Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for external use for skin, and more particularly, to a cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation and a method for preparing the same; the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation according to the present invention can be used as a majority of types of cosmetic formulations without any particular limitation, and can be used for preparing rinse-off type cosmetics such as skin softening lotions, nourishing lotions, massage creams, nourishing creams, facial masks, gels or shampoos, and also can be used for neck skin type products such as creams, ointments, gels, creams, patches or sprays. It can be used as sensitive skin, and can be added into infant and children cosmetics for reducing irritation.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a composition for external use for skin, and more particularly, to a cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation and a method for preparing the same.
Background
People now often come into contact with skin-irritating substances in daily life, particularly with frequent use of detergents, emulsifying products, and products containing chemically synthesized and surfactants, which are prone to skin irritation.
The skin is an organ which is constantly in contact with the external environment, has the main function of preventing the water loss of the skin and also has the function of a natural barrier. The stratum corneum of the skin, which is present in the outermost layer of the skin, is the protective barrier of the skin: on one hand, the loss of water and electrolyte is prevented, the skin is prevented from being dry, and the normal metabolism environment in the body is kept; on the other hand, prevention of physical damage, prevention of invasion of chemical substances, bacteria, germs, and the like, and the skin plays an extremely important role in protecting the human body.
If the skin comes into contact with substances such as sodium lauryl sulfate, dimethyl sulfoxide, croton oil, sodium hydroxide, etc., skin irritation is induced and damage to the stratum corneum of the skin is caused, and the amount of water lost from the epidermis of the skin is increased.
How to prepare a cosmetic liquid agent capable of relieving skin irritation, and add the cosmetic liquid agent into various cosmetic formulas to enable the cosmetics to have the effect of relieving skin irritation, which is a technical problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical content, the objects and the effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be given with reference to the embodiments.
The most key concept of the invention is as follows: the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation to which the present invention relates can be used as most types of cosmetic formulations.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation, which contains 4-isopropylcyclohexanol as an active substance.
Preferably, the composition comprises 5-60% of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and 40-95% of C3-C8 dihydric alcohol in percentage by weight.
Preferably, the composition comprises 15-50% of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and 50-85% of C3-C8 dihydric alcohol in percentage by weight.
In the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation, the C3-C8 diol is at least one selected from the group consisting of 1, 2-propanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 2-butanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, and 1, 2-octanediol, or a combination of two or more thereof.
The preparation method of the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation comprises the step of uniformly stirring the 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and the dihydric alcohol of C3-C8 at the temperature of 25-75 ℃ to obtain the compound composition.
The invention also relates to a cosmetic containing the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation.
The cosmetic also comprises bisabolol, menthol and dihydroavenanthramide D or its salts.
In the above cosmetic, the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation is used in an amount of 0.1-5.0 wt%.
Preferably, in the above cosmetic, the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation is used in an amount of 0.2 to 2.0 wt%.
The above cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation is used for preparing a cosmetic for relieving or alleviating one or more of skin irritation of itching, dryness, erythema or burning.
Example 1
According to the weight percentage, 30 percent of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and 70 percent of 1, 2-propylene glycol are prepared.
Stirring 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and 1, 2-propylene glycol at 50 deg.C until completely dissolved, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cosmetic agent.
Example 2
According to the weight percentage, 15 percent of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and 85 percent of 1, 3-propanediol are prepared.
Stirring 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and 1, 3-propylene glycol at 75 deg.C until completely dissolved, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cosmetic agent.
Example 3
According to the weight percentage, 5 percent of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 65 percent of 1, 2-butanediol and 30 percent of 1, 3-butanediol are prepared.
Stirring 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-butanediol at 25 deg.C until completely dissolved, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cosmetic reagent.
Example 4
According to the weight percentage, 50 percent of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 25 percent of 1, 4-butanediol and 25 percent of 1, 2-pentanediol are prepared.
Stirring 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 1, 4-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol at 35 deg.C until completely dissolved, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cosmetic agent.
Example 5
According to the weight percentage, 60 percent of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 20 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol and 20 percent of 1, 2-octanediol are prepared.
Stirring 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 2-octanediol at 60 deg.C until completely dissolved, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cosmetic agent.
Application example 1
The cosmetic agent prepared in example 1 was applied to a cream cosmetic, and the formulation is shown in table 1:

The preparation process of the cream cosmetic comprises the following steps:
1. adding the components of the phase A into an oil phase pot, heating to 80 ℃, and stirring for more than 30 minutes until the components are completely dissolved;
2. adding the components of phase B into a water phase pot, heating to 80 ℃, stirring for more than 30 minutes to completely swell U20, and homogenizing for 3 minutes;
3. pumping the phase B into an emulsifying pot, slowly pumping the phase A into the emulsifying pot while stirring until the phase A is completely pumped into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 10 minutes;
4. stirring in an emulsifying pot for 30 minutes, cooling to 55-60 ℃, adding phase C, and homogenizing for 2 minutes;
5. adding the phase D component, and homogenizing for 2 minutes;
6. cooling to 45 deg.C, heating phase E, and homogenizing for 3 min;
7. and continuously stirring and cooling to form paste.
The formulation, preparation method and application example 1 of the blank cream cosmetic were similar except that the cosmetic agent prepared in example 1 was not added to the cream.
To evaluate the skin irritation-relieving effect of the cosmetic agent prepared in example 1, the cosmetic agent cream of example 1 described above was prepared with different concentrations of cosmetic agent: experimental group 1 (cream containing 0.2% of the cosmetic agent prepared in example 1), experimental group 2 (cream containing 0.5% of the cosmetic agent prepared in example 1), experimental group 3 (cream containing 1.0% of the cosmetic agent prepared in example 1), and cream containing no cosmetic agent prepared in example 1 (comparative group) were subjected to a test for irritation-relieving effect, and the degree of irritation inhibition when exposed to an irritant was compared.
The specific test method is as follows: as test subjects, 30 healthy adults, male and female, were selected, and 0.5g of each of the creams containing the cosmetic agent of example 1 and the comparative cream in different concentrations was applied to the skin on the inner side of the upper arm, the diameters of the applications being about 2.5 cm.
After 30 minutes, a spot tester dripping 10% sodium lauryl sulfate is attached, and after 30 minutes, the spot tester is removed. The degree of alleviating irritation was evaluated by measuring the amount of transepidermal water loss and the erythema index, which was visually observed after 1 hour of removal of the plaque removal tester.
All the above tests were carried out at the same site conditions at a temperature of 22. + -. 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 55-60%.
Grading the stimulation response:
1: no response 2 mild erythema 3 erythema, edema 4 severe erythema, edema
The ratio of the number of people in each reaction to the total number of people was observed, and the results are shown in Table 2;

As can be seen from the above table, the cream containing the cosmetic agent prepared in example 1 was more effective in relieving skin irritation than the cream containing no cosmetic agent prepared in example 1, and the cream containing 2.0% of the cosmetic agent had a better effect in relieving skin irritation.
Application example 2
The cosmetic agent prepared in example 2 was applied to the mask water, and the formulation is shown in table 3:

The preparation process of the mask water comprises the following steps:
1. putting 1,2 and 3 of the phase A component into an emulsifying pot, heating to 75 ℃, and stirring for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
2. introducing cooling water into the emulsifying pot, cooling the system to 55 ℃, and adding oat glucan, an amino acid humectant and triethanolamine;
3. adding bisabolol into the emulsifying pot;
4. cooling to 45 deg.C, adding phase C and phase D (obtained in example 9) into emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 2 min;
5. cooling to 35 deg.C to complete the preparation process.
The formulation and preparation method of the blank mask lotion were similar to those of application example 1, except that the cosmetic agent prepared in example 2 was not added to the blank mask lotion.
Evaluation of the anti-inflammatory efficacy (PGE2) of the cosmetic agent with skin irritation alleviation efficacy of the present invention on macrophage raw264.7 model:
the experimental scheme is as follows: raw264.7 cells and LPS were selected for the experiments. Raw264.7 cells, plated evenly onto 96-well plates at 5X104/wel l, and 24 hours after seeding, different concentrations of test samples were added: after the above 4 groups of experiment group 1 (mask water containing 0.2% of the cosmetic agent obtained in example 2), experiment group 2 (mask water containing 0.5% of the cosmetic agent obtained in example 2), experiment group 3 (mask water containing 1.0% of the cosmetic agent obtained in example 2) and comparative group (mask water not containing the cosmetic agent obtained in example 2) were cultured with LPS at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, the supernatant was collected for use in Elisa test PGE2, and 200. mu.l of neutral red solution was added to each well. Incubating for 3h at 37 ℃ with 5% CO2, discarding the supernatant, adding 150ul of eluent into each well, thawing, and measuring the absorbance at 540nm after gentle shaking for 10min at room temperature. The inhibition rate of the test sample on the inflammatory factor PGE2 induced by LPS was observed.
The results of the experiment are shown in table 4;

The results are shown in the table above: the cosmetic agent containing 1.0% of the cosmetic agent prepared in example 2 was effective in inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factor PGE2 induced by LPS, and the inhibition rate reached 82% at 1.0% concentration.
Application example 3
The cosmetic agent prepared in example 3 was applied to a lotion formulation as shown in table 5:

10 subjects with skin itch, burning sensation, and tingling sensation were screened by applying 5% nicotinic acid to the back of the ear in advance.
The experimental steps are as follows: each subject used control solution (a) and test solutions (B-D) on both sides of cheek symmetry each time using a randomized, double-blind trial. One week apart (to reduce the interaction between each test) for each test, the entire test time span is 14 days. Each tester used a cream fragrance block to cleanse the face prior to testing, and then applied the control solution and test solution separately with cotton swabs on the lower left and right sides of the face cheek. The subjects assessed skin feel by self-test questionnaires over 15 minutes.

It can be seen from the above table that the cosmetic agent comprising the cosmetic agent obtained in example 3 is effective in suppressing the skin discomfort caused by nicotinic acid.
In conclusion, the above experiments show that the cosmetic agent provided by the invention is a pure natural plant material with the efficacy of relieving skin irritation. According to different using ways, the skin care lotion can be added into various cosmetics, skin care products and other external skin care preparations, is not limited to lotion or water, and can be prepared into facial cleanser, cream, facial mask, essence, toner, skin lotion and the like. The above plant extract composition can be prepared into various external preparations according to the known method in the field of skin care product industry.

2. A cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation as claimed in claim 1, comprising, in weight percent, 5-60% of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 40-95% of a C3-C8 diol.
3. A cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation as claimed in claim 1, comprising, in weight percent, 15-50% of 4-isopropylcyclohexanol, 50-85% of a C3-C8 diol.
4. A cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation as claimed in claims 2 to 3, wherein the diol of C3 to C8 is selected from at least one of 1, 2-propanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 2-butanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-octanediol or a combination of two or more thereof.
5. The method of preparing a cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the 4-isopropylcyclohexanol and the C3-C8 diol are mixed at 25-75 deg.C to obtain a compounded composition.
6. A cosmetic containing the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation according to any one of claims 2 to 4.
7. The cosmetic of claim 6, further comprising bisabolol, menthol and dihydroavenanthramide D or salts thereof.
8. The cosmetic according to claim 6, wherein the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation is used in an amount of 0.1 to 5.0 wt%.
9. The cosmetic according to claim 6, wherein the cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation is used in an amount of 0.2 to 2.0 wt%.
10. A cosmetic agent for relieving skin irritation according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for use in the preparation of a cosmetic for relieving or reducing skin irritation of one or more of itching, dryness, erythema or burning skin.
