Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-allergy repairing mask liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In a person's lifetime, metabolism naturally changes the function and appearance of the skin with age. Sunlight can provide a warm feeling and give the skin a beautiful luster, but the ultraviolet rays in sunlight cause the skin to dry, dehydrate, be damaged, and wrinkle continuously. The dry and low temperature environment can accelerate the loss of the moisture of the skin, so that the skin feels dry and tight; the sweat glands of the skin can be secreted vigorously in a humid and high-temperature environment, so that the skin is greasy. The environmental pollution is serious, pollutants in the air can be attached to the surface of the skin to block pores, so that the skin is lack of water, loose, dark and sensitive, the secretion of grease is unbalanced, the skin is aged, and the problems of blackheads, large pores and the like can be caused; meanwhile, the skin resistance is reduced along with the increase of fatigue, staying up all night and age, and the skin is most easily attacked by external factors to cause symptoms of allergy, dullness, relaxation and the like.
Meanwhile, the anti-allergy repair skin care products on the market have unsatisfactory skin repair effect, unstable safety and can not fundamentally improve skin problems, so that the skin care products which are natural and safe and can effectively repair skin problems of dry and rough skin, dark yellow skin color, fine lines, large pores, acne marks, acne, color spots and the like are needed to be researched and developed.

The spot pasting method comprises the following steps: a proper spot tester is selected, 0.03mL of facial mask liquid is dripped on filter paper, the filter paper is placed in the spot tester, then the spot tester is applied to the flexed side of the forearm by using an adhesive tape, and the forearm is lightly pressed by palm for several times, so that the patch is uniformly applied to the skin. And removing the spot test adhesive tape after 48h of spot sticking, and judging the reaction intensity after the indentation of the spot test device disappears at intervals of 30 min. The evaluation reference criteria are shown in Table 2, and the test results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 2 safety test standards
2. Irritation test
The test is a blood vessel test of the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane according to SN/T2329-2009, and the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane blood vessel test is an in-vitro method of an eye stimulation test and is used for evaluating the stimulation degree of a tested body to eyes and evaluating the stimulation and safety degree of a product.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: using fertilized chicken embryos incubated for 10-12 days as experimental samples, marking the positions of air chambers on the surfaces of the eggshells, and stripping off the marked eggshells by using dental sawtooth bending forceps to expose white eggshell membranes; sucking a proper amount of sodium chloride solution with the mass fraction of 0.9% by using a suction pipe to wet the egg membrane, and pouring out the redundant solution; then carefully remove the intima with forceps to ensure the vascular membrane is not damaged. A PTFE ring was placed on the intact chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane as the test area for the test sample. By utilizing the characteristics of completeness, clearness and transparency of chorioallantoic vessels of fertilized chick embryos, 0.3mL of each of the samples of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was taken, the samples were diluted with 0.9 wt.% of sodium chloride solution until the concentration was 3 wt.%, the 0.9 wt.% of sodium chloride solution was used as a negative control group, the 0.3 wt.% of sodium hydroxide solution was used as a positive control group, the diluted samples were dropped onto the test area of the chick embryos, and the chick embryos were covered with a wet preservative film and then cultured in a 37 ℃ incubator for 30 min. The cultured chick embryos were irradiated with a lamp tube and the degree of damage to the blood vessels was observed and scored. 10 chick embryos are made for each sample, the irritation value is recorded, experimental data are screened by a Q value inspection method, and a weighted average value, namely an NC value, is calculated. The evaluation reference standard is shown in table 3, and the test results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 3 irritation evaluation criteria
3. Test for repair ability
The common explanation of the freckle removing principle of cosmetics is as follows: inhibiting melanin production by preventing tyrosinase activity, or accelerating melanocyte turnover metabolism to lighten color spots. The freckle removing effect test, namely the evaluation of tyrosinase activity inhibition, is carried out on the examples 1 to 7 and the comparative examples 1 to 3.
The experimental scheme is as follows: preparing an L-tyrosine solution: weighing 25.6g of L-tyrosine, and dissolving the L-tyrosine in a 50mL volumetric flask by using a sodium phosphate buffer solution with the pH value of 6.8 to obtain an L-tyrosine solution; then preparing tyrosinase solution: cleaning potato, and precooling at 4 deg.C for about 4 h. Peeling, and cutting into pieces of about 1cm3D-form, and freeze at-20 ℃ overnight. Weighing, wherein the weight ratio of the potato to the volume ratio of the sodium phosphate buffer solution is 1: mixing at a ratio of 1g/mL, homogenizing with tissue triturator, filtering with 3 layers of gauze, centrifuging the filtrate at 4000r/min for 10min to obtain supernatant as tyrosinase liquid, storing at 4 deg.C, and using up within 2 h.
The negative control group is blank control group (sodium phosphate buffer solution), and the positive control group is prepared by dissolving 0.01g arbutin powder in 10mL methanol solution.
1mL of sodium phosphate buffer solution, 0.5mL of sample solution, and 2.5mL of tyrosine solution were mixed and placed in a water bath at 35 ℃ for 10 minutes. Adding tyrosinase solution, mixing, standing at 35 deg.C for 30min, transferring to cuvette, and measuring absorbance at 475 nm. The tyrosinase activity inhibition results are shown in Table 4.
Table 4 results of performance testing
According to the test results, the examples 1 to 7 have better freckle removing and repairing capabilities compared with the comparative examples 1 to 3, are safe to skin and have less irritation; in addition, example 1 has the best repair capability, which shows that the components in the facial mask solution prepared according to the mixture ratio of the components in example 1 can act synergistically to improve the comprehensive performance of the facial mask solution.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
