Pure natural active hair dye
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hair dyes, in particular to a pure natural active hair dye, which maintains the activity of effective dyeing components of natural plants by utilizing a freeze drying technology.
Background
With the development of times, hair dyeing becomes fashionable, however, at present, most hair dyes are oxidation hair dyes, the main raw materials of the oxidation hair dyes are p-phenylenediamine compounds and benzenediols, the damage to hair keratin is quite large, the hair is easy to be damaged, and the hair is easy to be withered, crisp, split and shed after being frequently used. Some pure natural dyes destroy the active substances of the dyeing components due to improper extraction (drying and crushing). In order to solve the above problems, patent application 201010572862.3 discloses a natural hair dye composition. The method comprises freeze-drying natural melanin, radix Polygoni Multiflori, rhizoma Zingiberis, rhizoma bletilla, indigo naturalis, rhizoma Nardostachyos, nidus Vespae extract, carbon molecular sieve, etc. at critical point, grinding at 90-125 deg.C before freeze-drying raw materials, wherein the internal structure of effective components is changed during grinding at the temperature, and the raw materials are contacted with air sufficiently to destroy activity of dyeing components.

(c) Adding an ionic active agent and a thickening agent into the extracting solution; according to the extraction weight ratio, the extract: ionic active agent: the thickening agent is 100:40: 1.
Wherein the ionic active agent is polyethylene glycol, and the thickening agent is guar gum.
(d) And vacuum concentrating the extractive solution to obtain Chinese medicinal concentrated solution with concentration of 60-75%.
The hair dye preparation method adopts a vacuum freeze drying technology, and water frozen by fresh plants such as walnut green husks and mulberries is directly sublimated from ice solids into steam in a high-vacuum environment. Because the drying process is at very low temperature and basically isolates air, the biological, chemical and physical properties of the plants are stable, and the active substances in the raw materials are well preserved. Meanwhile, the vacuum freeze drying technology is thorough in dehydration, and the dried walnut green husks, the dried mulberries and the like are stable in properties and convenient to store for a long time. Finally, in the vacuum freeze drying process, the hair dyeing natural raw material has no surface hardening problem, and the interior of the hair dyeing natural raw material is formed into a porous sponge shape, so that the hair dyeing natural raw material has excellent rehydration property, and can recover the state before drying in a short time. As described above, the vacuum freeze-drying technique offers many advantages for the production of natural reactive colorants.
The functions of the raw materials used in the invention are as follows:
walnut green husk: the exocarpium Juglandis Immaturus contains exocarpium Citri Reticulatae viride pigment such as purpurin and green pigment.
And (3) mulberry fruit: the mulberry contains a large amount of nutrient substances required by human bodies and also contains hair blackening elements, so that the hair can be blackened and glossy.
Ginger: the ginger can prevent dandruff falling and hair falling, and protect scalp.
Polygonum multiflorum: has effects in regulating nerve and endocrine, nourishing hair root, promoting generation of hair melanin, blackening hair, and moistening hair.
Ginseng: ginseng radix has effects of dilating head capillary, increasing hair nutrition, improving hair toughness, and protecting hair from alopecia and breakage.
Ligusticum wallichii: the ligusticum wallichii is beneficial to improving the nutrition of the hair, expands the capillary vessels of the head, enables the hair to have good flexibility and function of difficult embrittlement, and keeps the hair smooth and glossy.
Chinese angelica: can dilate capillary vessels of scalp and promote blood circulation. The prepared radix Angelicae sinensis shampoo can prevent alopecia and moisten skin and hair. It also has effects in blackening and brightening hair, and preventing yellow hair and white hair.
Red sage root: promoting hair melanogenesis, improving white hair, yellow hair, and dry hair, and relieving itching and dandruff when combined with other natural medicines.
Astragalus root: has effects in dilating blood vessel, preventing and treating alopecia, and promoting hair growth.
Wolfberry fruit: can prevent alopecia and make hair black and bright.
The hair dye adopts natural plants as main components of the hair dye, and does not contain any harmful components. In addition, the freeze drying technology is adopted to keep the activity of the effective dyeing components of the natural plants. Meanwhile, the nutrient components are added to promote the hair to absorb the nutrition, so that the hair is more smooth.
