; and/or the first and/or second light sources,
0.01-0.1 part of antioxidant; or/and 0.0003-0.001 part of preservative; or/and 0.0001-0.001 part of colorant; or/and 0.1-2 parts of aromatic.
10. The method for preparing the body wash of any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein the method comprises: mixing the above raw materials.
