One embodiment of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch comprises silk cloth and a skin care solution; the skin moisturizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1% of human epidermal growth factor, 1.5% of amino acid complex liquid, 3% of coconut juice, 0.8% of small-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.5% of macromolecular sodium hyaluronate, 2.5% of astragalus extract, 10% of witch hazel extract, 1.5% of glycerol, 0.5% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and the balance of sterile water.
The amino acid complex solution is the same as that in example 1; the preparation method of the astragalus extract and the witch hazel extract is the same as that of example 1.
The preparation method of the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress patch is the same as that of example 1.
Example 3
One embodiment of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch comprises silk cloth and a skin care solution; the skin moisturizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6.5 percent of human epidermal growth factor, 0.1 percent of amino acid complex liquid, 1.5 percent of coconut juice, 0.3 percent of small molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.05 percent of macromolecular sodium hyaluronate, 1.5 percent of astragalus extract, 3.5 percent of witch hazel extract, 2.5 percent of glycerol, 1 percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose and the balance of sterile water.
The amino acid complex solution is the same as that in example 1; the preparation method of the astragalus extract and the witch hazel extract is the same as that of example 1.
The preparation method of the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress patch is the same as that of example 1.
Example 4
One embodiment of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch comprises silk cloth and a skin care solution; the skin moisturizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8% of human epidermal growth factor, 0.2% of amino acid complex liquid, 1% of coconut juice, 1% of small-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.3% of large-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.5% of astragalus extract, 6.5% of witch hazel extract, 0.5% of glycerol, 0.8% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and the balance of sterile water.
The amino acid complex solution is the same as that in example 1; the preparation method of the astragalus extract and the witch hazel extract is the same as that of example 1.
The preparation method of the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress patch is the same as that of example 1.
Example 5
One embodiment of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch comprises silk cloth and a skin care solution; the skin moisturizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2% of human epidermal growth factor, 1% of amino acid complex liquid, 3.5% of coconut juice, 0.5% of small-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.25% of macromolecular sodium hyaluronate, 5% of astragalus extract, 1% of witch hazel extract, 2.5% of glycerol, 0.6% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and the balance of sterile water.
The amino acid complex solution is the same as that in example 1; the preparation method of the astragalus extract and the witch hazel extract is the same as that of example 1.
The preparation method of the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress patch is the same as that of example 1.
Example 6 whitening effect of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch of the present invention
The whitening effect of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold patch of the present invention was evaluated by using the average change rate of the L value and the melanin value of the skin of the face of the testee before and after use. 100 volunteers with dark skin and more skin pigmentation are selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, and the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patches of the embodiments 1 to 5 are respectively used. After each group of volunteers cleans the face in the morning and evening, the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold patch disclosed by the embodiment 1-5 of the invention is used for 15min, and then the skin is gently massaged to promote absorption. The use is kept for 4 weeks, other skin care products are not used in the experimental period, and the use is stopped if allergy or discomfort occurs.
The whitening effect of the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patch is evaluated through the change rate of the skin L value and the melanin value before and after the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patch is used by each group of testers. The method for measuring the skin complexion comprises the following steps: the L value of the skin color at the target site was measured using a Colorimeter CL400 manufactured by Courage + Khazaka (CK) of Germany. The skin melanin was measured as follows: the melanin value in the skin was measured using skin melanin and heme measuring instrument MX18 manufactured by Courage + Khazaka (CK) of Germany, and the melanin value in the skin at the target site was measured 5 times and the average value was taken. L value increase rate ═ (after use L value-before use L value)/before use L value 100%; the melanin value reduction rate (pre-use melanin value-post-use melanin value)/pre-use melanin value 100%.

Example 7 anti-aging and moisturizing effects of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch of the present invention
With age, natural collagen and hyaluronic acid in human skin gradually lose, so that the elasticity of the skin is reduced, and in severe cases, the skin is obviously loosened by naked eyes. In the embodiment, the anti-aging effect of the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress patch is evaluated by using the change rate of skin elasticity; the moisturizing effect of the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress patch is evaluated by using the change rate of the moisture content of the skin.
The skin elasticity was measured as follows: the elasticity value of the facial skin of the subject was measured by a skin elasticity tester (MPA580) of CK, Germany.
The method for measuring the moisture content of the skin comprises the following steps: the Skin moisture content was measured using a Skin-Ph-meter sebumeter corneometer instrument from CK, germany.
100 volunteers are selected, the age is 30-50 years old, all the volunteers are randomly divided into 5 groups, and the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patches of the embodiments 1-5 of the invention are respectively used. After each group of volunteers cleans the face in the morning and evening, the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold patch disclosed by the embodiment 1-5 of the invention is used for 15min, and then the skin is gently massaged to promote absorption. The use is kept for 4 weeks, other skin care products are not used in the experimental period, and the use is stopped if allergy or discomfort occurs. Before the test, the skin elasticity and the water content index of each volunteer are detected and recorded; after the test, the skin elasticity and water content of each volunteer were measured and recorded. The rate of rise in skin elasticity was calculated using the following formula: the elastic rise rate is (after use elastic value-before use elastic value)/before use elastic value is 100%, and the larger the elastic rise rate is, the better the anti-aging effect of the medical cold compress patch is; the rate of rise of skin moisture content was calculated using the following formula: the water content increase rate is (water content value after use-water content value before use)/water content value before use 100%, and the larger the water content increase rate is, the better the water replenishing effect of the medical cold compress patch is.

Example 8 anti-inflammatory repair Effect of the whitening anti-aging repair type medical Cold compress patch of the present invention
50 volunteers were selected, the skin of each subject suffered from skin inflammation of different degrees, the red and swollen area of the skin was large, the subjects were randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 persons each, and each group of subjects used the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold patch of embodiments 1-5 of the present invention, respectively. After each group of volunteers cleans the face in the morning and evening, the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold patch disclosed by the embodiment 1-5 of the invention is used for 30min, and then the skin is gently massaged to promote absorption. The use is kept for 2 weeks, no other skin care products or medicines are used during the experiment, and the use is stopped if allergy, discomfort or other conditions which are not suitable for continuing the test occur.

The results show that the whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch disclosed by the embodiment 1-5 can effectively relieve skin inflammation and repair damaged skin, and has good anti-inflammatory and repair effects. All the testers had no allergic phenomenon nor any discomfort during the use. The testers reflect that after the medical cold compress patch is used for 2 weeks, the red and swollen and itching symptoms of the face are basically cured, the skin becomes white, tender and fine, and wrinkles disappear. The whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress disclosed by embodiments 1-5 of the invention has good anti-inflammatory and repairing effects, is safe and has no side effect.
Example 9
The whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patch contains micromolecular sodium hyaluronate and macromolecular sodium hyaluronate, wherein the molecular weight of the micromolecular sodium hyaluronate is 10-600 kDa; the molecular weight of the macromolecular sodium hyaluronate is 1800-2000 kDa. The inventor finds that the mass ratio of the small-molecule sodium hyaluronate to the large-molecule sodium hyaluronate in the medical cold compress patch influences the water replenishing effect of the medical cold compress patch.
Experiment groups 1-6 are set, the mass ratio of the small-molecule sodium hyaluronate to the large-molecule sodium hyaluronate in the medical cold compress patch is different (the using amount of the small-molecule sodium hyaluronate is within the range of the invention) in each experiment group, and other components and contents are the same, and are specifically shown in table 4:

Selecting 60 volunteers, randomly dividing all the volunteers into 6 groups, and respectively using the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold patch of the experimental group 1-6. After each group of volunteers cleans the face in the morning and evening, the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patch of the experimental group 1-6 is used for 15min, and then the skin is gently massaged to promote absorption. The use is kept for 4 weeks, other skin care products are not used in the experimental period, and the use is stopped if allergy or discomfort occurs. Detecting and recording the skin water content index of each volunteer before testing; the moisture content of the skin of each volunteer was measured after the test and recorded. The rate of rise of skin moisture content was calculated using the following formula: the water content increase rate is (water content value after use-water content value before use)/water content value before use 100%, and the larger the water content increase rate is, the better the water replenishing effect of the medical cold compress patch is.
The results are shown in Table 5:

The results show that the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patches in the experimental groups 1-6 can effectively improve the moisture content of the skin and have a good water replenishing effect, wherein the experimental group 3 has the best water replenishing effect of the medical cold compress patch, and the quality ratio of the contents of the small-molecule sodium hyaluronate to the large-molecule sodium hyaluronate in the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patch is 2:1, so that the better water replenishing effect can be achieved.
Example 10
The whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch contains the human epidermal growth factor and amino acid compound liquid, and can effectively repair damaged skin. The amino acid complex liquid comprises lysine, tryptophan, taurine, leucine and arginine. The inventor finds that the amino acid compound liquid containing the amino acid can obtain better skin repairing effect by compounding with the human epidermal growth factor.
Setting experiment groups 7-10, wherein the experiment group 7 uses tyrosine to replace arginine; experimental group 8 replacement of tryptophan with aspartic acid; experiment group 9 is the amino acid complex liquid of the invention; experimental group 10 did not contain the amino acid complex. The content of the amino acid complex liquid in the experimental groups 7-9 is 1%. The composition of the medical cold compress patch in each experimental group is specifically shown in table 6:

Selecting 60 volunteers, wherein the skin of each test subject suffers from skin inflammation with different degrees and has a large red and swollen area, randomly dividing the test subjects into 4 groups of 15 persons, and using the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress plaster in experimental groups 7-10 respectively for each group of test subjects. After each group of volunteers cleans the face in the morning and evening, the whitening anti-aging restoration type medical cold compress patch in the experimental group 7-10 is used for 30min, and then the skin is gently massaged to promote absorption. The use is kept for 2 weeks, no other skin care products or medicines are used during the experiment, and the use is stopped if allergy, discomfort or other conditions which are not suitable for continuing the test occur.
The results are shown in Table 7:

The above results show that when the medical cold compress patch contains the human epidermal growth factor and the amino acid complex liquid composed of the amino acid complex liquid of the invention, a good repairing effect (experiment group 9) can be obtained, and the repairing effect of the medical cold compress patch prepared by using the amino acid complex liquid composed of other kinds of amino acids (experiment groups 7 and 8) or not using the amino acid complex liquid (experiment group 10) is obviously lower than that of the amino acid complex liquid of the invention.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold compress patch is characterized by comprising silk cloth and skin care lotion; the skin moisturizer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-8% of human epidermal growth factor, 0.1-1.5% of amino acid complex liquid, 1-5% of coconut milk, 0.1-1% of small-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-0.5% of large-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-5% of astragalus extract, 1-10% of witch hazel extract, 0.5-3% of glycerol, 0.1-1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and the balance of sterile water.
2. The whitening and anti-aging repair type medical cold patch according to claim 1, wherein the amino acid complex liquid comprises the following components in concentration: lysine 0.5g/L, tryptophan 0.1g/L, taurine 0.2g/L, leucine 1g/L and arginine 0.8 g/L.
3. The whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold patch according to claim 1, wherein the small molecular sodium hyaluronate has a molecular weight of 10-600 kDa; the molecular weight of the macromolecular sodium hyaluronate is 1800-2000 kDa.
4. The whitening and anti-aging repair type medical cold patch according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the mass ratio of the small-molecule sodium hyaluronate to the large-molecule sodium hyaluronate is 2: 1.

The whitening anti-aging repair type medical cold patch according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the astragalus extract comprises the following steps: (1) taking a radix astragali raw material, and mixing the raw material and the liquid according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: adding water into the mixture at a concentration of 12g/mL, soaking for 1h, boiling and extracting for 2h, filtering, and collecting filtrate; (2) the filter residue obtained in the step (1) is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in a ratio of 1: adding 10g/mL of water, boiling and extracting for 1h, filtering, and collecting filtrate; (3) and (3) combining the two filtrates obtained in the step (1) and the step (2), adding ethanol into the filtrate to ensure that the content of the ethanol is 75%, uniformly mixing, standing, taking supernate, recovering the ethanol under reduced pressure, concentrating and drying to obtain the astragalus extract.

(3) sequentially adding human epidermal growth factor, amino acid complex liquid, coconut juice, radix astragali extract and witch hazel extract into the component B, and uniformly mixing to obtain the skin moisturizer;
(4) and packaging and sterilizing the skin moisturizer and the silk cloth to obtain the whitening anti-aging repairing type medical cold compress patch.
