Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, and aims to provide a compound anti-dandruff shampoo and a preparation method thereof. The method has simple and convenient process, the anti-dandruff composition can be simply compounded into a shampoo formula, and the anti-dandruff composition has no stimulation and mildness to human skin and has obvious anti-dandruff and itching-relieving effects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a compound anti-dandruff shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Most of the shampoo on the market contains more or less antidandruff agents such as zinc pyrithione, piroctone olamine, ketoconazole and the like.
Zinc pyrithione can cause toxicity to embryos, and should be used with caution for pregnant women. According to the regulations in the 'cosmetic hygienic standards' of China, the maximum allowable concentration of zinc pyrithione is 1.5%, and actually, the concentration of zinc pyrithione reaches 2% or more in order to achieve the ideal effect of removing dandruff in certain brands.
Compared with zinc pyrithione, piroctone olamine has low toxicity and good stability, but is a component which is not easily dissolved in water and easily remains on the scalp.
Unlike zinc pyrithione and piroctone olamine, ketoconazole is not a cosmetic raw material in fact, but an antifungal drug. Ketoconazole has been called out of the over-the-counter list because of its side effects such as hepatotoxicity.
After long-term use of the shampoo, not only irreversible damage to the scalp due to chemical residues is caused, but also the anti-dandruff components are absorbed into blood microcirculation through the scalp, and the body is adversely affected.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the composite anti-dandruff shampoo which utilizes the antibacterial characteristics of plant extracts and the traditional anti-dandruff agent to carry out combined compounding, can improve the self-repairing capability of the scalp, normalizes the aging cutin shedding of the scalp, has good anti-dandruff effect, can effectively remove the grease secreted by the hair and the scalp, and reduces the head itching.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the compound anti-dandruff shampoo.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the compound anti-dandruff shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
optionally, the humectant is one or more of allantoin, sodium PCA, panthenol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
Optionally, the foam booster is one or a mixture of more of acrylic acid/VA copolymer, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, propylene glycol laurate and PEG-120 distearate.
Optionally, the surfactant is one or more of ammonium coco polyether sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, sodium cocoamphoacetate and cocamide MEA.
Optionally, the anti-dandruff agent is one or more selected from cortex Magnolia officinalis extract, folium Nelumbinis extract, cortex Salicis Babylonicae extract, piroctone olamine, climbazole, hydroxyphenylpropionamidobenzoic acid, alanylglutamine, and hexamidine dihydrochloride.
Optionally, the cortex magnoliae officinalis bark extract is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the lotus leaf extract comprises the following components: the white willow bark extract is 1:1: 1.
Optionally, the thickener is one or a mixture of more of PEG-150 distearate, xanthan gum, guar gum and seaweed gel; the emulsifier is one or more of cetearyl alcohol, PEG40 stearate and PEG60 hydrogenated castor oil.
Optionally, the hair care conditioner comprises: dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid TEA salt, polydimethylsiloxane, myristamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate, hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride hydrolyzed wheat protein, and radix Gentianae extract.
Optionally, the preservative is one or a mixture of methyl hydroxybenzoate and phenoxyethanol; the pH regulator is one or a mixture of citric acid and sodium citrate.
Optionally, the preparation method of the compound anti-dandruff shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in proportion;
(2) adding deionized water into a reaction kettle, starting stirring and heating, setting the temperature to be 80-85 ℃, sequentially adding guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10 and a humectant, keeping the temperature to be completely dissolved, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;
(3) adding cetearyl alcohol and an antidandruff agent into the first mixture, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes to obtain a second mixture;
(3) adding ethylhexyl glycerol, a surfactant and a foam booster into the second mixture, cooling to 60-70 ℃ while stirring, and uniformly mixing after the added substances are completely dissolved to obtain a third mixture;
(4) adding a pH regulator into the third mixture, regulating the pH value to 6.0-6.5, and cooling to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a fourth mixture;
(5) adding panthenol, a hair care conditioner and a thickening agent into the fourth mixture, and uniformly stirring until the panthenol, the hair care conditioner and the thickening agent are completely dissolved to obtain a fifth mixture;
(6) and adding the preservative and the essence into the fifth mixture, and stirring until the preservative and the essence are completely mixed to obtain the compound anti-dandruff shampoo.
The mangnolia officinalis in the invention is a special precious tree species in China, can be planted manually, grows in mountain forests with elevation of 300 plus one year 1500 meters, and needs to be shaded during the juvenile period; pleased in cool, humid, cloudy and foggy climates with high relative humidity. The cortex Magnolia officinalis extract contains magnolol as main active ingredient, and has antibacterial effect on gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus, and Bordetella pertussis, and gram-negative bacteria such as Bacillus anthracis, Bacillus dysenteriae, Salmonella typhi, Bacillus paratyphi, Vibrio cholerae, Escherichia coli, Bacillus proteus, and Bacillus subtilis.
The white willow bark extract contains salicin as main component, and is salicylic acid under acidic condition, which can dissolve acne, control oil and remove acne.
The main functional components of flavone, alkaloid and volatile oil in the lotus leaf extract have high extraction yield and strong inhibition effect on all tested bacteria (including gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, cocci and bacilli). The lotus leaf alkaloid has strong bacteriostatic activity, particularly has the most obvious effect of inhibiting bacteria and yeast, but has weak effect of inhibiting mould. This is mainly because the nelumbine has antimitotic effect, and the growth and reproduction of bacteria and yeast are inhibited by mitosis just by the nelumbine as long as the bacteria and yeast are asexually reproduced by fission.
The hexamidine dihydrochloride is beneficial to inhibiting sebum secretion, can promote the synthetic gene expression of skin lipid components and improve the barrier function of skin.
The radix Gentianae extract has effects in inhibiting irritation and resisting inflammation; can promote scalp cell secretion, and has scalp soothing effect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the anti-dandruff composition disclosed by the invention uses the traditional anti-dandruff agent and the plant anti-dandruff agent as effective components, has a strong inhibition effect on various bacteria, and is stable in component system. The method has simple and convenient process, the anti-dandruff composition can be simply compounded into a shampoo formula, and the anti-dandruff composition has no stimulation and mildness to human skin and has obvious anti-dandruff and itching-relieving effects.
