In one embodiment, the mass ratio of ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendrum spicatum (orthophosphon STAMINEUS) extract, GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynostmma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein, and yeast extract is 4: 6: 2: 2: 1.

In one embodiment, an anti-desludging care product comprises a polyol, an oil, pyridoxine hydrochloride, oligopeptide-2, a surfactant, and water, specifically, the polyol can be propylene glycol, the surfactant can be arginine/lysine polypeptide, and the oil comprises glycerol and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
In one embodiment, an anti-desquamation lotion care product comprises 3 wt% to 8 wt% propylene glycol, 3 wt% to 7 wt% glycerin, 2 wt% to 5 wt% PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 wt% to 0.6 wt% pyridoxine hydrochloride, 1 wt% to 3 wt% oligopeptide-2, 1 wt% to 3 wt% arginine/lysine polypeptide, and the balance water.
In one embodiment, the preparation method of the anti-falling washing and protecting product comprises the following steps: adding water, glycerol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, arginine/lysine polypeptide and the anti-dropping composition into a container, and uniformly stirring; sequentially adding propylene glycol, pyridoxine hydrochloride and oligopeptide-2 into a container, and uniformly stirring; filtering and discharging to obtain the anti-drop washing protective product.

An anti-drop washing and protecting product specifically comprises the following raw materials: 3 wt% propylene glycol, 3 wt% glycerol, 2 wt% PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 wt% pyridoxine hydrochloride, 1 wt% oligopeptide-2, 1 wt% arginine/lysine polypeptide, 11.25 wt% anti-shedding composition and 78.45 wt% water, the anti-shedding composition comprising, by mass, 4: 6: 2: 2: 1 of ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynostmma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein, and yeast extract.
Example 2
An anti-drop washing and protecting product specifically comprises the following raw materials: 8 wt% of propylene glycol, 7 wt% of glycerol, 5 wt% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.6 wt% of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 3 wt% of oligopeptide-2, 3 wt% of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 11.25 wt% of an anti-shedding composition and 62.15 wt% of water, wherein the anti-shedding composition comprises 4: 6: 2: 2: 1 of ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynostmma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein, and yeast extract.
Example 3
An anti-drop washing and protecting product specifically comprises the following raw materials: 5 wt% propylene glycol, 5 wt% glycerol, 2 wt% PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5 wt% pyridoxine hydrochloride, 1.5 wt% oligopeptide-2, 1.5 wt% arginine/lysine polypeptide, 11.25 wt% anti-shedding composition and 73.25 wt% water, the anti-shedding composition comprising, by mass, 4: 6: 2: 2: 1 of ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynostmma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein, and yeast extract.
Example 4
An anti-peeling and washing-off protective product, each step and the reagents used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that the anti-peeling composition was added in an amount of 13.125 wt% and water was added in an amount of 71.375 wt%.
Example 5
An anti-peeling and washing-off protective product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that the anti-peeling composition was added in an amount of 15 wt% and water was added in an amount of 69.5 wt%.
Example 6
An anti-run-off cleansing care product was obtained in the same manner as in example 3 except that the anti-run-off composition was added in an amount of 16.875 wt% and water was added in an amount of 67.625 wt%.
Example 7
An anti-peeling and washing-off protective product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that the anti-peeling composition was added in an amount of 18.75 wt% and water was added in an amount of 65.75 wt%.
Example 8
An anti-peeling and washing-off protective product, each step and the reagents used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that the anti-peeling composition was added in an amount of 20.625 wt% and water was added in an amount of 63.875 wt%.
Example 9
An anti-peeling and washing-off protective product, each step and the reagents used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that the anti-peeling composition was added in an amount of 22.5 wt% and water was added in an amount of 62 wt%.
Example 10
An anti-run-off cleansing care product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3, except that the anti-run-off composition comprised, by mass, 3: 2: 5: 1: 3 extract of Aloe BARBADENSIS (Aloe BARBADENSIS), folium orthosiphoni (Orthosiphon STAMINEUS), herba Gynostemmatis (Gynostemma Pentaphyllum), hydrolyzed lupin protein, and yeast extract.
Comparative example 1
An anti-run wash-off care product, each step and the reagents used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that the anti-run-off composition was replaced with water.
Comparative example 2
An anti-peeling and washing-off protective product, each step and the reagents used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that the anti-peeling composition was added in an amount of 9.375 wt% and water was added in an amount of 75.125 wt%.
Comparative example 3
An anti-run-off cleansing care product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3, except that the anti-run-off composition comprised, by mass, 6: 2: 2: 1 folium orthosiphoni (Orthosiphon STAMINEUS) extract, herba Gynostemmatis (Gynostemma Pentaphyllum) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein and yeast extract.
Comparative example 4
An anti-run-off cleansing care product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3, except that the anti-run-off composition comprised a mixture of 4: 2: 2: 1 extract of ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS), extract of GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM), hydrolyzed lupin protein, and yeast extract.
Comparative example 5
An anti-run-off cleansing care product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3, except that the anti-run-off composition comprised a mixture of 4: 6: 2: 1 ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein and yeast extract.
Comparative example 6
An anti-run-off cleansing care product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3, except that the anti-run-off composition comprised a mixture of 4: 6: 2: 1 extract of Aloe BARBADENSIS (Aloe BARBADENSIS), folium orthosiphoni (Orthosiphon STAMINEUS), herba Gynostemmatis (Gynostemma PENTAPHYLLUM), and yeast extract.
Comparative example 7
An anti-run-off cleansing care product, each step and the reagent used in each step were the same as in example 3, except that the anti-run-off composition comprised a mixture of 4: 6: 2: 2 ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynostmma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, and hydrolyzed lupin protein.
Comparative example 8
An anti-desludging care product was prepared in the same manner as in example 3 except that pyridoxine hydrochloride was replaced with water.
Comparative example 9
An anti-washing off care product, each step and the reagents used in each step were the same as in example 3 except that oligopeptide-2 was replaced with water.
The preparation method of the above anti-peeling wash-off protection products of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 9 comprises the following steps:
1) accurately weighing required raw materials according to production batches;
2) adding water, glycerol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, arginine/lysine polypeptide and the anti-dropping composition into an emulsifying pot at normal temperature, starting stirring, and stirring at 25rpm for 10 min;
3) sequentially adding propylene glycol, pyridoxine hydrochloride and oligopeptide-2 into an emulsifying pot, mixing, stirring at 25rpm for 15-20min, and observing complete and uniform dissolution of the material body;
4) after stirring and dissolving uniformly, stopping stirring, standing, performing appearance, pH value detection and other tests on the material body, and filtering and discharging the material body by using clean 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain an anti-drop washing protective product;
5) filling, packaging finished products, and inspecting and warehousing.
Comparative example 10
An anti-drop washing and protecting product comprises 11.25 wt% of an anti-drop composition and 88.75 wt% of water, wherein the anti-drop composition comprises 4: 6: 2: 2: 1 of ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynostmma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein, and yeast extract.
Performance test
1. Anti-drop function detection
1) Detecting a sample: examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 10;
2) detection indexes are as follows: a VEGF growth factor;
3) detecting the required materials: human dermal papilla cells (obtained by Cell subculture of boxi, guangdong), mesechial Stem Cell Medium (ScienCell), PBS (solibao), mtt (Sigma), dmso (Sigma), minoxidil (alatin), dihydrotestosterone (Sigma), Human VEGF ELISA kit (Abcam), and Human il-6ELISA kit (Abcam);
4) the detection method comprises the following steps:
A. inoculation: cells were seeded at a seeding density of 3X 105 cells/well in 6-well plates, incubators (37 ℃ C., 5% CO)2) And incubated overnight.
B. Preparing liquid: the test article working solution was prepared according to the experimental design shown in table 1.

C. Administration: according to the experimental design shown in Table 1, when the cell plating rate in the 6-well plate reaches 40% -60%, the administration amount is 2mL per well, each group is provided with 3 multiple wells, and the incubator (37 ℃, 5% CO)2) Performing medium incubation for 24 h;
D. collecting cell supernatant: culturing for 24h, collecting cell culture supernatant in EP tube, detecting secretion content of growth factor (VEGF) and inflammatory factor (IL-6), and freezing at-80 deg.C;
E. detection of VEGF and IL-6 content: detection analysis is carried out according to the operation instruction of the kit, GraphPad Prism Program software is used for drawing, a t-test method is adopted for statistical analysis, and the detection results are shown in Table 2.

2. Cell viability assay
The products obtained in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 10 were subjected to MMT method based on dermal papilla cells to detect the relative viability value (%) of cells, criterion for cytotoxicity determination: the relative viability value of the cells is more than 90%, which is the safe concentration, and the detection results are shown in Table 3.

Combining the test results of example 3 and comparative examples 1 and 3-7 in tables 2-3, it can be seen that the application can promote the secretion of growth factors from hair follicle cells and reduce the generation of inflammatory factors from cells by adding an anti-hair loss composition to an anti-hair loss washing and caring product, wherein the anti-hair loss composition contains ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynostma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein and yeast extract, which have synergistic effects, thereby producing excellent anti-hair loss effect, improving the activity of hair papilla cells, and promoting hair growth.
Combining the test results of examples 3-9 and comparative example 2 in tables 2-3, it can be seen that the addition concentration of the anti-hair loss composition in the product is controlled to be 11.25 wt% to 22.5 wt%, so that a superior anti-hair loss effect can be obtained, and the anti-hair loss composition has low toxicity, and has the effects of improving the activity of hair papilla cells and promoting hair growth.
According to the detection results of the example 3 and the comparative examples 8 to 10 in the tables 2 to 3, when the anti-hair-loss composition is added into the anti-hair-loss washing and protecting product, the compatibility of each component is good, meanwhile, the pyridoxine hydrochloride and the oligopeptide-2 are helpful for promoting the anti-hair-loss composition to exert the effect, and the components support and are fused with each other, so that the excellent anti-hair-loss effect is achieved.
As can be seen from the results of the tests in examples 3 and 10 in tables 2 to 3, by controlling the mass ratio of the ALOE vera (Aloe Barbadensis) extract, the clerodendranthus spicatus (Orthostachhon Stamineus) extract, the GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (Gynostemma PENTAPHYLLUM) extract, the hydrolyzed lupin protein and the yeast extract to 4: 6: 2: 2: 1, the anti-falling effect can be prevented from being influenced by too much or too little content of single component.

The anti-alopecia composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) extract, the clerodendranthus spicatus (ORTHOSIPHON STAMINEUS) extract, the GYNOSTEMMA PENTAPHYLLUM (gynosamma pentaphhyllum) extract, the hydrolyzed lupin protein and the yeast extract is 4: 6: 2: 2: 1.
3. use of the anti-hair loss composition according to claim 1 or 2 in a hair washing or hair care product.
4. An anti-hair-loss washing and protecting product, characterized in that the anti-hair-loss composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2 is adopted, and comprises 11.25-22.5 wt% of the anti-hair-loss composition and the balance of base materials.
5. The anti-hair loss wash care product of claim 4, wherein the anti-hair loss composition is added in an amount of 11.25 wt%.
6. The anti-hair loss lotion formulation of claim 4 comprising 11.25 wt% to 22.5 wt% of the anti-hair loss composition, 0.3 wt% to 0.6 wt% pyridoxine hydrochloride, 1 wt% to 3 wt% oligopeptide-2, and the balance binder.
7. The anti-falling wash-off protection product according to claim 4, characterized by comprising the following raw material components:
polyol: 3 to 8 weight percent;
oil: 5-12 wt%;
pyridoxine hydrochloride salt: 0.3 wt% -0.6 wt%;
oligopeptide-2: 1 wt% -3 wt%;
surfactant (b): 1 wt% -3 wt%;
the anti-dropping composition comprises: 11.25 wt% -22.5 wt%;
water: and (4) the balance.
8. The anti-desquamation care product of claim 7, wherein said oil comprises glycerin and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, said surfactant is arginine/lysine polypeptide, and said polyhydric alcohol is propylene glycol.
9. The anti-falling wash-off protection product according to claim 8, wherein the base comprises the following raw material components:
propylene glycol: 5 wt;
glycerol: 5 wt;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: 2 wt;
pyridoxine hydrochloride salt: 0.5 wt;
oligopeptide-2: 1.5 wt;
arginine/lysine polypeptide: 1.5 wt;
the anti-dropping composition comprises: 11.25 wt%;
water: 73.25 wt%.
10. A process for the preparation of a leave-on rinse-off protection product according to claim 8 or 9, comprising the steps of: adding water, glycerol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, arginine/lysine polypeptide and the anti-dropping composition into a container, and uniformly stirring; sequentially adding propylene glycol, pyridoxine hydrochloride and oligopeptide-2 into a container, and uniformly stirring; filtering and discharging to obtain the anti-drop washing protective product.
