Effect example 3: effect of the Natural product monomer composition of the invention on the Condition of mouse Hair growth
Male C57BL/6J mice of 6-8 weeks of age were randomly grouped into 5 groups of 10 mice each. Group 1 is a blank control group using only a general hair cream blank matrix, and groups 2 to 5 respectively using a hair cream matrix comprising the natural product monomer compositions of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3.
Each group was given to the test object after shaving (3×3 cm) on the backs of the mice for 24 hours, 1 time/day, and the test object was given continuously for 21 days, and after the end of the experiment, the experimental animals were euthanized, the newly grown hair length was measured and the test area was counted for hair follicles.
Statistical data are expressed as mean ± standard error. Statistical analysis was performed using repeated-assay analysis of variance and the differences between groups were compared using Fisher LSD test.

As can be seen from the experimental data in table 3, the example 1 group natural product monomers were able to significantly increase the hair growth length and the number of hair follicles in mice (p < 0.01) compared to the blank group.
As shown by the experimental results of the comparative example 1 group, the hair growth length and the number of hair follicles of the mice were significantly inferior to those of the example 1 group in which the pinolactone was combined with quercetin, and the experimental results of the example 1 group were significantly different from those of the comparative example 1 group (p < 0.01).
As shown by the experimental results of the comparative example 2 group, the use of quercetin alone can only slightly increase the hair growth length and the number of hair follicles in mice.
As shown in the experimental results of comparative example 3, when the pinoresinol is used in combination with naringenin, although naringenin and quercetin belong to flavonoid natural products and have similar chemical structures, naringenin cannot enhance the promotion effect of pinoresinol on the hair growth and hair follicle number of mice.
