Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing and caring products, and particularly relates to a scalp care composition with effects of preventing desquamation, controlling oil and relieving itching, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The hair has the effects of defending, protecting, increasing information communication and improving the appearance. Hair is produced by hair follicles, a structurally complex skin accessory, which continuously undergo periodic and cyclic growth in anagen, catagen and telogen phases. Once the follicular cycle is deregulated, it will affect the normal growth of the hair follicle and thus lead to the occurrence of alopecia. In addition, whether the scalp is healthy is closely related to the health of hair follicles and hair attached thereto. However, the scalp is exposed to the environment every day, and many potential factors such as ultraviolet rays, air pollutants and the like may cause damage to the skin barrier by damaging the horny layer, and cause irritation of the scalp to cause inflammation reactions or cell damage such as redness, itching, stinging and the like.
The most common pathological alopecia is seborrheic alopecia, also called androgenic alopecia, which accounts for more than 95% of the occurrence rate of the pathological alopecia, and is usually accompanied by the problem of excessive secretion of scalp grease. In recent years, as social competition increases, survival pressure increases, high fat diet, sleep decreases, environmental impact, hair dyeing, hair waving and other hair styling products are used, and hair loss patients show signs of rejuvenation, so that young and middle-aged people become the dominant force of hair loss. The existing scalp care products for cleaning the scalp generally contain a large amount of components such as surfactant, essence, preservative and the like, so that the damage of scalp barriers is increased.
Hair loss, which appears to be intact and elegant, often places an inconceivable mental and psychological burden on the patient. Such baldness individuals often have a very strong desire to care or treat. Therefore, hair loss preventing and hair growing medicines and scalp care washing and caring products are attracting attention. At present, various hair growth shampoos and traditional Chinese medicine health products are mainly used as common hair growth agents in the market of China. The common hair-growing shampoo in the market mainly reduces seborrheic alopecia through the effect of removing scalp grease, but obviously has the problems of poor effect, temporary treatment and temporary treatment, and the hair-growing traditional Chinese medicine health care product mainly achieves the effect of promoting hair growth through improving microcirculation, but also has the problems of poor effect, relatively troublesome use and the like. Therefore, there is a great market demand for scalp care products (especially shampoos) with strong anti-desquamation, oil control and itching relieving composite functions, good use experience for consumers and convenient use.
In view of the urgent need for hair care and hair growth effects and multiple functions such as good use experience for consumers, there is a great need to develop a scalp care composition which has multiple functions such as hair loss prevention, dandruff removal, oil control, itching relief and the like and has good use experience for consumers.

Effect examples:
effect example 1: foam experience and in-use comfort sensory feel for shampoos containing the scalp care compositions of the present invention
Evaluation test
The compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 were made into 10% by weight shampoo using a conventional shampoo base. With the same hair quality population as experimental subjects, 20 persons in each group, after each group of subjects used the shampoo prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 described above and the blank shampoo base, sensory evaluation of foam experience was performed based on foaming power and foam texture, and sensory evaluation was performed based on use comfort.
Specifically, the score of the sensory evaluation mode is 1-5, wherein 1 score represents easy broken and loose foam with weak foaming power, and 5 score represents soft, dense and strong foaming power foam, and the higher the score, the better the experience of the foam of the subject. For the evaluation of the comfort level of the shampoo, the score is also 1-5, wherein the score of 1 represents obvious irritation, and the score of 5 represents no irritation when the shampoo is used, wherein the larger the score is, the higher the comfort level of the shampoo is. The scores of each group of subjects were counted after scoring, and the average value of the scores of each group was counted, and the results are shown in table 1 below.
Table 1: foam experience and in-use comfort sensory evaluation results for shampoos containing the scalp care compositions of the present invention
Group of | Foam sensory experience average score | Comfort level in use |
Example 1 | 4.9 | 4.9 |
Example 2 | 4.9 | 4.8 |
Example 3 | 4.9 | 4.9 |
Comparative example 1 | 4.8 | 4.8 |
Comparative example 2 | 3.5 | 4.4 |
Comparative example 3 | 3.2 | 4.1 |
Comparative example 4 | 4.7 | 4.8 |
Blank matrix | 3.1 | 3.5 |
As shown in table 1, the experimental results demonstrate that the blank matrix is relatively poor in both the foam sensory experience and the use comfort. The shampoos containing examples 1-3 were better experienced at both foaming and foam feel than comparative examples 1-4 and the blank matrix. From the experimental results of the shampoo containing comparative examples 1 to 4, it can be seen that the variation in the kind of natural plant extract in the composition and the variation in the particle size of hydroxyapatite have less influence on the foaming experience and the use comfort of the shampoo. However, whether or not the composition contains a glycopeptide or not and the kind of amino acid contained therein have a great influence on the foam experience and the comfort of use. It can be seen that the shampoo comprising the scalp care composition of the present invention significantly improves the foam performance of the shampoo by comprising the sulfur glycopeptide and the amino acid having a specific composition and dosage ratio, can effectively achieve thickening and generate foam having excellent characteristics, and at the same time the shampoo comprising the scalp care composition of the present invention has no irritation and is highly comfortable to use.
Effect example 2: oil control anti-dandruff and hair care and hair growth effect test for shampoo containing scalp care composition
Test on test
The compositions of example 1 and comparative examples 1-4 were made into 10% by weight shampoo using a conventional shampoo base. 120 volunteers with abundant dandruff and oily hair quality were randomly selected and aged between 25-60 years. Volunteers have no disease causing a large amount of alopecia, only the scalp is easy to itch and oil, the amount of alopecia is more than 100 per day on average, and the alopecia lasts for more than 2 months. The volunteers were randomly divided into 6 groups of 20 persons each, and hair oiliness and dandruff effects were observed in the morning after 30 days of continuous shampooing once a day in the morning using the shampoo and blank shampoo bases prepared in the above examples 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively.
The tester uses a grease tester, namely a Sebumeter SM815 to test the grease content of the scalp respectively, records the data as D0, adopts the product to shampoo once a day, tests the grease content on the 20 th day and the 30 th day, and records the data;
oil content change Rate (%) = { (oil content after use of product-oil content before use of product)/oil content before use of product } ×100%
In addition, at the end of the study, volunteers were observed and counted for hair volume, hair density.
Table 2: results of oil control test for shampoos containing the scalp care compositions of the present invention
Group of | 20-day oil change Rate (%) | 30-day oil change Rate (%) |
Example 1 | -23.4 | -34.2 |
Comparative example 1 | -21.5 | -33.8 |
Comparative example 2 | -22.9 | -34.3 |
Comparative example 3 | -23.5 | -33.9 |
Comparative example 4 | -18.7 | -28.5 |
Blank matrix | -6.1 | -6.7 |
As shown in table 2, the experimental results indicate that the substance that mainly plays a role in controlling oil in the shampoo containing the scalp care composition of the present invention is the hydroxyapatite micropowder. However, when the results of the group of example 1 and the group of comparative example 4 were compared, it was found that the lower the particle size of the ultra-fine hydroxyapatite powder was, the better the oil control effect was, but the less the oil control effect was, than the micro-scale.
In addition, during the experiment, the anti-dandruff effect of the shampoo containing the scalp care composition of the invention is observed at the same time, and as a result, the shampoo containing the scalp care composition of the invention is found to have better oil control and anti-dandruff effect in the example 1 group, the total anti-dandruff effective rate can reach more than 98%, and the anti-dandruff effect in the comparative examples 1-4 groups is reduced to different degrees, wherein the variety change of the natural plant extract and the thioglycopeptides have great influence on the anti-dandruff effect, and the shampoo containing the scalp care composition of the invention has good oil control and anti-dandruff effect.
Table 3: hair care and hair growth test results for shampoos containing the scalp care compositions of the present invention
As shown in Table 3, the results of the experiment show that the shampoo comprising the scalp care composition of the present invention (example 1 group) has the best effect of hair care and hair growth, and the proportion of hair loss and regrowth in the area of hair loss of the volunteer group is significantly reduced up to 97% and 93%, respectively. As can also be seen from the above experimental results, both the natural plant extract species and the thioglycopeptides in the scalp care composition of the present invention have a significant effect on hair care and hair growth, and when the species of the natural plant extract in the composition is changed and the thioglycopeptides component is deleted from the composition, the hair care and hair growth of the composition is significantly reduced (see experimental results of comparative example 1 and comparative example 3, respectively). It can be seen that the natural plant extracts and thioglycopeptides in the composition of the present invention have a synergistic effect in hair care and hair growth.
Effect example 3: effect of the scalp care compositions of the present invention on the condition of mouse hair growth
Male C57BL/6J mice of 6-8 weeks of age were randomly grouped into 4 groups of 10 mice each. Group 1 is a blank control group using only water, and groups 2 to 4 use the compositions prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 1 and 3, respectively. Each group was given to the test object after shaving (3×3 cm) on the backs of the mice for 24 hours, 1 time/day, and the test object was given continuously for 21 days, and after the end of the experiment, the experimental animals were euthanized, the newly grown hair length was measured and the test area was counted for hair follicles. Statistical data are expressed as mean ± standard error. Statistical analysis was performed using repeated-assay analysis of variance and the differences between groups were compared using Fisher LSD test. Experimental data are shown in table 4 below.
Table 4: effect of the scalp care compositions of the present invention on the Hair growth Length and the number of hair follicles in mice (average.+ -. SE)
Group of | Hair length (mm) | Number of hair follicles (number) |
Blank control group | 8.22±0.19 | 78±2.46 |
Example 1 group | 12.05±0.37 **,# | 118±3.94 **,# |
Comparative example 1 group | 10.23±0.39 * | 102±3.15 * |
Comparative example 3 group | 9.15±0.25 | 89±2.73 |
Note that: * P <0.05, p <0.01, compared to the blank group; # p <0.05, compared to comparative example 3 group.
As can be seen from the experimental data in table 4, the compositions of example 1 and the compositions of comparative example 1 and comparative example 3 each were able to increase the hair growth length and the number of hair follicles in mice to varying degrees. Wherein the hair length and hair follicle count of the mice of example 1 group (p < 0.01) and comparative example 1 group (p < 0.05) were significantly higher than the placebo group. In addition, the hair length and number of hair follicles were also significantly higher in the mice of example 1 than in the mice of comparative example 3 (p < 0.05).
Consistent with the hair growth and hair care results in effect example 2, it can also be seen from the above experimental results that both the nature of the plant extract and the thioglycopeptides in the scalp care composition of the present invention have a significant effect on hair care and hair growth, and that the effects of the composition in promoting hair growth and increasing hair follicle effect are significantly reduced when the nature of the plant extract in the composition is changed and the thioglycopeptides component is deleted from the composition. In contrast, whether or not a thioglycopeptide is included in the composition has a greater impact on the above-described effects of the composition.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
