Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-aging composition containing a rape bud extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is fine, smooth and elastic, which is the pursuit of every beauty lover and also the symbol of the youth activity of people. There are reports in the literature that human skin begins to age by 20-25 years, has long wrinkles, flaccid skin and gradually becomes mottled, and then the skin becomes flaccid, rough, dull, and wrinkles deepen and become more numerous. On one hand, as the people grow older, sebaceous gland secretion gradually decreases, and in addition, due to long-term sun exposure and adverse effects of free radicals, the epidermis gradually becomes thinner, the epidermis bulges, the nipple bodies are flat, the keratin production is reduced, the subcutaneous fat is reduced, so that sagging or wrinkles are caused, and the skin color is not as good as before, so that the people become more pale. On the other hand, the blood circulation of the skin is weakened, the resistance of blood vessels is weakened, and senile leukoplakia and senile wart are gradually generated, so that the skin is aged. Skin aging is almost accompanied by the second half of each person, which negatively affects the work and life of people, and thus how to delay aging is one of the research focuses on cosmetics.
Skin aging includes: 1. intrinsic or intrinsic aging: changes in skin histology and physiology due to inherent genetic factors; including epidermal atrophy, flattening of the dermal-epidermal interface, and dermal atrophy; 2. photo-aging: skin aging due to ultraviolet rays when exposed to sunlight; causing keratosis of the skin, freckles, wrinkles and elastosis. With the improvement of living standard and the emphasis on health, people who love beauty have the beauty, how to reduce the generation of wrinkles and recover youth, and anti-aging cosmetics increasingly become one of the products which are urgently needed by the majority of female consumers.
The skin aging inherent in the skin has a complex mechanism, and several theories are generally considered: 1. the theory of gene program control; 2. the theory of immunology; 3. the theory of free radicals; 4. the deletion of essential trace elements; 5. (ii) the theory of variation of enzyme activity; 6. the theory of hormones; 7. the theory of strain and sadness. The principle of action of cosmetic anti-aging products is to bring the balance of skin regeneration and degeneration to a normal state, i.e., to increase the synthesis of collagen and elastin. The general anti-aging products are mainly designed by adding some plant extracts, vitamin A derivatives, alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acid and the like, but many products have unsatisfactory effects. The main reasons are that the single efficacy, the poor cooperativity of each component, the unobvious effect, the poor permeability, the stimulation and the like are realized, the action principle is single, and the anti-aging effect is limited. The invention provides an anti-aging composition containing a rape bud extract and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the defects and shortcomings of the prior art.

1. anti-irritation test:
the structure of chick chorioallantoic membrane is similar to that of eye conjunctiva, and the chorioallantoic membrane blood vessel experimental method evaluates potential irritation by observing the effect of a test substance on blood vessels, namely, the middle stage chorioallantoic membrane of a fertilized chick embryo with the embryo age of 10-14 days after incubation utilizes the characteristics of complete, obvious and transparent CAM blood vessel system to directly contact a certain amount of test substance with CAM, observe CAM blood vessel injury after a period of action, score different blood vessel injury degrees, and the more serious the blood vessel injury is, the larger the score is. The method particularly emphasizes the vascular effect of the detected object, such as ghost blood vessel, capillary blood vessel congestion, capillary blood vessel hemorrhage, etc. The NC value (stimulation value of normal use concentration) means that the value is graded according to the value corresponding to the CAM vascular effect, and the average value of a group of data is taken to determine the stimulation.
Evaluation of irritation:

After the reaction is carried out for 30 minutes in a dark place, the absorbance A is measured at 517nm, the test is repeated for three times, and the average value is taken; meanwhile, the absorbance A0 is measured by using ethanol instead of the sample solution, and the calculation formula of DPPH-free radical clearance is as follows
DPPH-clearance (%) ═ a0/(a0-a) × 100.
In the formula: a0 is the absorbance of the control group; a is the absorbance of the sample.
Determination of ABTS clearing Capacity
Transferring 1mL of 0.01mg/mL sample solution in ethanol, adding 4mL of 0.1mmol/L ABTS working solution reaction solution, and shaking up. After 10 minutes of dark reaction, measuring the absorbance A at 734nm, and taking the average value; at the same time, the absorbance A0 was measured using ethanol instead of the sample solution.
ABTS · clearance (%) ═ a0/(a0-a) × 100.
