Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to an antibacterial itching-relieving hair conditioner and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hair is an important component of the human body, can protect the head from being damaged by external mechanical property and bacteria, has a beautiful and black hair and gives people a natural, unrestrained and elegant feeling. The accumulation of sweat and sebum creates conditions for the growth of bacteria and fungi, and excessive propagation of bacteria and fungi can cause dandruff, scalp pruritus, tinea capitis and the like. The hair shaft is divided into three layers of hair cortex, cortex and medulla, and the main component is keratin. Urban environmental pollution, ultraviolet radiation, hair perming agents, hair dyes and hair combing can cause hair damage to different degrees, the appearance of the damage is often that scales of fur skin are raised or cracked, finally cortical fibers are broken, and the essence of the damage is that mechanisms and components of the hair are damaged, and the loss of keratin is most obviously shown. The hydrolyzed keratin can supplement hair keratin, and improve hair toughness and luster.
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is an important component of an antioxidant enzyme system in a biological system and is widely distributed in microorganisms, plants and animals. It can effectively eliminate free radicals in vivo. Supplementing exogenous SDO, scavenging hair follicle free radical, supplementing nutrition to hair root, promoting hair growth,

Experiment one: experiment for inhibiting bacteria
Experimental reagents and instruments: an autoclave YM30B (Shanghai Sanshen medical instruments Co., Ltd.), a constant temperature incubator (Guangdong Tai Hongjun scientific instruments Co., Ltd.), and an ultra-clean bench (Shanghai Lujing medical instruments Co., Ltd.). Bacillus subtilis [ CMCC (B)63501], Staphylococcus aureus [ CMCC (B)26003], Escherichia coli [ CMCC (B)44102], Candida albicans [ CM-CC (F)98001], Malassezia furfur, nutrient agar medium, lactose-doubled bile medium, and Malassezia liquid medium.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
1. adding nutritional agar slant culture of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, and Candida albicans cultured at 36 deg.C for 24 hr into 0.9% sterile sodium chloride solution with turbidity equivalent to that of standard turbidimetric solution as stock solution; bacterial suspension containing 50-100CFU bacteria per 1ml is prepared by 0.9% sterile sodium chloride solution. Continuously subculturing Malassezia for 2 times, culturing at 2 nd 32 deg.C for 4 days, eluting with sterile normal saline to obtain purified colony, and making into bacterial suspension with final concentration of 1.0 × 106-2.0×106。
2. Taking six 1ml of the first to the sixth examples and 50-100CFU experimental bacteria (staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis and candida albicans), respectively, pouring into plates, immediately pouring into a nutrient agar plate which is melted and cooled to 45 ℃. Taking 8 double lactose bile salt culture medium tubes, respectively adding 10ml of Escherichia coli, 1ml of Escherichia coli +9ml of the first to fifth emulsions and 10ml of diluent, and culturing at 44 ℃ for 24h in the culture tubes. And (5) observing the acid and gas production condition in the fermentation tube, and scratching an agar plate for confirmation experiment. Mu.l of malassezia liquid was added to each well of a 96-well plate, 100. mu.l of the test solution was added thereto, and the mixture was incubated at 32 ℃ for 24 hours.
3. And (4) judging a result: the recovery rate of staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis and candida albicans is more than 70 percent, and the sample has no bacteriostatic action; the recovery rate is less than 70%, and the sample has the bacteriostatic action. Positive Escherichia coli is detected, and the sample has no bacteriostatic action and is indicated by a plus sign; if the positive bacteria are not detected in the test sample added with the bacteria liquid, the sample has the bacteriostatic action and is represented by "-". Malassezia were completely inhibited (no growth), indicated as "-", and the results are shown in Table 1.
According to the experimental results, the sixth embodiment of the present invention has the effect of inhibiting bacillus subtilis, candida albicans, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, and malassezia. The effect of the sixth embodiment is better.
Experiment two: hair conditioner Effect test
Experimental reagents and instruments:
texture analyzer (BROOKFIELD, CT3-2K), standard light source color lamp box, 3% sodium dodecyl sulfate solution, six samples from example one to example, and certain hair conditioner sold in the market.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
1. hair bundle pretreatment A hair bundle was washed with a 3% sodium dodecyl sulfate solution, and naturally dried to divide into small hair bundles of 25cm in length and 5g in weight for use.
2. The first to sixth examples and the commercial control were each kneaded 5g for 5 minutes to wash out small tresses of hair, dried with a hair dryer after washing, and tested with a texture analyzer.
3. Average tensile strength test: and (3) fixing 5 hair strands treated by the hair conditioner at two ends of the texture instrument respectively, and stretching upwards until the hair is broken.
Testing the brightness: the hair tresses treated with the conditioner were arranged into 2cm wide plates, fixed in a standard light source color box, and 5 trained evaluators evaluated the lightness of each tress in 5 points, 1 point dark and 5 points bright, and averaged. The results are shown in Table 2.
From the experimental results, it can be seen that all of the sixth embodiment of the first embodiment has the effect of increasing the tensile strength and the lightness of the hair bundle, wherein the sixth embodiment has the better effect.
