(4) cooling the emulsifying device to 50 deg.C, adding the plant source fermented extract, homogenizing for 18min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the final product.
Comparative example 1:
an anti-wrinkle eye cream containing plant source fermented extract is prepared from plant source fermented extract and eye cream base material; in contrast to example 1, in the preparation of the plant-derived fermented extract, the plant-derived material was erigeron breviscapus. 160 healthy female subjects with age of 30-42 years and mild to moderate eye wrinkles were selected.

2. Test method
160 healthy female subjects were randomly divided into 8 test groups, test groups 1 to 5 tested the anti-wrinkle eye cream of examples 1 to 5; test groups 6-8 test the anti-wrinkle eye creams in comparative examples 1-3. The test subjects take a proper amount of corresponding eye cream to be smeared around the eyes in the morning and evening, and the test time is 10.12-11.23 days.
Measuring by an instrument:
the elasticity of the skin of the eyes of the subject was evaluated using a skin elasticity tester cutometer and analyzed using a facial image analyzer VISIA-CR. Skin improvement was assessed and analyzed every three weeks and recorded 3 weeks and 6 weeks after eye cream application. Specific results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from tables 2-4, the subjects have high satisfaction degree on the anti-wrinkle eye cream provided by the invention, and the anti-wrinkle eye cream has good market prospect.

no adverse events related to the test occurred during the whole test. The eye cream has better safety.

(2) according to the mass ratio of 100: 10-40: 3-12 weighing fine powder of herba erigerontis, herba Polygoni Hydropiperis, and semen Celosiae, mixing well to obtain mixture, adding deionized water 10-12 times of the mixture, sterilizing at 105 deg.C for 20-25 min; then cooling to room temperature, and adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7; inoculating zymocyte liquid, and performing fermentation culture after inoculation;
(3) centrifuging the obtained fermentation product, collecting supernatant, ultrasonically extracting the supernatant with organic solvent for 2-3 times, collecting organic layer, filtering, and evaporating under reduced pressure to obtain plant-derived fermented extract.
2. The anti-wrinkle eye cream containing the plant-derived fermented extract according to claim 1, wherein the fermentation broth contains lactobacillus bulgaricus and saccharomyces cerevisiae.
3. The anti-wrinkle eye cream containing the plant-derived fermented extract according to claim 2, wherein the Lactobacillus bulgaricus is contained in the fermentation broth to 1-10 x 108cfu/L, the thallus in Saccharomyces cerevisiae reaches 5-15 multiplied by 109cfu/L。

(1) placing cetostearyl alcohol, methyl glucoside sesquistearate, antiseptic, polyethylene glycol 500, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and plant essential oil in a stirring tank A, heating to 75-80 deg.C under stirring, and stirring at constant temperature for 10-15min to obtain component A;
