Description

Shampoo soap containing selenium sulfide plant extract and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a shampoo soap containing selenium sulfide plant extracts, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The shampoo products on the market at present represent a plurality of shampoos, and basically clean the scalp of hair and increase the smoothness of the hair, and have low user satisfaction degree on the oil control and anti-dandruff effects of the scalp. The cationic surfactant and the preservative which are necessary in the shampoo technical system have strong irritation to the scalp, thereby bringing about a plurality of scalp problems. And the ingredients with the selenium sulfide as the efficacy are difficult to be added into the shampoo system (the selenium sulfide has high density, is insoluble in water and oil, has strong reducibility, is easy to generate chemical reaction with a plurality of common suspending agents, and is difficult to suspend in the shampoo system). And the cation conditioner and the preservative which are commonly used in the shampoo are difficult to degrade in nature, which brings environmental burden.
The selenium disulfide lotion on the market is a medical lotion, the general content is 2.5 percent, and the selenium disulfide lotion has good curative effect on bacteria on the scalp and seborrheic dermatitis. However, the selenium disulfide has strong skin irritation, and the solid content in the medicament is too high to be used for a long time. In addition, the selenium disulfide has strong effect of inhibiting sebaceous gland secretion, and the high-content dosage form easily causes excessive dryness of scalp, and causes the problems of dandruff increase and scalp itching. In addition, the selenium sulfide lotion has poor cleaning capability and needs to be matched with shampoo for use, so that the selenium sulfide lotion brings no change to users.
In addition, all of the shampoo soaps on the market are cold soaps, which do not use a soap base as a main surfactant, strictly speaking, the shampoo in a solid form has only the shape of soap, and cannot be regarded as soap. When hot soap specially used for washing hair is not available in the market, the hair is difficult to comb and has strong sticky feeling due to soap base residue after the hair is washed by common soap.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a shampoo soap containing selenium disulfide plant extract, and aims to solve the problems in the background art.
The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the shampoo soap containing the selenium sulfide plant extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 13-17% of stearic acid, 1-5% of coronene acid, 1-5% of lauric acid, 15-25% of sorbitol, 5-12% of propylene glycol, 3-8% of glycerol, 5-10% of sodium laureth sulfate, 2-4% of sodium hydroxide, 0.5-3% of beeswax, 0.5-3% of polyglycerol, 5-12% of CAMELLIA (CAMELLIA japonica) seed extract, 0.1-0.5% of selenium disulfide, 0.3-0.8% of essence and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.
As a preferable aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, the shampoo soap comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 14-16% of stearic acid, 2-4% of coronene acid, 2-4% of lauric acid, 18-22% of sorbitol, 8-10% of propylene glycol, 4-6% of glycerol, 7-9% of sodium laureth sulfate, 2.8-3.6% of sodium hydroxide, 1-2% of beeswax, 1-2% of polyglycerol, 7-10% of camellia seed extract, 0.2-0.4% of selenium disulfide, 0.5-0.7% of essence and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the polyglycerol is polyglycerol-10.
Another object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above shampoo soap containing selenium sulfide plant extract, which comprises the following steps:
weighing stearic acid, coronene acid, lauric acid, sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerin, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium hydroxide, beeswax, polyglycerol, camellia seed extract, selenium disulfide, essence and water according to the mass percentage of the components;
mixing and dissolving stearic acid, caro coronene acid, lauric acid, sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerol and sodium laureth sulfate to obtain a mixture A;
mixing sodium hydroxide with water, and then mixing with the mixture A to obtain a mixture B;
mixing the mixture B with beeswax, polyglycerol and camellia seed extract to obtain a mixture C;
grinding selenium disulfide into powder to obtain selenium disulfide powder;
and mixing the mixture C with selenium disulfide powder, and then adding essence for mixing to obtain the shampoo soap.
As another preferable scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, in the step, a mixed dissolution temperature of stearic acid, coronene acid, lauric acid, sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerin, and sodium laureth sulfate is 60 to 80 ℃.
In another preferable scheme of the embodiment of the invention, in the step, the mixing temperature of the mixture B, the beeswax, the polyglycerol and the camellia seed extract is 60-80 ℃.
As another preferable scheme of the embodiment of the invention, in the step, the mixing temperature of the mixture C and the selenium disulfide powder is 60-80 ℃.
As another preferable scheme of the embodiment of the invention, in the step, the particle size of the selenium disulfide powder is not less than 1000 meshes.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a shampoo soap prepared by the above preparation method.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a use of the above shampoo soap in preparing an oil control and/or anti-dandruff hair care product.
In the invention, the soap is a dosage form capable of well suspending selenium sulfide, and the oil control and dandruff removal effects after the selenium sulfide and the camellia seed extract are compounded are good, and the irritation is low. Meanwhile, after the soap base is matched with other surfactants and the camellia seed extract, the sticky and greasy feeling of the washed hair can be well solved, so that the hair has good refreshing feeling and conditioning property. Finally, the hot soap has low moisture content and high surface activity, can be added with large amount of polyalcohol, and can not be rancid under the condition of not adding a preservative, so that the special shampoo soap naturally avoids the damage from the preservative to the scalp.
According to the shampoo soap containing the selenium sulfide plant extract, the selenium sulfide (which can form a colloid copolymer with glycerol) and the camellia seed extract are uniformly dispersed in a hot-melt soap base by a physical dispersion method to form a stable system, so that the shampoo soap has strong effects of cleaning, deoiling and moisturizing, and also has the effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching, preventing and treating folliculitis.
Many clinical tests prove that the selenium sulfide has more obvious anti-dandruff effect than sulfur and salicylic acid, has the effects of resisting seborrhea, fungi and bacteria, can inhibit epidermal cell replacement and reduction caused by nuclear division, plays the roles of controlling oil, relieving itching, diminishing inflammation and reducing dandruff, and has no absorption of the intact skin. The extract of Camellia JAPONICA (Camellia JAPONICA) seed has good antibacterial and antibacterial effects. After the selenium disulfide and the CAMELLIA (Camellia JAPONICA) seed extract are compounded, the oil control and anti-dandruff effects of the product can be guaranteed, and the irritation of the selenium disulfide to the scalp can be effectively reduced. Therefore, the invention organically combines the selenium disulfide, CAMELLIA JAPONICA (CAMELLIA JAPONICA) seed extract, the surfactant and the humectant together to prepare the multifunctional shampoo soap with the functions of cleaning, controlling oil, removing scurf and the like.
