Description
本発明は美白化粧料、さらに詳しくは、植物の
抽出エキスを配合してなる安全性の高い新規な美
白化粧料に関するものである。
従来から美白化粧料には、主としてアスコルビ
ン酸・グルタチオン・コロイドイオウ等が配合さ
れてきており、このような美白化粧料は皮膚の色
黒・シミ・ソバカスの防止などの美容効果のうえ
で、非常に関心の深いものである。しかしなが
ら、アスコルビン酸は酸化を受けやすく一定の効
果の発現が期待されにくく、またグルタチオンや
コロイドイオウは特有の異臭及び沈殿等が生じる
という様な欠点を有している。
一方、最近では、効果及び安全性等の点から、
再び天然物が注目されるようになつてきた(特開
昭50−135236号、特開昭52−79033号、特開昭53
−15432号、特開昭53−8333号、特開昭54−2344
号、特開昭57−163307号)。すなわち、植物の抽
出エキス等には種々の効果を有するものがあり、
作用が緩和で、連用によつて十分にその効果が発
揮され、また安全性も高いために化粧料の配合剤
としては好ましいと考えられる。
係る事情に鑑み、本発明者らは広く天然に存在
する植物の抽出エキスについて、美白剤としての
有用性を鋭意研究の結果、特定の植物の抽出エキ
スは高いチロシナーゼ活性阻害率を有し、これら
を配合した化粧料は、安全性が高く、美白効果が
期待でき、安定性も高いことを見い出し本発明を
完成させた。
すなわち、本発明は、アルテア、イブキトラノ
オ、セイヨウサンザシ、ハクセンピ及びヤグルマ
ギクから選ばれる1種または2種以上の組み合わ
せからなる植物の抽出エキスを配合したことを特
徴とする安全性・安定性に優れた美白化粧料を提
供するものである。
本発明に於ける植物の抽出エキスの美白効果
を、チロシナーゼ活性阻害率を測定することによ
り試験した。試験方法は次のとおりである。植物
の抽出エキス:乾燥した植物細切20部を1,3−
ブチレングリコール100部にて3日間抽出する。
試料溶液:1,3−ブチレングリコール抽出によ
る植物の抽出エキスについては、2倍量の1/
10Mリン酸緩衝液(pH6.8)を加えて試料溶液と
した。またエチルアルコール抽出による植物の抽
出エキスについては、その50mlを濃縮・乾固し、
150mlの1/10Mリン酸緩衝液(pH6.8)に分
散・溶解したものを試料溶液とした。
酵素溶液:チロシナーゼ(26,000単位:シグマ
社)10mgを1/10Mリン酸緩衝液(pH6.8)20ml
に溶解する。
基質溶液:L−DOPA(東京化成)198.0mgを1/
10Mリン酸緩衝液(pH6.8)100mlに溶解する。
測定方法:試料溶液3.0mlに酵素溶液0.1ml及び
1/10Mリン酸緩衝液(pH6.8)0.9mlを加えトー
タル4.0mlとし、30℃にて10分間インキユベート
する。ここで、あらかじめ30℃でインキユベート
しておいた基質溶液1.0mlをこの反応溶液に加え、
10分間反応させる。ついで475nmに於ける吸光度
(ODS)を測定する。さらに、加熱失活させた酵
素を用いて同様に反応させた吸光度(ODHE)及
び試料無添加のときの吸光度(ODB)を測定し、
次式よりチロシナーゼ活性の阻害率を算出する。

In view of these circumstances, the present inventors conducted extensive research into the usefulness of extracts from a wide range of naturally occurring plants as skin whitening agents, and found that certain plant extracts have a high tyrosinase activity inhibition rate. We have completed the present invention by discovering that cosmetics containing the following are highly safe, can be expected to have a whitening effect, and have high stability. That is, the present invention provides a highly safe and stable product which is characterized by containing a plant extract consisting of one or a combination of two or more selected from Althea, Ibuchiranium, Hawthorn, Cucumber and Cornflower. It provides whitening cosmetics. The whitening effect of the plant extract in the present invention was tested by measuring the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity. The test method is as follows. 第1表の結果より明らかなように、本発明で適
用される5種の植物の抽出エキスは、チロシナー
ゼを抑制し、ドーパクロームの生成を低下させ、
美白効果を有することが実証された。
本発明に於ける植物の抽出エキスの調製は、一
般的には、乾燥及び生植物を細切りにしたもの10
−30部に、エタノール・プロピレングリコール・
1,3−ブチレングリコール等の有機溶媒、及び
これら有機溶媒の組み合わせ、もしくは水とこれ
ら有機溶媒との混合物などの溶媒100部を加え、
室温にて所定日数、時々攪拌しながら抽出を行な
い、その後ろ別して抽出液を得る。
本発明の美白化粧料に於ける植物の抽出エキス
の配合量は、0.001−20重量%が適当であり、特
に0.1−10重量%が好ましい。なお、本発明に於
ける植物の抽出エキスを5重量%配合した美白化
粧水は、すべて有効なチロシナーゼ抑制効果を示
すものであり、安全性も高く、化粧料として系の
安定性も高いものであつた。
なお、本発明の美白化粧料には、公知の皮膚美
白効果を有する薬剤、例えば、アスコルビン酸・
アスコルビン酸誘導体・システイン・グルタチオ
ン・イオウ・ウロカニン酸・ウロカニン酸誘導体
及びその他の紫外線吸収剤等を組み合わせて配合
することが可能であり、安全で安定な、高い美白
効果を発現するものである。
また、本発明に於ける美白化粧料は、柔軟性化
粧水・収斂性化粧水・洗浄用化粧水等の化粧水
類、エモリエントクリーム・モイスチユアクリー
ム・マツサージクリーム・クレンジングクリー
ム・メイキヤツプクリーム等のクリーム類、エモ
リエント乳液・モイスチユア乳液・ナリシング乳
液・クレンジング乳液等の乳液類、ゼリー状パツ
ク・ペースト状パツク・粉末状パツク等のパツク
類、及び洗顔料類の形態とすることができるもの
である。
次に本発明について実施例を挙げてさらに説明
する。これらは本発明を何ら限定するものではな
い。
[実施例1] 美白クリーム

(製法)
実施例1の製法に準ずる。
本発明の美白化粧料の使用効果につき、使用テ
ストにより試験を行なつた。使用テストは、それ
ぞれ30〜40才の10名の女性をパネルとし、毎日朝
と夜の2回、洗顔後、試験化粧料を適量顔面に2
週間にわたつて塗布することにより行なつた。試
験化粧料は、実施例1の美白クリーム、実施例2
の美白乳液、比較例1のクリームの3種の化粧料
とした。評価は、シミ・ソバカスに対する効果を
