According to the comparison of the data of example 3 and comparative examples 1-6 in Table 2, the ammonium laureth sulfate having an anti-dandruff effect and decyl glucoside added alone do not have the effect of inhibiting the growth of dandruff bacilli; hydrolyzed jojoba esters and dimethiconol with nourishing effect are added independently, so that the growth of the dandruff spore bacteria cannot be inhibited; meanwhile, substances with the anti-dandruff effect and the nourishing effect are added, and the effect of inhibiting the growth of the dandruff spore bacteria is avoided; any two extracts of the gentiana scabra bunge extract, the gentiana macrophylla bunge extract and the swertia davidii extract are added, so that the growth of the scurf spores is inhibited to a certain extent, but the inhibition effect is not as fast as the growth speed of the scurf spores, and the scurf spores still grow. Therefore, only by adopting the synergistic compounding of the gentiana scabra bunge extract, the gentiana macrophylla extract and the swertia davidi extract, the growth of the dandruff spore bacteria can be better inhibited, a better antibacterial and bactericidal effect is achieved, any substance is lacked, the bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect is easily greatly influenced, and further, the effects of water-oil balance, long-lasting and long-acting dandruff removal and alopecia reduction of the scalp are influenced.
According to the comparison of the data of the examples 3-7 in the table 2, the antibacterial and bactericidal effects of the anti-dandruff composition can be better promoted only by adding cocoyl hydroxyethyl imidazoline and hydroxypropyl distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride to be compounded with each other, and any substance is lacked, so that the antibacterial and bactericidal effects of the anti-dandruff composition are easily greatly influenced.
Experiment 2
Randomly selecting 190 long-hair female volunteers with similar scurf problems, wherein the age is 25-45 years, randomly dividing the volunteers into 19 groups of 10 persons, respectively using commercially available shampoo commonly used at ordinary times for each group of volunteers, and observing and recording the scurf visible condition on hair after the hair is dried; then after washing the hair for 24 hours, washing the hair once again by using the common shampoo sold in the market at ordinary times, filtering the washed clean water by using a filter cloth bag, collecting the washed dandruff, drying, weighing and recording (mg); then, after collecting the dandruff for 48 hours, using the common shampoo sold in the market to wash the hair again, filtering the washed clean water by using a filter cloth bag, collecting the washed dandruff, drying, weighing and recording (mg); after the 2 nd dandruff collection is completed for 72 hours, the hair is washed once again by using the common shampoo sold in the market at ordinary times, the clean water washed off is filtered by using the filter cloth bag, the washed dandruff is collected, dried and weighed for recording (mg); after which the hair was re-rinsed at 72h intervals for one month and the amount of dandruff (mg) collected on day 15 and day 30 was recorded.
Then, each group of volunteers respectively uses the shampoo containing the anti-dandruff composition of the experimental example or the comparative experimental example, and observes and records the condition of visible dandruff on hair after the hair is dried; then, after the hair is washed for 24 hours, the hair is washed once again by using the shampoo containing the anti-dandruff composition corresponding to the experimental example or the comparative experimental example, the washed clean water is filtered by using a filter cloth bag, the washed dandruff is collected, dried and weighed and recorded (mg); then, after collecting dandruff for 48 hours, re-washing the hair once by using shampoo containing the dandruff removing composition corresponding to the experimental example or the comparative experimental example, filtering the washed clean water by using a filter cloth bag, collecting the washed dandruff, drying, and weighing and recording (mg); after 72 hours of the 2 nd dandruff collection, re-washing the hair once by using shampoo containing the dandruff removing composition of the corresponding experimental example or the comparative experimental example, filtering the washed clean water by using a filter cloth bag, collecting the washed dandruff, drying, and weighing and recording (mg); after which the hair was re-rinsed at 72h intervals for one month and the amount of dandruff (mg) collected on day 15 and on day 30 was recorded.

According to the comparison of the data of the experimental example 3 and the comparative experimental examples 1-6 in the tables 3 and 4, the anti-dandruff composition in the comparative experimental example 1 only adds the substance with the anti-dandruff effect, the immediate anti-dandruff effect of the comparative experimental example 1 is excellent, but the problems of dry hair, knotting and even bifurcation are caused, the condition that the scalp is too dry due to over-cleaning is easy to occur, and the problem that the physiological dandruff is increased is easy to occur; the anti-dandruff composition in the comparative experiment example 2 is only added with substances with nourishing effects, the nourishing effect of the comparative experiment example 2 is excellent, but the anti-dandruff composition has poor anti-dandruff effect due to the fact that the substances with anti-dandruff effect do not exist, and the scalp is easy to oil easily due to scalp nourishing, so that the water-oil balance of the scalp is difficult to control, and further the greasiness of the scalp and the effect of reducing alopecia are easily influenced; the anti-dandruff composition in the comparative experiment example 3 is added with the substances with anti-dandruff effect and the substances with nourishing effect, and the comparative experiment example 3 realizes better instant anti-dandruff effect and better hair moisturizing effect at the same time, so that the hair is less prone to frizzy, knotted and even forked; any two extracts of the gentiana scabra bunge extract, the gentiana macrophylla bunge extract and the swertia davidii bunge extract are added in the comparative experiment examples 4-6, but the lasting long-acting anti-dandruff effect of the comparative experiment examples 4-6 is not obvious, which shows that only when the gentiana scabra bunge extract, the gentiana macrophylla bunge extract and the swertia davidi bunge extract are compounded with each other in a synergistic manner, the water-oil balance of the scalp can be better adjusted, the growth of dandruff spore bacteria of the scalp can be better inhibited, and the anti-dandruff effect is more lasting and long-acting.
In conclusion, the synergistic compounding of the substances is beneficial to improving the instant anti-dandruff effect of the shampoo and nourishing the scalp better, so that the scalp is not easy to generate physiological dandruff due to over-dry scalp caused by over-strong anti-dandruff cleaning power; meanwhile, the scalp can be better conditioned, so that the water and oil of the scalp are balanced, and the scalp is less prone to being too greasy and losing hair; in addition, the shampoo is beneficial to better inhibiting the growth of the dandruff spore bacteria, so that the pathological dandruff of the scalp is reduced, and the dandruff removing effect of the shampoo is longer and longer lasting.
According to the comparison of the data in the experimental examples 3-7 in the tables 2 and 3, the synergistic combination of the guar hydroxypropyl trimonium chloride, the cyclopentadecyl dimethyl siloxane, the amino-terminated dimethyl siloxane and the behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in a specific ratio is beneficial to better reducing the influence of the softener on the water-oil balance of the scalp, so that the scalp is less prone to being too greasy due to excessive nourishing and alopecia.
According to the comparison of the data of the experimental example 3 and the experimental examples 8-14 in the tables 2 and 3, the synergistic combination of the gentiana scabra bunge extract, the gentiana macrophylla extract and the swertia japonica extract can be better promoted by adding the cocoyl hydroxyethyl imidazoline and the hydroxypropyl distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride compounded in a specific ratio, so that the effects of bacteriostasis and sterilization of the shampoo and regulation of the water-oil balance of the scalp are better, and the effect of lasting and long-acting anti-dandruff of the shampoo is better.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
