Abstract
The invention discloses itching-relieving and relaxing bath foam and a preparation method thereof. The itching-relieving and soothing bath lotion adopts a mixed surfactant compounded by laureth potassium phosphate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, lauryl hydroxysulfobetaine and sodium cocoyl methyl taurate, is mild and non-irritating, has strong cleaning power, and is fine and smooth; and the gentiana macrophylla extract, the clove bud extract and the kuh-seng root extract are combined to form a compound plant extract, natural plant sources are synergistic, and the compound plant extract has excellent effects of relieving itching, easing pain and relieving irritation, and enables a formula system to be milder. In addition, the addition amount of the functional components is small, the raw material components are simple, and the cost is low. According to the preparation method, according to the characteristics of the raw material components in the itching relieving and soothing bath lotion, the reaction process and the addition sequence of the raw materials are strictly controlled, so that the itching relieving and soothing bath lotion with uniform texture dispersion and good stability can be prepared.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily necessities, in particular to itching-relieving and relaxing shower gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The bath lotion is a liquid cleaning agent used during bath, is convenient to use and has good cleaning effect, and is an indispensable cleaning daily product in the daily life of modern people. In addition, as the life pursuit of people is continuously improved, the functional pursuit of people on the bath foam is higher, and the bath foam is expected to bring more and better nursing effects to human skin.
In the environment where humans live, microorganisms such as bacteria and dust mites are ubiquitous, and human skin serves as a barrier between the human body and the environment, and is in struggle with these microorganisms at all times. In the process of invading human skin by microorganisms such as bacteria and dust mites, the immune system of the human skin can generate stress, prevent the continuous invading, and generate irritation symptoms such as itching, stinging and the like. At present, most of bath lotions on the market only have the effect of cleaning the surface of human skin so as to remove microorganisms such as bacteria infected on the human skin, and the like, have no relieving effect on symptoms such as itching, stinging and the like, and cannot meet the new demands of people.
Although the bath lotion with the itching relieving effect is available in the market at present, the bath lotion has the problems of more effective components, high cost, poor cleaning power and the like. The refreshing and itching relieving Chinese herbal medicine bath lotion disclosed in the patent application CN201910832394.X comprises 45wt% of a Chinese medicinal composition, 30wt% of a washing material and 25wt% of water, wherein the Chinese medicinal composition comprises folium nelumbinis, purslane, dandelion, radix sileris, tribulus terrestris, fructus kochiae, paniculate swallowwort root, amur corktree bark, fineleaf schizonepeta herb, peppermint and the like, and the refreshing and itching relieving effects are ensured, but the adding amount of the functional components is too large, the cost is extremely high, and the cleaning power is poor. As disclosed in patent application CN201811235196.7, the bath lotion with mite-removing and itching-relieving functions is added with a large amount of chemical compositions, and is added with various functional components such as radix stemonae, cortex phellodendri, radix sophorae flavescentis, paris polyphylla, scandent hop, herba humifuse euphorbiae herb, herba oxalis, rhizoma arisaematis, chinese lobelia, thistle juice, yellow-opening juice and the like, the cleaning functional components act with a small amount of sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine, the cost is high, and a large amount of chemical compositions also irritate skin, reduce the effect of the itching-relieving functional components and have poor cleaning power.
Moreover, no itching relieving shower gel based on a compound mixture of gentiana macrophylla extract, clove bud extract and kuh-seng root extract is found in the shower gels on the market at present.
In addition, the bath cream on the market at present mainly comprises soap liquid as a main component. The soap base type bath lotion can well remove skin grease, but has poor use temperature and poor performance, is easy to cause irritation to human skin, causes symptoms such as dryness, water shortage, tightness, itching and the like of the human skin, can not effectively relieve the symptoms such as itching, stinging and the like caused by microorganisms, and can aggravate the occurrence of the symptoms.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects that the itching relieving shower gel in the prior art has a plurality of functional components, high cost and poor cleaning power, and the existing soap-based shower gel is easy to exacerbate the occurrence of bad symptoms or the defects, the itching relieving and soothing shower gel is provided.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the itching-relieving and soothing bath foam.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme.
The itching-relieving and soothing bath lotion comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
19.0 to 62.0 percent of surfactant, 3.2 to 11.0 percent of humectant, 0.8 to 3.0 percent of thickener, 0.01 to 0.05 percent of EDTA disodium, 0.6 to 4.8 percent of plant extract and the balance of water.
In a preferred embodiment, the surfactant consists of potassium laureth phosphate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, lauryl hydroxysulfobetaine, and sodium cocoyl methyl taurate.
The laureth potassium phosphate belongs to phosphate anionic surfactants, has the property of natural phospholipid, and has good skin affinity and high safety. And the foam is rich, the water solubility is good, the transparency is high, the spreading effect is good, the high-temperature wire drawing is avoided, and the low-temperature jelly is avoided.
Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is an anionic surfactant based on natural raw materials, has the characteristics of washing, emulsification, permeation, solubilization and the like, and has the advantages of mild performance, low toxicity, low irritation, strong hard water resistance, easiness in biodegradation, environmental friendliness and no pollution to the environment. And has excellent foamability, antibacterial property, mildew resistance, corrosion resistance and antistatic ability. The surfactant has good compatibility with nonionic and anionic surfactants, and can enhance the air bubble and washing effect of the surfactant compatible with the surfactant.
The lauryl hydroxysulfobetaine is a zwitterionic surfactant, has the anionic and cationic groups of hydroxyl, has all the advantages of the amphoteric surfactant, is resistant to high-concentration acid and alkali salts, has excellent stability under acidic and alkaline conditions, respectively shows cationic and anionic properties, and has good compatibility with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants. The paint has the advantages of no toxicity, small irritation, easy dissolution in water, stable acid and alkali, strong foaming power, more foam, strong detergency, and excellent thickening property, dispersibility, softness, bactericidal property, antistatic property and hard water resistance.
Sodium cocoyl methyl taurate is an amino acid type surfactant, contains a hydrophilic amino acid structure, has very little skin irritation and mild properties, and can reduce the irritation of other surfactants. Can be used together with anionic, cationic, nonionic and other amphoteric surfactants, and has rich, fine and stable foam under wide pH value, excellent washing, wetting, emulsifying and dispersing capabilities, and can give the skin a comfortable feel after being used; and is easy to be biodegraded, green and safe.
The mixed surfactant compounded by laureth potassium phosphate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, lauryl hydroxysulfobetaine and sodium cocoyl methyl taurate is used as the surfactant of the itching relieving shower gel, is mild, does not cause irritation to human skin, and avoids the bad symptoms of dryness, water shortage, tightness, itching and the like of the human skin.
In a more preferred embodiment, the surfactant comprises 10.0 to 25.0 percent of laureth potassium phosphate, 2.0 to 12.0 percent of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 3.0 to 8.0 percent of lauryl hydroxysulfobetaine and 4.0 to 7.0 percent of cocoyl methyl taurate, based on the mass percent of the itching relieving and soothing bath foam.
