Experimental example: efficacy test

1. Detection method

25 healthy Chinese male/female subjects with stratum corneum moisture content between 15-45 (comeometer Unit, C.U.) in arm test sites were selected, and aged 18-65 years. The water content of the stratum corneum of the inner side of the arm is measured by a method of self front-back control and parallel blank control before using the test product and after using the test product for 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours respectively. The evaluation results before and after the product is used are compared by a statistical test method to judge whether the product has statistical difference.

25 subjects were enrolled and 25 subjects were finally counted, with 15 males and 10 females aged 18 to 48 years, with a mean age of 27.60 ± 1.87 years. The using method comprises the following steps: laboratory technicians select 2 areas on the inner sides of the two arms, the area of each area is 3cm multiplied by 3cm, the intervals of the areas of the same arm are at least more than 1cm, and the usage amount of fresh and alive freeze-dried mask (liquid and film cloth are mixed and then extruded out) and blank control group (without product) liquid outlet of the tested product of the ryegrass rose cyanine extract is used in the product area according to the product usage requirements and is 2.0 +/-0.1 mg/cm ² 。

As can be seen from the above table, the moisture content of stratum corneum in the single-use product area was increased and significant (p < 0.001) compared to the blank control area at 2 hours, 4 hours, and 8 hours.

In addition, the moisturizing, fresh and alive freeze-dried masks provided in the above examples 1 to 11 of the present application are subjected to multiple skin irritation tests, microbial detection and heavy metal detection. The detection results show that the freeze-dried mask cloth and the essence of the moisturizing fresh and alive freeze-dried mask provided by the embodiments 1 to 11 are non-irritant, and the content of microorganisms and the content of heavy metals meet the detection requirements.

In conclusion, the fresh and alive freeze-dried mask with multiple effects of repairing, tightening and moisturizing provided by the invention has a synergistic effect through the cooperation of the specific first skin conditioner (1.0% -2.0% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5% -1.0% of soybean polypeptide, 0.5% -1.0% of aloe vera extract, 0.5% -1.0% of centella asiatica extract, 0.5% -1.0% of hydrolyzed rice protein, 30.1% -0.5% of oligopeptide, 1.0% -2.0% of snail secretion filtrate, 0.1% -0% of fullerene, 1.0% -2.0% of chamomile extract, 1.0% -2.0% of yeast fermentation product filtrate, 0.5% -1.0% of chlorella extract, 0.5% -1.0% of rose petal and 1.0% -2.0% of oriental cherry flower extract), and can realize a good moisturizing effect. By continuously using the moisturizing fresh and alive freeze-dried mask provided by the invention for 4 weeks, a test subject feels that the product can moisturize and moisturize, improve the dry and itching phenomenon of skin, improve the coarse pores of the skin, improve the moisturizing degree of the skin, improve the skin firmness, enhance the skin elasticity, improve the skin roughness, enable the skin to be smoother, improve the dry lines and fine lines of the skin, improve the facial glossiness, is suitable for sensitive muscles, has good fitting property and air permeability, and is mild and non-irritant.

Claims

1. The moisture-preserving moisturizing fresh-living freeze-dried mask is characterized by comprising mutually independent mask cloth and essence, wherein the mask cloth comprises a base cloth and freeze-dried functional substances attached to the base cloth in a freeze-dried mode; the raw materials of the freeze-dried functional substance comprise, by mass, 7% -16% of a first moisturizing agent, 1.5% -11% of a first skin conditioning agent, 0.02% -0.5% of a preservative and the balance of water, and the raw materials of the essence comprise, by mass, 2% -10% of a second moisturizing agent, 0.1% -0.5% of a thickening agent, 0.05% -3% of a second skin conditioning agent, 0.05% -0.1% of a pH regulator and the balance of water;

The moisture-preserving fresh-living freeze-dried mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first moisture-preserving agent comprises three to six of the following components in percentage by total mass of raw materials of the freeze-dried functional substance: 2.0 to 3.0 percent of butanediol, 2.0 to 3.0 percent of mannitol, 2.0 to 3.0 percent of trehalose, 0.5 to 0.7 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of cubilose extract, 2.0 to 3.0 percent of dendrobium officinale stem extract, 2.0 to 3.0 percent of hydrolyzed collagen and 0.5 to 1.0 percent of glycerol.

The moisture-preserving moisture-supplementing fresh-alive freeze-dried mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the freeze-dried efficacy substances further comprise an antioxidant, and the antioxidant comprises at least one of the following components in percentage by mass of the total mass of the raw materials of the freeze-dried efficacy substances: 0.5-1.0% of hydrolyzed procyanidin, 0.5-1.0% of tocopherol acetate, 0.5-1% of haematococcus pluvialis extract, 0.1-0.5% of astaxanthin and 0.1-0.5% of tocopherol (vitamin E).

4. The moisture-preserving, water-replenishing, fresh-living and freeze-dried mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material of the freeze-dried efficacy substance further comprises 0.1% -0.5% of cyclodextrin.

The moisture-preserving fresh-living freeze-dried mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the freeze-dried efficacy substance further comprises an emulsifier, and the emulsifier comprises at least two of the following components in percentage by mass of the total mass of the raw materials of the freeze-dried efficacy substance: 0.5 to 1 percent of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of PPG-30 cetyl ether, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of polyglycerol-10 stearate and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of polyglycerol-10 laurate.

6. The moisture-preserving fresh-living freeze-dried mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, caprylyl glycol and phenoxyethanol.

The moisturizing fresh-living freeze-dried mask as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the second moisturizer comprises at least two of the following components in percentage by mass of the total raw materials of the essence: 2-5% of glycerol, 1-2% of beta-glucan, 81-2% of acetyl hexapeptide, 1-3% of tranexamic acid and 1.0% -3.0% of sodium alginate.

The moisturizing fresh-living freeze-dried mask as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the second skin conditioner comprises at least one of the following components in percentage by mass of the raw materials of the essence: tripeptide-1 copper 0.05-0.4%, palmitoyl pentapeptide-40.1-0.5% and nicotinamide 1-3%.

9. The moisture-retentive, fresh-living, freeze-dried mask according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the thickener is carbomer.

10. The moisture-retaining, moisturizing, fresh-living and freeze-dried mask according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the pH regulator is triethanolamine.
