The test population: 130 people and women, age 25-45 years, no skin allergy history and no skin allergy history. The test population was randomly divided into 13 groups of 10 individuals each, wherein the first group tested the black eye removing essence of example 1, the second group tested the black eye removing essence of example 2, and so on, and the sixth group tested the black eye removing essence of comparative example 1, and so on.
The eye skin expression of the tested human group is as follows: dark under-eye circles, under-eye puffiness, edema, fine lines.
The test method comprises the following steps: cleaning the skin around the eyes with the facial cleanser, then washing with clear water, and applying the black eye circle removing essence which is correspondingly tested to the skin around the eyes by each testing group. Twice in the morning and evening, and continuously used for 2 months.
1) Black eye removing effect
And performing skin color difference analysis by adopting a VISA facial Image analysis system and Image-Pro Plus Image analysis software, wherein the larger the ITA degree value of the test analysis is, the brighter and whiter the skin color is, and the better the black eye removing effect is, and otherwise, the darker the skin is, the worse the black eye removing effect is. As can be seen from table 3, compared to the black eye removing essence of comparative examples 1 to 8, the black eye removing essence of examples 1 to 5 can effectively remove black eyes.
2) Relieving ocular edema
The scoring criteria were divided into 4 grades: 3 min, complete remission; 2 min, relieving the disease by more than 50%; 1 minute, generally less than 50%; 0 min, no relief effect at all. The results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, compared with the black eye removing essence of comparative examples 1 to 8, the black eye removing essence of examples 1 to 5 can effectively alleviate eye edema, thereby effectively reducing formation of black eyes.
By combining the results in tables 4 and 5, the essence for removing black eyes of the present invention can effectively remove black eyes and reduce the formation of black eyes. The black eye removing essence is based on a black eye removing composition prepared by compounding an elderberry extract, a northern non-cedar bark extract, hydrolyzed collagen, methylsilanol mannitol ester and sorbitol according to a specific ratio, and the elderberry extract, the northern non-cedar bark extract, the hydrolyzed collagen, the methylsilanol mannitol ester and the sorbitol have synergistic interaction, so that the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immune activities of skin cells are enhanced, the blood supply performance of blood vessels can be effectively improved, the pigment deposition is reduced, black eyes are effectively removed deeply, and the formation of the black eyes is avoided.
3) Relieving fine lines of eyes
The scoring criteria were divided into 4 grades: 3 min, complete remission; 2 min, relieving the disease by more than 50%; 1 minute, generally less than 50%; 0 min, no relief effect at all. The results are shown in Table 5.

As can be seen from Table 5, compared with the essence for removing black eye circles of comparative examples 1 to 8, the essence for removing black eye circles of examples 1 to 5 can effectively alleviate fine wrinkles in eyes. The black eye removing essence is based on a black eye removing composition prepared by compounding an elderberry extract, a northern non-cedar bark extract, hydrolyzed collagen, methylsilanol mannitol acid ester and sorbitol according to a specific ratio, wherein the elderberry extract, the northern non-cedar bark extract, the hydrolyzed collagen, the methylsilanol mannitol acid ester and the sorbitol are synergistic with each other, so that the antioxidation of skin cells is enhanced, and the black eye removing essence can effectively relieve fine lines of eyes while removing black eyes.
3. Feeling of use
According to the trial condition of each volunteer to the corresponding black eye essence of dispelling, use experience summary such as use experience sense and irritability is carried out to score use experience sense (10 points, full point 10 points, each group of score results are averaged according to the test values in the group), and the summary use experience effect is shown in table 6.

From the results in table 6, it can be seen that compared with the essence for removing black eye circles in comparative examples 1 to 8, the essence for removing black eye circles in examples 1 to 5 can effectively remove black eye circles, prevent formation of black eye circles, effectively relieve edema around the eyes and fine wrinkles around the eyes, and is moisturizing and non-irritating. The essence for removing the black eye circles disclosed by the invention is based on the black eye circles removing composition prepared by compounding the elderberry extract, the bark extract of the northern non-cedar, the hydrolyzed collagen, the methylsilanol mannitol ester and the sorbitol according to a specific ratio, can effectively remove the black eye circles from the level of skin cell activity and cell metabolism, is compatible with multiple components such as an anti-sensitivity agent, a thickening agent and a humectant, is convenient to use, can effectively moisturize and moisturize the skin, reduces cell textures, and enables the skin to be firmer and more elastic.
4. Efficacy test of Black eye removing composition in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 8
In the formation of black eye circles around eyes, pigments such as heme and the like are main direct causes, free heme is removed, the black eye circles are reduced, and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) can catalyze the degradation of heme, so that the effect of removing the black eye circles is achieved. Therefore, the larger the increase of the expression of the heme oxygenase-1 gene is promoted, the more obvious the black eye removing effect is.
Keratinocytes were seeded in 6-well cell culture plates in a keratinocyte growth medium containing 0.2% bovine pituitary hormone, 5. mu.g/mL bovine insulin, 0.18. mu.g/mL cortisone, 5. mu.g/mL bovine transferrin, and 0.2ng/mL epidermal growth factor and cultured at 37 ℃ under 5% CO2 for two days. In the experimental test process, the black eye removing composition of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 8 (the same as the culture medium of the simple keratinocytes, to which the black eye removing composition is added) was added to the culture medium, and the culture was continued for 24 hours with the culture medium without the black eye removing composition as a blank.
Then washing with PBS solution, extracting total RNA in cells, taking the total RNA as a template, carrying out reverse transcription by using reverse transcriptase to form cDNA, then carrying out polymerase chain amplification by taking the cDNA as a template, and detecting the gene expression of HO-1 by using a specific probe of the HO-1 gene. And (3) processing experimental data: calculating the expression quantity of the experiment group HO-1mRNA relative to the control group, the larger the value is, the more HO-1 gene expression is shown, wherein, the expression quantity of the blank control is processed by the instrument 1 (namely, the expression quantity of the blank control is 1), and the calculation result is shown in FIG. 1.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the use of the anti-blackeye circle compositions of examples 1 to 5 significantly stimulated the expression of keratinocyte heme oxidase-1 gene.

0.2-1.0 part of elderberry extract, 0.1-0.6 part of Cedar bark extract, 0.01-0.07 part of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.04-0.2 part of methylsilanol mannitol ester and 0.75-3.80 parts of sorbitol.
2. The composition for removing dark circles according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
0.4-0.8 part of elderberry extract, 0.2-0.5 part of Cedar tree bark extract, 0.03-0.07 part of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.1-0.18 part of methylsilanol mannitol ester and 1.90-3.20 parts of sorbitol.
3. The composition for removing dark circles as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio of the elderberry extract to the northern non-cedar bark extract is 6: 1-2: 5.
4. The composition for removing dark circles as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed collagen to the methylsilanol mannitol ester is 1: 12-7: 4.
5. The composition for removing dark circles as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the hydrolyzed collagen is collagen extracted from scales of red silk fish.
6. The black eye removing essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
1.10-5.67% of black eye removing composition, 2.0-11.0% of humectant I, 1.01-7.1% of humectant II, 0.01-0.3% of thickening agent, 1.085-6.695% of dispersing auxiliary material and the balance of water;
the black eye removing composition is the black eye removing composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-5.
7. The essence for removing dark circles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humectant I is one or more of polyglycerol-10 and polyethylene glycol-8;
and/or the humectant II is more than one of sodium hyaluronate and propylene glycol;
and/or the thickening agent is more than one of xanthan gum and hydroxyethyl cellulose;
and/or the dispersing auxiliary material is more than one of glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol and butanediol.
8. The essence for removing dark circles according to claim 6 or 7, characterized by further comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-0.08% of anti-allergic agent, 0.1-0.3% of solubilizer, 0.2066-0.7430% of preservative and 0.02-0.1% of essence.
9. The essence for removing dark circles as claimed in claim 8, wherein the anti-allergic agent is allantoin;
and/or, the solubilizer is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil;
and/or the preservative is more than one of phenoxyethanol, sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
10. The method for preparing the essence for removing dark circles as claimed in claim 6 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing the humectant II and the thickening agent for later use;
s2, mixing the humectant I with water, stirring and heating to 70 ℃; adding the components obtained by uniformly mixing the S1, stirring and heating to 82-85 ℃, homogenizing, completely dispersing uniformly, and preserving heat for 20-30 minutes for disinfection;
s3, cooling to below 45 ℃, sequentially adding the elderberry extract, the northern non-cedar bark extract and the hydrolyzed collagen in the composition for removing the dark circles, and fully and uniformly stirring;
s4, cooling to below 40 ℃, adding the methylsilanol mannitol acid ester and sorbitol in the composition for removing dark circles, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing;
s5, cooling to below 38 ℃, and discharging to obtain the black eye removing essence.
