The mask solution of the mask in the comparative example 2 comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2% of dry cell secretion factor powder, 15% of hyaluronic acid, 20% of hydrolat, 4% of vitamin C, 3% of vitamin B3 and the balance of purified water.
The mask solution of the mask in the comparative example 3 comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1% of dry cell secretion factor powder, 12% of hyaluronic acid, 15% of hydrolat, 2% of vitamin C and 2% of vitamin B, and the balance of purified water.

As can be seen from Table 1, in each of 100 trial cases, none of 1 of examples 1-3 had facial discomfort and other allergic phenomena; at least 3 cases of the skin is fine and smooth and has no obvious change; at least 90 cases of skin become white obviously and the acne marks and the color spots disappear; at least 50 cases of pore reduction; at least 97 cases of facial skin are obviously fine and glossy.
Compared with the control example, the skin is obviously whitened, and the number of cases of acne marks and color spots disappearing is obviously higher than that of the control example, which shows that the stem cell secretion factor facial mask for whitening and fading the acne marks has better whitening and acne mark fading effects.

Claims (8)

1. The stem cell secretion factor mask for whitening and fading acne marks is characterized by comprising the following components: the dry cell secretion factor powder, hyaluronic acid, hydrolat, vitamin C, vitamin B3, aloe powder and purified water.
2. The stem cell secretion factor mask for whitening and fading the acne marks according to claim 1, wherein the mask solution of the mask comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-2% of dry cell secretion factor powder, 10-15% of hyaluronic acid, 5-20% of hydrolat, 1-4% of vitamin C, 1-3% of vitamin B3, 5-10% of aloe powder and the balance of purified water.
3. A method for preparing the stem cell secretion factor mask for whitening and lightening acne marks according to claim 1 or 2, which comprises the following steps:
separating and culturing human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, culturing the cells in a culture bottle, and collecting cell culture solution when the coverage rate of the cells reaches 90%;
freezing and drying the cell culture solution collected in the step (1) to obtain stem cell secretory factor powder;
uniformly mixing 0.1-2% of dry cell secretion factor powder, 10-15% of hyaluronic acid, 5-20% of hydrolat, 1-4% of vitamin C, 1-3% of vitamin B3 and 5-10% of aloe powder with purified water according to the mass ratio to prepare mask liquid;
and (4) soaking the facial mask paper in the facial mask liquid prepared in the step (3) for 5-6min, so that the facial mask paper can fully absorb the facial mask liquid to prepare the stem cell secretory factor facial mask for whitening and fading acne marks.
4. The method for preparing the facial mask containing the stem cell secretion factors for whitening and lightening the acne marks as claimed in claim 3, wherein the culture medium of the human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in the step (1) is MSC-T4 serum-free culture medium, and the detection of CD 7398.65%, CD 9099.82%, CD 10598.07% and CD14 by the P4 generation cell flow cytometry is carried out-0.00%,CD34-0.00%,CD19-0.01%,CD45-0.02%,HLA-DR-0.10%。
5. The method for preparing the stem cell secretion factor mask for whitening and lightening acne marks according to claim 3, wherein the mesenchymal stem cell culture conditions in the step (1) are 37 ℃ of temperature, 5% of carbon dioxide concentration and 99% of humidity.
6. The method for preparing a stem cell secretion factor mask for whitening and lightening acne marks according to claim 3, wherein the hyaluronic acid in the step (3) is low molecular hyaluronic acid.
7. The method for preparing the stem cell secretion factor mask for whitening and lightening acne marks according to claim 6, wherein the molecular weight range of the low molecular hyaluronic acid is as follows: 10000-500000.
8. The method for preparing a mask containing stem cell secretion factors for whitening and lightening acne marks according to claim 3, wherein the hydrolat in the step (3) is jasmine hydrolat or rose hydrolat.
