phase B: 0.2 to 0.5 percent of 1, 3-dimethylol dimethyl hydantoin;
and C phase: 2-5% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and 1-2% of selenium sulfide;
and the balance water.
2. The anti-dandruff shampoo of claim 1, further comprising 0.1 to 2.5% of a first conditioner, 0.1 to 6% of a surfactant, and 0.1 to 0.5% of a thickener in the phase A.
3. The anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 2, wherein the first conditioning agent is at least one of the following components: polyquaternium-10, cetearyl alcohol, salicylic acid, allantoin and DL-panthenol.
4. The anti-dandruff shampoo of claim 2, wherein the surfactant is at least one of sodium lauroamphoacetate and coconut oil fatty acid monoethanolamide.
5. The anti-dandruff shampoo of claim 2, wherein the thickener is carbomer.
6. The anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 1, wherein the phase B further comprises 0.1-4.5% of a second conditioner, 0.1-1% of a softener and 0.1-0.5% of essence.
7. The anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 6, wherein the second conditioning agent is at least one of the following components: arginine, menthol, emulsified silicone oil, guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, monoglyceride citrate and PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate.
8. The anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 6, wherein the softener is at least one of the following components: polydimethylsiloxane, C12-15 alkanol polyether-3, and triethanolamine dodecylbenzene sulfonate.
