The performance tests of example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4 and example 5 were performed, wherein example 4 is a cosmetic solution prepared without adding a base liquid, example 5 is a cosmetic solution prepared without adding a mixed liquid, example 6 is a cosmetic solution prepared by using a chitosan solution as a base liquid, and the spot-removing and whitening performance of the cosmetic solution was specifically tested:
selecting a patient: (1) gray black symmetrically distributed on the middle surface;
(2) dark brown and light brown spot on face;
(3) no subjective symptoms such as obvious itching and pain;
(4) eliminating pigmentation caused by other diseases (such as nevus of Taitian and naevus puosus of malar part). The cosmetic liquid prepared in examples 1 to 5 is applied once a day, and the skin melanin condition of the cosmetic liquid is detected and compared
The first type: the color basically fades, and the area of the color spot is visually faded by eyes to be more than or equal to 90 percent;
the second type: the color is obviously lightened, and the area of the color spot is visually faded by eyes to be more than or equal to 60 percent;
in the third category: the color becomes light, and the area of the color spot is visually faded by more than or equal to 30 percent;
the fourth type: the color change is not obvious, and the eye-friendly effect of the area of the color spot is less than 30 percent.
Specific test results are shown in table 1.

(1) Comparing the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2, the embodiment 3, the embodiment 4 and the embodiment 5, the pigment improvement condition of the embodiment 4 is the worst, which shows that flavonoid in licorice is taken as a main whitening active ingredient, has an inhibition effect on tyrosinase, further inhibits the synthesis of melanin, and plays a whitening effect, so that the flavonoid is taken as a base fluid, can effectively release the whitening ingredient for a long time, can effectively remove freckles, and has a good freckle removing and whitening effect.
(2) The improvement condition of the pigment in the embodiment 5 is different from that in the embodiments 1 to 3, which shows that the radix angelicae, the bletilla striata and the radix paeoniae alba are used as raw materials, so that melanin is effectively inhibited and removed, and meanwhile, because the matrix gel material is prepared from the liquorice raw material in the technical scheme of the invention, the matrix gel material is slowly released in the use process, so that the skin can be effectively whitened, the moisturizing performance of the skin can be further improved, and the scheme that the skin nourishing effect of the cosmetic liquid material is improved is also true.
(3) In comparison of the technical effects of example 6 and other examples 1 to 3 of the present invention, it is demonstrated that the cosmetic liquid prepared by simply modifying chitosan cannot effectively whiten skin in the technical scheme of the present invention, and the technical scheme of the present invention is mainly characterized in that the skin is whitened by the licorice raw material, rather than the technical effect achieved by compounding the licorice and chitosan, and the main skin whitening scheme is still prepared by the licorice and the Chinese medicinal raw material together.

Claims (10)

1. The whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic liquid is characterized by comprising the following substances in parts by weight:
30-80 parts of deionized water;
30-80 parts of base fluid;
20-60 parts of a mixed solution;
3-10 parts of olive oil;
2-8 parts of glycerol;
0-2 parts of carbomer;
0.5-1.0 part of tween-80; the matrix fluid is a composite gel solution prepared by compounding chitosan after alkali treatment and composite enzymolysis of liquorice roots and stems.
2. The whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic liquid according to claim 1, wherein the base liquid is prepared by the following steps:
(1) cleaning and peeling fresh liquorice roots, collecting and crushing peeled roots, collecting and crushing crushed particles, adding the crushed particles into an enzymolysis extracting solution, and carrying out heat preservation stirring extraction treatment;
(2) after the extraction is finished, standing and cooling to room temperature, performing centrifugal separation, collecting supernatant, adjusting the pH to 7.0, collecting an extracting solution, adding chitosan into the extracting solution according to the mass ratio of 1:8, stirring, mixing, standing, filtering, and collecting filtrate to obtain base fluid.
3. The whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic liquid according to claim 2, wherein the extracting solution in the step (1) is prepared by stirring and mixing 10% by mass of sodium hydroxide and an enzyme preparation according to a mass ratio of 5: 6.
4. The whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic liquid according to claim 3, wherein the enzyme preparation is prepared by mixing lignin peroxidase and deionized water at a ratio of 50U/g.
5. A preparation method of a whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic liquid is characterized by comprising the following specific preparation steps:
s1, mixing and crushing the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, extracting and concentrating by absolute ethyl alcohol, and collecting a mixed solution;
s2, respectively weighing deionized water, base fluid, mixed solution, olive oil, glycerol, carbomer and tween-80, placing in a stirrer, stirring, mixing, adjusting the pH to 7.0, homogenizing, and sterilizing to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic solution.
6. The method for preparing a cosmetic liquid for whitening and removing freckles according to claim 5, wherein the Chinese herbal materials in step S1 are a mixture of one or more of bletilla striata, angelica dahurica and radix paeoniae alba.
7. The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic liquid according to claim 5, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the step S1 are prepared by mixing bletilla striata, angelica dahurica and radix paeoniae alba according to a mass ratio of 5:3: 1.

The method for preparing a whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic liquid according to claim 5, wherein the deionized water, the base liquid, the mixed liquid, the olive oil, the glycerin, the carbomer and the tween-80 are mixed in the following ratio in step S2: respectively weighing 45-50 parts of deionized water, 45-50 parts of base fluid, 30-40 parts of mixed solution, 6-8 parts of olive oil, 3-5 parts of glycerol, 0.5-1.0 part of carbomer and 0.5-1.0 part of tween-80 in parts by weight.
9. The method for preparing a cosmetic liquid with whitening and removing freckles according to claim 5, wherein the pH adjustment to 7.0 in step S2 is performed using triethanolamine.
