Abstract
The invention discloses a polypeptide whitening and repairing wash-free mask which comprises the following components: small molecular polypeptide mixed liquor, oligopeptide mixed liquor, purslane extract, deep sea collagen powder, glucan and an auxiliary agent; the small molecule polypeptide mixed solution consists of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, carnosine, tripeptide-1, nonapeptide-1 and dipeptide-2; the oligopeptide mixed solution consists of oligopeptide-1, oligopeptide-3, oligopeptide-4 and oligopeptide-5; the auxiliary agent comprises a pH regulator, a humectant, an antiallergic agent, a gel thickener and water. The polypeptide whitening and repairing no-clean mask is prepared by carefully compounding various small molecular polypeptides, oligopeptide mixed liquid, purslane extract and the like, and has the effects of removing freckles, whitening, moisturizing, increasing skin elasticity, resisting wrinkles and tightening skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a polypeptide whitening and repairing wash-free mask.
Background
The mask has the main functions of isolating the external environment, air and pollution, improving the temperature of the skin, promoting the secretion and metabolism of sweat glands, increasing the oxygen content of the skin, being beneficial to the skin to remove products of metabolism of epidermal cells and accumulated grease substances, enabling water to permeate into the horny layer of the epidermis, softening the skin, enabling the skin to be naturally bright and elastic, and realizing the maintenance functions of moisturizing, whitening, moistening, anti-aging, grease balancing and the like.
Chinese patent CN104055723A discloses a natural wash-free sleeping mask, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of deionized water, 35 parts of glycerin, 2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 3 parts of milk, 2.5 parts of aloe extract, 2 parts of morinda officinalis extract, 1.5 parts of vitamin C, 2 parts of rose essential oil, 2 parts of lavender essential oil, 1 part of orange essential oil and 4 parts of propolis.
Chinese patent CN109908044A discloses a Chinese herbal medicine washing-free sleeping mask for whitening, removing wrinkles and resisting aging, which comprises traditional Chinese medicine components and matrix components; the traditional Chinese medicine components are prepared by preparing active ingredients of a traditional Chinese medicine composition into superfine powder and coating the superfine powder with collagen, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components: 20-50 parts of tassel, 20-50 parts of spreading hedyotis herb, 15-48 parts of radix rose malloti, 10-30 parts of mallotus root, 15-30 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 15-30 parts of downy rosemyrtle root and 8-16 parts of pennycress.
The small molecular polypeptide is a biochemical substance between amino acid and protein, has a molecular weight smaller than that of protein and larger than that of amino acid, and is a fragment of protein. Two or more amino acids are linked by peptide bonds, and the resulting amino acid chain is called a peptide. Peptides consisting of 2 to 15 amino acids are called small peptides or small peptides. Among them, peptides consisting of 2 to 9 amino acids are called oligopeptides, and peptides consisting of 10 to 15 amino acids or more are called polypeptides.
The small molecular polypeptide has important physiological activity, accurately supplements human nutrition, activates cells, improves the functions and the vitality of the cells, and repairs the cells. There is a need to develop polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a polypeptide whitening and repairing wash-free mask to overcome the defects in the background technology.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a polypeptide whitening and repairing wash-free mask comprises the following components: small molecular polypeptide mixed liquor, oligopeptide mixed liquor, purslane extract, deep sea collagen powder, glucan and an auxiliary agent; the small molecule polypeptide mixed solution consists of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, carnosine, tripeptide-1, nonapeptide-1 and dipeptide-2; the oligopeptide mixed solution consists of oligopeptide-1, oligopeptide-3, oligopeptide-4 and oligopeptide-5; the auxiliary agent comprises a pH regulator, a humectant, an antiallergic agent, a gel thickener and water.
In the polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask component, the pH regulator is preferably, but not limited to, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA-2 NA); the humectant is preferably but not limited to small molecule sodium hyaluronate, triethanolamine, methyl propylene glycol, isoamyl glycol; the antiallergic agent is preferably but not limited to dipotassium glycyrrhizinate; the gel thickener is preferably, but not limited to, carbomer 940.
The auxiliary agent also comprises vitamin B3 and cellulose.
The purslane extract has the comprehensive performance of preventing dry aging, increasing the comfort of skin, clearing free radicals, improving the comfort of skin and the like in winter. Effects of various components in purslane extract:
1. the plant polysaccharide and vitamins can nourish and lubricate skin, promote the physiological function of epithelial cells to be normal, and reduce the generation of dead skin and cuticle caused by dryness;
2. amino acids can contract vascular smooth muscle, contract central and peripheral properties, relieve skin and inhibit skin pruritus caused by dryness;
3. the flavone and saponin can remove free radicals, resist oxidation and delay skin aging;
4. the alkaloids and flavones can be used for resisting bacteria and inhibiting common pathogenic dermatophytes.
The collagen can effectively accelerate the growth of cells in the dermis, activate epidermal cells, maintain the elasticity and firmness of the skin, prevent wrinkles from appearing, and improve or even remove the wrinkles generated by skin aging. However, the collagen extracted from terrestrial animals can activate the activity of the collagen most efficiently at the temperature of more than 35 ℃ to achieve the ideal effect. The human body surface temperature is lower than 35 ℃, and the activity of collagen cannot be well excited. The inventor finds that the activity of the collagen extracted from the deep-sea fish is only activated at the temperature of more than 10 ℃, and the deep-sea collagen powder is added into the eye essence of the invention, so that the activity of the collagen can be fully activated and utilized, and the best effect is achieved.
Glucan, also known as dextran, is a polysaccharide present in the mucus secreted by some microorganisms during growth, has a relatively high molecular weight and is mainly linked by D-glucopyranose in α, 1 → 6 bonds, with branching points of 1 → 2, 1 → 3, 1 → 4, preferably, but not limited to, β -glucan, preferably β -1, 3-glucan, β -glucan enables lymphocytes of injured organisms to rapidly recover the ability to produce cytokines (IL-1), effectively regulating the immune function of the organisms, β -1, 3-glucan has been identified as a safe substance by FDA in the United states.
As a preferred technical scheme, the polypeptide whitening and repairing wash-free mask comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

Preferably, the weight percentage of each component in the small molecule multi-peptide mixed solution is as follows:
the sum of the percentage contents of all the components is 100 percent.
Preferably, the weight ratio of each component in the oligopeptide mixed solution is as follows: oligopeptide-1: oligopeptide-3: oligopeptide-4: oligopeptide-5 is 1: 1: 2: 2.
palmitoyl tripeptide-1 can promote the production of collagen in a large amount, obviously reduce facial wrinkles and enhance facial elasticity. Promoting cell activity, increasing water content and moisture retention of skin, making skin feel soft and smooth, and improving skin color from inside to outside.
Acetyl hexapeptide-8, also known as botulinum-like peptide, reduces wrinkles caused by contraction of facial expression muscles and has desirable effects on removing wrinkles around the forehead or eyes. The principle is that nerve transmission muscle contraction information is locally blocked, so that the skin sac nerve conduction is influenced, the facial muscles are relaxed, and the aim of smoothing dynamic lines, static lines and fine lines is achieved; in addition, the activity of elastin can be effectively enhanced, the facial lines can be relaxed, and the skin laxity can be improved.
Carnosine, known by the scientific name β -alanyl-L-histidine, is a dipeptide consisting of two amino acids, alanine β and L-histidine, in crystalline solids, muscle and brain tissues contain very high concentrations of carnosine.
The first step in melanin formation is the binding of melanocyte stimulating hormone to the MC1 receptor on melanocytes, which then activates tyrosinase to further form melanin. Nonapeptide-1 is a biomimetic peptide, has good matching property with MC1 receptor, and can be used as an antagonist of melanocyte stimulating hormone to prevent tyrosinase from being further activated, thereby reducing and avoiding the formation of melanin.
The dipeptide-2 can improve eye edema and remove dark circles, is an effective angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, and can reduce vasoconstriction around eyes and promote blood circulation by inhibiting ACE activity, thereby removing the dark circles.
As a further preferable technical scheme, the polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
the balance of water, and the sum of the percentage contents of all the components is 100%.
Preferably, the polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask also comprises 0.3% of VB3 and 0.5% of cellulose.
The polypeptide whitening and repairing no-clean mask can be prepared by a conventional method, and preferably adopts the following method:
1. heating the phase A to 75-85 ℃ and completely dissolving;
2. cooling to 45-50 deg.C, adding the material of phase B into phase A, and mixing under vacuum;
3. cooling to 40-45 deg.C, adding phase C, and mixing under vacuum;
4. cooling to 35-38 deg.C, adding pH regulator until pH is 6.0-7.0, and discharging after qualified inspection;
the phase A comprises: water, gel thickeners;
the phase B comprises: moisturizers, anti-allergic agents;
the phase C comprises: small molecular polypeptide mixed liquor, oligopeptide mixed liquor, purslane extract, deep sea collagen powder and glucan.

The invention is illustrated below by means of specific examples, without being restricted thereto. All the raw materials are conventional commercial products unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
The polypeptide whitening and repairing no-clean mask formula comprises the following components:

The polypeptide whitening and repairing no-clean mask can be prepared by a conventional method, and preferably adopts the following method:
1. heating the phase A to 75-85 ℃ and completely dissolving;
2. cooling to 45-50 deg.C, adding the material of phase B into phase A, and mixing under vacuum;
3. cooling to 40-45 deg.C, adding phase C, and mixing under vacuum;
4. cooling to 35-38 deg.C, adding pH regulator until pH is 6.0-7.0, and discharging after qualified inspection;

Comparative example
The wash-free mask is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

1. Anti-wrinkle test
The value of the skin elasticity index R7 was measured using a skin elasticity meter Cotomermapa 580 from CK, Germany (constant negative pressure of 450mbar during the test).
60 tested persons with obvious forehead wrinkles are selected and are all women in the age of 35-45 years, and every 30 persons are randomly divided into 1 group and 2 groups in total. The forehead of the testee can not use any product within 3 days before the test, the forehead skin is selected as a test area, any 5 points in the test area are selected for measurement, and the average value is obtained and recorded. In which the group # 1 used the sample of example 1 of the present invention and the group # 2 used the sample of comparative example. The first measurement was made before using the sample and recorded as the initial value. After the test is started, the liquid is used once in the morning and evening every day, a proper amount of samples are uniformly smeared around the forehead, the liquid is guaranteed to be smeared on a test area and be fully absorbed, and the liquid is tested once every week after the liquid is used, and is used for four weeks. Specification of indexes: the closer the skin elasticity index R7 is to 1, the better the skin elasticity is. Each set of data was averaged after removing one maximum and one minimum from each test, and the test results are shown in table 1:

Test results show that the skin elasticity is obviously increased after the polypeptide whitening and repairing wash-free mask is used for two weeks, and the R2 index is close to 1 after the fourth week, which shows that the skin elasticity of a tested person is greatly improved, and the effect is better than that of a comparative example. The polypeptide whitening and repairing no-clean mask has the effects of increasing skin elasticity, resisting wrinkles and tightening the skin.
2. Test of whitening and freckle-removing effects
In order to test the whitening and freckle removing effects described in the examples and comparative examples of the invention, 80 subjects were selected, randomly divided into four groups, and tested using the polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask or a comparative sample every day, wherein the 1# group used the example 1 sample, the 2# group used the example 2 sample, the 3# group used the example 3 sample, and the 4# group used the comparative sample, and double-blind test scoring test was performed; the subjects were aged 23-50 years, during the trial period, the trial site was deprived of any drug, and the subjects continued to use the test product for one month. The skin color and the number of the color spots on the cheeks of the test subjects were observed, the initial photograph and the used photograph were compared and scored, the filling score was 100%, and the average score was obtained, and the results are shown in table 2.

The polypeptide whitening and repairing wash-free mask is characterized by comprising the following components: small molecular polypeptide mixed liquor, oligopeptide mixed liquor, purslane extract, deep sea collagen powder, glucan and an auxiliary agent; the small molecule polypeptide mixed solution consists of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, carnosine, tripeptide-1, nonapeptide-1 and dipeptide-2; the oligopeptide mixed solution consists of oligopeptide-1, oligopeptide-3, oligopeptide-4 and oligopeptide-5; the auxiliary agent comprises a pH regulator, a humectant, an antiallergic agent, a gel thickener and water.
2. The polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask of claim 1, wherein the PH adjusting agent is disodium edetate.
3. The polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask of claim 1, wherein the humectant is selected from at least one of small molecule sodium hyaluronate, triethanolamine, methyl propylene glycol, and isoamyl glycol.
4. The polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask of claim 1, wherein the antiallergic agent is dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
5. The polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask of claim 1, wherein the gel thickening agent is carbomer 940.
6. The polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask of claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent further comprises vitamin B3 and cellulose.
7. The polypeptide whitening and repairing leave-on mask of claim 1, wherein the glucan is β -1, 3-glucan.
