Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a disposable dry-wet dual-purpose softening hair care composition.
Background
The types of hair care products commonly used are shampoos, conditioners, hair films, hair tail oils, hair sprays, leave-on conditioners, scalp care products, and the like. The shampoo mainly has the main function of cleaning and softening, but excessive conditioning is easy to cause excessive deposition of substances such as cationic surfactants and the like to cause greasy, flat, collapse and matt hair, and the cationic surfactants have certain irritation, and excessive dosage is easy to cause more serious scalp problems and hair quality problems. The hair conditioner and the hair film generally form gel through cations and fatty alcohol and carry silicone oil to achieve the purposes of unwinding, softening and repairing hair, but the hair conditioner and the hair film are required to be washed clean with a large amount of clean water after being used, are unfavorable for environmental protection, have limited content of effective matters remained on the hair due to the influence of a formula, and have limited hair care effect on the hair with serious damage and more bifurcation.
In recent years, the no-clean hair conditioner is popular gradually, but the popular no-clean hair conditioner type in the market is seen to be almost mainly a gel system formed by a cationic surfactant and fatty alcohol, and a small amount of conditioning components for hair are used for achieving the effect of softening hair, the system is similar to a rinse-off hair conditioner or a hair film system, and the rinse-off hair conditioner has a certain effect of protecting hair and softening when used for dry hair, but excessive fatty alcohol and cations easily cause sticky feeling on hands after being smeared, and under the conditions of washing with clear water, and excessive consumption or improper handling, the hair is easy to cause sticky and greasy to form, and the appearance is affected.
There are also leave-in hair care products on the market which are less free of gel systems, and the components of the products are mainly conditioning active ingredients for hair, such as hydrolyzed protein, amino acid, natural plant extracts, hyaluronic acid and the like, but the active ingredients mainly have the effects of supplementing hair nutrition, repairing damaged hair, and not having antistatic and softening capabilities, so that the effects of untwisting, softening and brightening hair cannot be achieved, and the wet appearance is worse.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a washable dry-wet dual-purpose softening hair care composition which has the effects of softening hair, reducing the winding degree of hair, reducing the pulling of hair, improving the damage state of hair and improving the glossiness of hair no matter whether the hair is rinsed or not, can keep fresh and non-sticky, has no residue on hands after being smeared, does not need to be washed, and can be used for both drying and wetting.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows:
a dry and wet dual-purpose softening hair care composition capable of avoiding washing comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
(A) 0.1 to 3 percent of emulsifying agent;
(B) 0.03-0.4% of thickening stabilizer, wherein the thickening stabilizer is polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6;
(C) 3% -30% of a softening nursing agent;
(D) 0.001% -10% of hair conditioner;
and the balance water.
Further, the emulsifier is GATTEFOSSE companyDolcemb. The applicant has found, through numerous experiments, that an emulsifier +_ for use in skin care cosmetics>Dolcomb is applied to hair care products, can emulsify silicone oil which is difficult to emulsify by conventional emulsifying agents, and the selected emulsifying agents have strong emulsification stability when applied to a formula of high-content silicone oil, can keep good stability, and can greatly reduceThe silicone oil brings sticky feel and does not need to be washed. The obtained hair care composition does not need to wash hands after being smeared, can keep excellent refreshing degree, and simultaneously gives soft feel to hair, so that the hair care composition has good effects of repairing the hair and smoothing, and improves the sensory advantages of the product. The addition proportion of the emulsifier is 0.1-3% by weight, preferably 0.3-2% by weight, and more preferably 0.5-1% by weight.
The thickening stabilizer is polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, which can provide viscosity of the hair care composition system and assist in stabilizing emulsified silicone oil particles, so that the hair care composition can uniformly and rapidly form a soft film on hair when being used. The thickening stabilizer is added in a proportion of 0.03-0.4%, preferably 0.08-0.3%, more preferably 0.1-0.2% by weight.
Preferably, the compliant care agent comprises a mixture of at least one of cyclopentadimethicone, dimethicone, dimethiconol, and an amino terminal dimethicone. The selected softening care agent has excellent smooth effect, can be uniformly adhered to hair after being emulsified by the emulsifier to form a hair protective film, improves the comb dryness and comb wet, gives the hair luster and soft feel, and reduces the frizziness of the hair.
Further, the softening care agent further comprises at least one of cyclohexane siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer and alkyl polydimethylsiloxane.
Preferably, the hair conditioning agent comprises a mixture of a polyol having a carbon chain length of less than 6 and sodium polyaspartate. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, which are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not limiting thereof.
The formulations of leave-on dry and wet dual use softening hair care compositions examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 are reported in Table 1 in weight percent. The preparation method is conventional in the art.
Table 1:
the hair care compositions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were placed under different temperature conditions for 1 month, and the layering condition was observed to test the stability; stability test conditions and test results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2:
as can be seen from Table 2, the emulsifier of the present invention has extremely strong emulsifying and stabilizing ability to silicone oil, and the formulation has good stability, whereas conventional emulsifiers such as glyceryl monostearate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and the like cannot stabilize silicone oil particles. Comparative example 4 is a conventional leave-on conditioner paste system, because fatty alcohol has fewer urgent cations, the material is easy to coarsen under low temperature conditions, and the stability is lower than that of the invention.
Patch tests were performed on examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5, and a 2mL sample was taken from the forearm of the subject as a test site and applied to the test site. After 24 hours of observation, the skin reaction was changed. The blank was purified water, 30 subjects were scored according to the different skin reactions of table 3, five grades of grade 0, 1, 2, 3, 4,0 corresponding to no skin reactions, the higher the score, the greater the irritation, and the scoring results are shown in table 4.
Table 3:
skin reactionScoring of | Skin reaction |
0 | Negative reaction |
1 | Can be reacted: with only slight erythema |
2 | Weak positive reaction: erythema, edema, papule |
3 | Strong positive reaction: erythema, edema, papule, and reaction beyond the test area |
4 | Very strong positive reaction: obvious erythema, severe edema, severe papules, and responses beyond the test area |
Table 4:
from Table 4, it can be seen that the subject using the hair care composition of the present invention has no skin adverse reaction, and is more mild and less irritating to skin than the leave-on hair care products made with conventional cationic surfactants.
Examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1, 2, 4, 6 were subjected to dry and wet comb performance test, gloss test, and 30 volunteers were arbitrarily selected to perform freshness evaluation test using the above 7 compositions and one commercial sample, respectively, comparative example 3 and comparative example 5 did not participate in the test for stability reasons, and comparative example 6 was a commercially good well-known brand leave-in hair conditioner.
The test method of dry and wet comb performance is as follows:
(1) Selecting the same batch of hair pieces, cleaning and airing, soaking the hair pieces in 5% K12 solution, washing the hair pieces cleanly with clear water after constant-temperature water bath at 40 ℃ for 30 minutes, and hanging the hair pieces in a constant-temperature constant-humidity room at 21+/-1 ℃ and RH 50+/-10% for more than 1 hour until airing. Then placing the mixture into a constant temperature and humidity box for more than 24 hours; the hair pieces are numbered. Starting an SK-7B dynamic carding instrument, testing a basic value of dry hair, and selecting hair bundles with the basic value of 0.4J-0.7J for the next step, so as to ensure that 5 hair bundles exist in each group of sample test hair bundles;
(2) 2ml of the hair care composition is taken to evenly coat the hair bundle, the two hands gently feel the hair bundle for 30 rounds from top to bottom, the hair bundle is washed cleanly by the same water temperature and water flow, the redundant water is removed by stroking, and the washing is repeated for one time. Testing hair bundles in the same environment by using an SK-7B dynamic carding instrument, and respectively testing the basic values of static and dynamic wet hair, the wet hair test value after sample application and the dry hair test value after sample application; the standard deviation of the change rate of the dry hair combing work, the static wet hair combing work and the dynamic wet hair combing work is ensured to be within 10 percent.
The gloss test method is as follows:
(1) Selecting hair pieces in the same batch, cleaning and airing, and selecting hair bundles with weight of 5.8+/-0.2 g for the next step; the hair piece is fixed by a clamp, and is combed smoothly by a comb, and after the surface of the hair piece is leveled, the hair piece is placed on the surface of the leveled hair piece by a precise gloss meter for measurement. Five test points are respectively taken from the front side and the back side. Recording the basic glossiness value of the surface of the hair piece before sample receiving, screening 5 hair bundles with similar basic values, and testing;
(2) Taking 2ml of hair care composition, uniformly coating the hair bundle, then flushing the hair bundle with water flow with the flow rate of 4litres/minute for 1min at 37 ℃, and hanging the hair bundle in a constant temperature and humidity room with the RH of 50+/-10% at 21+/-1 ℃ for more than 1h until the hair bundle is dried. Then placing the mixture into a constant temperature and humidity box for more than 24 hours; the gloss of the test specimens was measured as the test value after sampling.
Note that: the lower the carding power change rate of the dry and wet carding test is reduced, the smaller the friction force is, the more flexible is; the larger the glossiness test change rate is, the better; the refreshing degree score after trial of the crowd is 1-10, the comparison example 6 (better known washing-free hair conditioner sold in the market) is used as a judgment standard for 5 minutes, the refreshing degree is more than 5 minutes when the refreshing degree is superior to the comparison standard, the refreshing degree is less than 5 minutes when the refreshing degree is greasy, and the refreshing degree is higher than the refreshing degree and is more refreshing when the refreshing degree is less than 5 minutes.
Table 5:
the test results according to examples 1 to 4 show that: within the limit of the invention, as the softening care agent is increased, the dry and wet carding effect of the sample is improved, and the glossiness is improved; from example 1 and comparative example 1, it is evident that: the sodium polyaspartate is selected as the hair conditioner to be added into the hair care composition, and the hair care composition can improve the combing effect and the glossiness of hair in a synergistic way with the softening care agent, so that the sodium polyaspartate has good hair softening and repairing effect; from the comparison of example 4 with comparative example 2, it is known that: under the condition that the polydimethylsiloxane alcohol, the polydimethylsiloxane and the ammonia-end polydimethylsiloxane are not added, after vegetable oil and grease, namely the alaglycerol are used, the dry and wet carding effect and glossiness of the hair are greatly reduced, and the freshness is reduced, so that the addition of the softening care agent can better improve the carding property and glossiness of the hair and is better in freshness; from the test results of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 4 and 6, it is apparent that: the dry and wet combability and the glossiness of the hair conditioner are superior to those of a comparative example (a conventional washing-free hair conditioner consisting of cationic activity and fatty alcohol), which shows that the hair conditioner has more excellent hair softening effect and hair glossiness improving effect. From the comparison of examples 1 to 4 with comparative examples 4 and 6, it is understood that: the hair brush has better refreshing degree after being used, the hair is fresh and sticky and not greasy, and hands are fresh and clean without cleaning hands.
The hair care composition provided by the invention has the effects of softening hair, reducing the winding degree of hair, reducing the pulling of hair, improving the damaged state of hair and improving the glossiness of hair no matter whether the hair care composition is used in a wet state, a semi-dry state or a dry state, can keep the hair fresh and non-sticky no matter whether the hair is rinsed after being used, is quick-dried and has no residue after being applied, does not need to wash hands, and can be used for both drying and wetting.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction. The various possible combinations of the invention are not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
