(4) Respectively and uniformly mixing the trehalose, the leukocyte extract, the rice fermentation liquor, the motherwort extract, the flos chrysanthemi extract, the gynostemma pentaphyllum extract, the hexapeptide and the apple stem cell stock solution in parts by weight at 20 ℃, and freeze-drying to obtain the essence powder.

(1) preparing a leukocyte extract:
(A1) adding ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid or sodium oxalate into human venous blood, and gently mixing uniformly, wherein the concentration of the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid or the sodium oxalate in the blood is 4.45 mu mol, so as to obtain diluted blood;

(2) preparing rice fermentation liquor:
(B1) soaking rice in water, and steaming to obtain cooked rice;
(B2) inoculating aspergillus oryzae into the cooked rice, wherein the inoculation mass of the aspergillus oryzae accounts for 0.7% of the mass of the cooked rice, then culturing for 6 days under the conditions that the temperature is 37 ℃ and the humidity is 84%, and centrifuging and filtering to obtain the rice fermentation liquor.
(3) Preparing a motherwort extract, a flos chrysanthemi extract and a gynostemma pentaphyllum extract:
(C1) respectively drying and crushing motherwort, flos chrysanthemi and gynostemma pentaphylla to obtain raw material fine powder with the particle size of 55 meshes;
(C2) adding distilled water which is 10-15 times of the weight of each raw material into each raw material fine powder in the step (C1) for the first time, soaking for 55min, performing reflux extraction at 83 ℃ for 3h, centrifuging, and filtering to obtain a first filtrate and a first filter residue of each raw material; adding distilled water 13 times of the mass of the first raw material filter residue into the first raw material filter residue for the second time, performing heat preservation extraction at 77 ℃ for 3 hours, centrifuging, and filtering to obtain a second raw material filtrate and a second filter residue; mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate, concentrating in 85 deg.C water bath to remove distilled water, and performing microporous filtration with filter membrane pore diameter of 0.4 μm to obtain herba Leonuri extract.
(4) Respectively and uniformly mixing the trehalose, the leukocyte extract, the rice fermentation liquor, the motherwort extract, the flos chrysanthemi extract, the gynostemma pentaphyllum extract, the hexapeptide and the apple stem cell stock solution in parts by weight at 15 ℃, and freeze-drying to obtain the essence powder.

Examples of the experiments
Verification of anti-wrinkle effect of the essence powders obtained in the embodiment 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 3
92 subjects with dry skin and water shortage are selected, divided into 4 groups according to age and sex, and 23 persons in each group are respectively an experimental group (corresponding to example 3) and a control group (corresponding to comparative examples 1-3), the subjects use corresponding test essence powder (dissolved by purified water and coated on the face skin) respectively, the test essence powder is used once a day, after one month, VISIA facial image analysis is adopted to measure the skin smoothness of each subject after using each group of essence powder (the test condition is shown in table 1), and the higher the numerical value is, the poorer the skin smoothness is.

The results show that the skin smoothing effect of the essence powder of the invention in example 3 is more obvious than that of comparative examples 1-3, the skin smoothing effect of the essence powder of the control group does not contain the leukocyte extract, the rice fermentation broth or the flos gynurae formosanae extract, and the skin smoothing effect is obviously reduced, so that the cell extract, the rice fermentation broth and the flos gynurae extract have a synergistic effect and have an anti-wrinkle effect on the skin.

3 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla extract;
0.2 weight portion of hexapeptide;
0.2 part of apple stem cell stock solution.
3. The anti-wrinkle essence powder according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the leukocyte extract is prepared by a method comprising:
(A1) taking human venous blood, adding an anticoagulant, and slightly and uniformly mixing to obtain diluted blood;
(A2) standing the diluted blood, dividing the diluted blood into three layers, and sucking a middle cell layer to obtain cell sap to be treated;
(A3) adding balanced salt solution into the cell sap to be treated, uniformly mixing, centrifuging, and then discarding supernatant to obtain precipitated cells for amplification, thereby obtaining amplified white blood cells and an amplification culture solution;
(A4) extracting nucleotide from the amplified white blood cells, extracting protein from the amplification culture solution, and mixing the extracted nucleotide and the extracted protein to obtain the white blood cell extract.
