chondrus crispus extract (trade name: AC Alg-MiostEAU seaweed essence) was obtained from Guangzhou vast Sen Biotech Co., Ltd., Citrus aurantium fruit extract (trade name: YUZU Ceramid B) was obtained from Yihui International trade (Shanghai) Ltd., Guangzhou Branch Co., Ltd., allantoin was obtained from Guangzhou Ruiping chemical Co., Ltd., β -dextran (trade name: PF SC-G L UCAN (BIO L AND)) was obtained from Guangzhou Baihaobo Co., Ltd., palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 was obtained from Guangzhou Shanlin Xuanxuan Biotech Co., Ltd., AND sclerotium rolfsii was obtained from Guangzhou Baihaobo Co., Ltd.
EXAMPLE 1 stock solution skin Care product
And (2) component A: allantoin 0.1 part, sodium hyaluronate of medium molecular 0.17 part, sodium hyaluronate of low molecular 0.03 part, dipropylene glycol 1.7 part, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.6 part;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.4 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.7 parts, Chondrus crispus extract 3.58 parts, Citrus aurantium fruit extract 0.42 parts, polyquaternium-510.8 parts;
and (3) component C: 1.9 parts of butanediol, 0.1 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.4 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
The specific preparation method of the stock solution skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) stirring and heating the component A to 80 ℃ for dissolving;
(2) cooling to 40 ℃, adding the component B and stirring uniformly;
(3) adding the component C which is preheated to 55 ℃ until the component C is completely dissolved, and uniformly stirring to obtain the stock solution skin care product.
EXAMPLE 2 stock solution skin Care product

and (3) component C: 2.1 parts of butanediol, 0.3 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.6 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
The specific preparation method of the stock solution skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) stirring and heating the component A to 85 ℃ for dissolving;
(2) cooling to 45 ℃, adding the component B and stirring uniformly;
(3) adding the component C which is preheated to 65 ℃ until the component C is completely dissolved, and uniformly stirring to obtain the stock solution skin care product.
EXAMPLE 3 stock solution skin Care

and (3) component C: 1.95 parts of butanediol, 0.15 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.45 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
EXAMPLE 4 stock solution skin Care
And (2) component A: allantoin 0.2 parts, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.23 parts, low molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.07 parts, dipropylene glycol 1.87 parts, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.73 parts;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.5 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.85 parts, Chondrus crispus extract 3.62 parts, Citrus aurantium fruit extract 0.48 parts, polyquaternium-510.95 parts;
and (3) component C: 2.05 parts of butanediol, 0.25 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.55 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
EXAMPLE 5 stock solution skin Care
And (2) component A: allantoin 0.15 parts, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.2 parts, low molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.05 parts, dipropylene glycol 1.82 parts, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.68 parts;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.45 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.8 parts, Chondrus crispus extract 3.6 parts, Citrus aurantium fruit extract 0.45 parts, polyquaternium-510.9 parts;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
Comparative example 1 allantoin-deficient stock skin Care
And (2) component A: 0.2 part of medium molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.05 part of low molecular sodium hyaluronate, 1.82 parts of dipropylene glycol and 0.68 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.45 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.8 parts, Chondrus crispus extract 3.6 parts, Citrus aurantium fruit extract 0.45 parts, polyquaternium-510.9 parts;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
Comparative example 2 stock lotion skin care product lacking β -glucan
And (2) component A: allantoin 0.15 parts, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.2 parts, low molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.05 parts, dipropylene glycol 1.82 parts, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.68 parts;
and (B) component: 41.8 parts of palmitoyl pentapeptide, 3.6 parts of carrageen crispus extract, 0.45 part of orange fruit extract and 510.9 parts of polyquaternium;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
Comparative example 3 stock solution skin care product lacking Chondrus crispus extract
And (2) component A: allantoin 0.15 parts, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.2 parts, low molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.05 parts, dipropylene glycol 1.82 parts, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.68 parts;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.45 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.8 parts, Citrus junos fruit extract 0.45 parts, polyquaternium-510.9 parts;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
Comparative example 4 stock solution skin care product lacking orange fruit extract
And (2) component A: allantoin 0.15 parts, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.2 parts, low molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.05 parts, dipropylene glycol 1.82 parts, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.68 parts;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.45 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.8 parts, Chondrus crispus extract 3.6 parts, polyquaternium-510.9 parts;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
Comparative example 5 stock solution skin care product lacking orange fruit extract and Chondrus crispus extract
And (2) component A: allantoin 0.15 parts, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.2 parts, low molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.05 parts, dipropylene glycol 1.82 parts, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.68 parts;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.45 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.8 parts, polyquaternium-510.9 parts;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
Comparative example 6 stock skin Care lacking allantoin, β -glucan and plant extracts
And (2) component A: 0.2 part of medium molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.05 part of low molecular sodium hyaluronate, 1.82 parts of dipropylene glycol and 0.68 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum;
and (B) component: 41.8 parts of palmitoyl pentapeptide and 510.9 parts of polyquaternium;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
A stock skin care preparation was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1.
The effects of the above examples and comparative examples were further examined.
Antioxidant Activity test
The antioxidant activity (AOA) of inventive examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 was determined, the AOA representing the coulomb consumption per 100g of the analyzed material, as shown in table 1:

Table 1 shows that examples 1-5, which are composed of the ingredients according to the present invention, have significantly higher antioxidant activity than the comparative examples, indicating that allantoin, β -glucan and plant extracts according to the present invention all function well as antioxidant.
Skin color testing
Skin complexion L values were determined and their effect on skin radiance was evaluated by measuring the change in skin L values before and after use of the product using a skin color tester Colorimeter C L400 manufactured by Courage Khazaka (CK) germany, and three groups of subjects having the same mean value of the initial L values were tested, 10 persons per group, for a period of 4 weeks, and the results were averaged as shown in table 2:

Table 2 shows that examples 1-5, which were composed of the ingredients according to the present invention, had a significantly greater effect on skin penetration than the comparative examples, indicating that allantoin, β -glucan and plant extracts of the present invention all provide a good improvement in skin brightness in subjects.
Skin hydration test
Skin hydration was measured to have the same starting mean for three groups of 10 subjects over a four week period, and the results averaged, as in table 3:

Table 3 shows that examples 1-5, which were composed of the ingredients according to the present invention, had a significantly greater effect on the water retention capacity of the skin than the comparative examples, indicating that allantoin, β -glucan and plant extracts of the present invention were able to demonstrate a significant degree of skin hydration in the subject.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The skin-firming and anti-aging stock solution skin care product is characterized by comprising the following components:
and (2) component A: allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, dipropylene glycol, sclerotium rolfsii gum;
component B comprises β -dextran, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, plant extract, polyquaternium-51;
and (3) component C: butanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and octanoyl hydroximic acid.
2. The stock solution skin care product according to claim 1, wherein the contents of the components in the stock solution skin care product are as follows: and (2) component A: 0.1-0.3 part of allantoin, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium hyaluronate, 1.7-1.9 parts of dipropylene glycol and 0.6-0.8 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.4-0.6 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.7-1.9 parts, plant extract 4.0-4.2 parts, polyquaternium-510.8-1.0 parts;
and (3) component C: 1.9-2.1 parts of butanediol, 0.1-0.3 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.4-0.6 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid.
3. The stock solution skin care product according to claim 2, wherein the contents of the components in the stock solution skin care product are as follows: and (2) component A: 0.1 to 0.2 portion of allantoin, 0.2 to 0.3 portion of sodium hyaluronate, 1.77 to 1.87 portions of dipropylene glycol and 0.63 to 0.73 portion of sclerotium rolfsii gum;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.4-0.5 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.75-1.85 parts, plant extract 4.0-4.1 parts, polyquaternium-510.85-0.95 parts;
and (3) component C: 1.95-2.05 parts of butanediol, 0.15-0.25 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.45-0.55 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid.
4. The bulk skin care product according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sodium hyaluronate comprises a medium molecule sodium hyaluronate and a low molecule sodium hyaluronate.
5. The bulk skin care product according to claim 4, wherein the volume ratio of the medium-molecule sodium hyaluronate to the low-molecule sodium hyaluronate is (0.17-0.23): (0.03-0.07).
6. The stock solution skin care product of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the plant extract comprises Chondrus crispus extract and Citrus junos fruit extract.
7. The stock solution skin care product of claim 6, wherein the volume ratio of the Chondrus crispus extract to the Citrus aurantium fruit extract is (3.58-3.62): (0.42-0.48).
8. The stock lotion skin care product according to claim 1, wherein the stock lotion skin care product comprises:
and (2) component A: allantoin, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate, small molecular sodium hyaluronate, dipropylene glycol and sclerotium rolfsii gel;
component B comprises β -dextran, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, Chondrus crispus extract, fructus Citri Junoris extract, and polyquaternium-51;
and (3) component C: butanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and octanoyl hydroximic acid.
9. The stock solution skin care product according to claim 8, wherein the contents of the components in the stock solution skin care product are as follows:
and (2) component A: allantoin 0.15 parts, medium molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.2 parts, low molecular sodium hyaluronate 0.05 parts, dipropylene glycol 1.82 parts, sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.68 parts;
component B comprises β -dextran 0.45 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-41.8 parts, Chondrus crispus extract 3.6 parts, Citrus aurantium fruit extract 0.45 parts, polyquaternium-510.9 parts;
and (3) component C: 2 parts of butanediol, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part of caprylhydroxamic acid.
10. The stock solution skin care product according to claim 1, wherein the stock solution skin care product is prepared by a specific method comprising:
(1) stirring and heating the component A to 80-85 ℃ for dissolving;
(2) cooling to 40-45 deg.C, adding component B, and stirring;
(3) adding the component C which is preheated to 55-65 ℃ until the component C is completely dissolved, and uniformly stirring to obtain the stock solution skin care product.
