Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a transparent liquid hair conditioner and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Perming, straightening or curling, bleaching and coloring hair, which can cause significant damage to the hair. Improving the general conditioning of hair by repairing chemically treated hair and preventing damage to the hair from the weather and the environment has become a real requirement in the hair care product market.
Hair care products are available on the market under a variety of names, and according to the development of the hair care products at present, the hair care products can be divided into two main categories, namely (1) curative hair care products for treating or relieving discomfort or diseases related to hair and scalp, such as dandruff-preventing, alopecia-preventing and oily hair and scalp products, which are commonly called hair tonic and generally belong to hair nourishing and hair growth products. (2) Conditioners, whose main purpose is to improve, restore and maintain the conditioning properties of the hair, also the hair rinses belong to this category of preparations. The traditional hair rinse is mainly used after shampoo or soap shampoo, and is washed by water, so as to improve the combing property of hair and prevent hair from winding. Whether it be a hair conditioner or a rinse, the primary requirement is to provide conditioning.
At present, the hair conditioner has various varieties, is divided into a transparent type and an emulsion type from the appearance form, and is more common in the market as an emulsion type product. The hair conditioner is generally used after shampoo, wherein the shampoo takes anionic and nonionic surfactants as main raw materials to provide the functions of decontamination and foam, and the main raw materials of the hair conditioner are cationic surfactants, silicon oil and other softeners. After the shampoo is used for cleaning hair, the hair conditioner is used, and can neutralize the molecules with anions remained on the surface of the hair to form a monomolecular film, so that the frizziness and static electricity of the hair are improved, and the hair is easy to comb. The pure transparent liquid type hair conditioner is liquid with good fluidity, and if the pure transparent liquid type hair conditioner is always in a liquid state in the using process, the pure transparent liquid type hair conditioner is easy to flow away in the using process, so that waste is caused. The common hair conditioner is in an emulsion state or a paste state, and the hair conditioner in the state is convenient to use, easy to adjust the conditioning degree and popular.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that a transparent liquid hair conditioner is inconvenient to use, combines the initial appearance of the transparent liquid hair conditioner with the use experience of a cream type hair conditioner, and develops the hair conditioner which is transparent liquid at normal temperature, can be changed into a thick paste with high solid content after being diluted with water in use and has good conditioning effect by changing the proportion of a formula solvent and a thickening agent.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a transparent liquid hair conditioner comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
7-12% of ethanol;
55-68% of polyol;
0.1-0.5% of fatty alcohol;
2-5% of cationic surfactant;
volatile oil 0.5-3%;
0.3 to 10 percent of deionized water.
Further, the polyhydric alcohol comprises at least one of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 1, 3-butylene glycol and glycerol.
Further, the fatty alcohol includes at least one of myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, and cetearyl alcohol.
Further, the cationic surfactant comprises at least one of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and docosyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.

Further, the lipid-imparting agent comprises at least one of lauryl lactate, maleic acid modified castor oil, and PPG-3 benzyl ether myristate.
Further, the flavoring agent is flower essence, fruit essence or costustoot essence.
The preparation method of the transparent liquid hair conditioner comprises the following steps:
a. mixing cationic surfactant, fatty alcohol, fat-liquoring agent and volatile oil, heating and dissolving;
b. adding polyol which is half of the weight of the mixture obtained in the step a, and heating and dissolving the mixture until the mixture is uniform;
c. cooling, adding the rest half of polyhydric alcohol, and cooling to 30-40 deg.C;
d. adding ethanol, and stirring to obtain transparent liquid;
e. and d, adding deionized water, and adjusting the pH value of the transparent liquid obtained in the step d to 5.0-5.5 to obtain a finished product.
By combining the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the transparent liquid hair conditioner has a transparent dosage form with good fluidity, can be sprayed out by a spray nozzle, and can also be directly dripped on hair for use; after contacting the wet hair, the hair can become thick, and the loss in use is reduced; the hair care product has the effects of making hair more flexible, glossy and elastic after being used, so that the hair care product is easy to comb and achieves the purpose of hair care.
