Description

Bi-component shampoo with scalp nourishing effect and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a bi-component shampoo with scalp nourishing effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The condition of a person's hair often reflects much information about the person, such as health status, mental state, mood, lifestyle habits, etc., so people are also increasingly paying more attention to the hair care of the person. The shampoo is a hair washing and protecting product which is used most frequently in daily life of people, and mainly has the function of cleaning scalp and hair. Most of the shampoo in the current market only has a single cleaning function, has no effect of caring hair and scalp, and cannot fundamentally promote the health of the scalp and the hair. On the other hand, in order to pursue more hair growth and hair loss prevention, some shampoo products are added with a large amount of amine components and surfactants, and even some solid medical components, and most of the additives are difficult to dissolve in water, so that the emulsified system of the shampoo is unstable, the appearance and the using hand feeling of the shampoo are influenced, and even the functionality of the shampoo is difficult to fully exert.
CN110496084A discloses a scalp injury repairing cleansing shampoo which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5-10% of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 5-10% of sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate, 2-5% of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 5-10% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 2-5% of myristyl glucoside, 2-5% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 2-8% of soapberry extract, 1-5% of common andrographis herb extract, 1-5% of honeysuckle extract, 1-5% of coptis chinensis extract, 5-10% of glycerol and the balance of deionized water.
CN109864913A discloses a ginkgo leaf shampoo and a preparation method thereof. The shampoo comprises silicone oil and folium Ginkgo extract, and also comprises one or more of folium Platycladi extract, rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, and Ginseng radix extract. The ginkgo leaf extract extracted by ultrasonic wave is used as an active component of the shampoo, and can remove free radicals on the surface of scalp, remove dandruff, nourish scalp cells, promote the deposition of silicone oil on the surface of hair, and enable the cleaned hair to be rich in luster, black and bright.
Active nourishing components in the shampoo products disclosed in the prior art are traditional Chinese medicine plant extracts, plant essential oil, protein amino acid and the like, but most of the components are macromolecular substances and can be really absorbed by skin cells to play a practical role.
Therefore, it is very significant to develop a shampoo product which is easily absorbed by the scalp, has safe components, and has the effects of maintaining and cleaning the scalp and maintaining and cleaning the hair.

Strontium is an indispensable microelement for maintaining the growth of a living body, which is inherent to the human body, the strontium plays a plurality of biological activities in the human body, the particle size of strontium ions is small, and the strontium ions are easier to permeate into skin and hair compared with organic macromolecules.
Meanwhile, the invention also considers that the shampoo is mostly provided with an anionic surfactant, and the strontium ions belong to cationic strong electrolyte alkaline earth metals, so as to avoid the following adverse effects caused by the neutralization reaction of the anionic surfactant and the strontium ions: (1) The effects of the surfactant and the strontium ions cannot be fully exerted; (2) The shampoo system is unstable, and the phenomenon of demulsification and layering is easy to generate; (3) The thickening agent is difficult to thicken, the viscosity of the shampoo is difficult to improve, the invention divides the components into two parts, provides the two components to be separately packaged, and pumps out and mixes the components together when in use, thereby fully ensuring the stability and the efficacy of the components in a system. In order to solve the problem that the metal ions in the shampoo destroy the emulsification system, the method adds a metal ion chelating agent such as EDTA salt, but the EDTA salt is identified as a persistent organic pollutant and is not friendly to the environment, and the invention overcomes the technical defects.

selecting 80 social volunteers with the age of 20-45 years according to requirements, randomly dividing the social volunteers into 8 groups, and respectively trying the shampoos prepared in the examples 1-8 according to the groups, putting the shampoos into a spot tester chamber, and carrying out no treatment on control holes. The spot test device with the test substance is applied to the inner side of the forearm of the subject with hypoallergenic tape, and is applied to the skin uniformly by pressing with the palm for 24h. Skin reactions were observed at 30min (after disappearance of the indentation), 24h and 48h after removal of the plaque from the test article, respectively, according to the criteria of table 1. The test results are shown in Table 2.

Figure BDA0003900075500000161
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003900075500000162
The results show that: examples 1 to 8 of the invention are all negative reactions, which show that the shampoo disclosed by the invention is safe and mild and does not produce adverse reactions such as skin irritation, sensitization and the like.
Test example 2
The shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to the oil-controlling effect test:
100 volunteers, male 25-50 years old, were selected and randomly divided into 10 groups of 10 persons, each group was cleaned of scalp with the same amount of shampoo provided in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-2, and the hair was not cleaned two days before the test. During the test period, hair bleaching and dyeing were prohibited, other care products could not be used, and subjects could not stop using the products except in special cases. The SEBUMETER is adopted to collect the scalp oil content to evaluate the scalp oil secretion state. The SEBUMETER method is based on the principle of photometer, a special extinction adhesive tape with the thickness of 0.1mm absorbs grease on human skin and then becomes a semitransparent adhesive tape, the light transmittance of the adhesive tape changes, the more grease is absorbed, the greater the light transmittance is, and therefore the content of scalp grease can be measured. The test conditions are strictly that after hair washing for 48 hours at the temperature of 22 +/-1 ℃ by using each sample to be tested, measuring 5 different parts of the scalp by using SEBUMER, averaging, and calculating the reduction rate of the content of the scalp oil after using each sample (the result is presented by the average value);
Figure BDA0003900075500000171
