b phase raw materials: 50 parts of deionized water, 10 parts of nano pearl powder, 0.5 part of zinc oxide, 16 parts of bioglycan gum, 2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of tocopherol, 0.5 part of allantoin, 2 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part of 1, 2-butanediol and 1 part of 1, 2-pentanediol;
c phase raw material: CI 778910.5 parts, 1.5 parts of Kusora aloe leaf extract, 1.5 parts of peony root extract, 1.5 parts of rhodiola rosea extract, 0.75 parts of ginseng root extract, 0.75 parts of ginger root extract and 0.75 parts of pomegranate fruit extract.
The preparation method of the pearl cream for beauty and skin care comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the phase A raw material into an oil phase pot, heating to 80 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving at 350rpm to obtain an oil phase material;
(2) adding the B-phase raw material into a water phase pot, heating to 80 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving at 350rpm to obtain a water phase material;
(3) pumping the oil phase material into an emulsifying pot, pumping the water phase material into the emulsifying pot, starting a stirrer, a homogenizer and a vacuum pump, homogenizing and emulsifying for 10 minutes in vacuum at 3000rpm, and keeping the temperature;
(4) after emulsification, opening cooling water, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the C-phase raw material, starting a stirrer and a homogenizer, homogenizing at 350rpm, and emulsifying for 5 minutes;
(5) continuously cooling to 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;
(6) and after the inspection is qualified, discharging, standing, filling, packaging and warehousing the finished product.
Example 2
The pearl cream for beauty treatment and skin care comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
phase A raw materials: 10 parts of jojoba seed oil, 2 parts of squalane, 1.2 parts of magnesium stearate, 304 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1 part of white beeswax, 3 parts of cocoa butter, 8 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2.5 parts of PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate and 2.5 parts of sorbitan sesquioleate;
b phase raw materials: 80 parts of deionized water, 15 parts of nano pearl powder, 0.2 part of zinc oxide, 12 parts of biogel, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3 parts of tocopherol, 1 part of allantoin, 3 parts of glycerol, 3 parts of propylene glycol, 1.5 parts of 1, 2-butanediol and 1.5 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol;

(4) after emulsification, opening cooling water, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the C-phase raw material, starting a stirrer and a homogenizer, homogenizing at 250rpm, and emulsifying for 10 minutes;
(5) continuously cooling to 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;

(3) pumping the oil phase material into an emulsifying pot, pumping the water phase material into the emulsifying pot, starting a stirrer, a homogenizer and a vacuum pump, homogenizing and emulsifying for 12 minutes in vacuum at 2500rpm, and keeping the temperature;
(4) after emulsification, opening cooling water, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the C-phase raw material, starting a stirrer and a homogenizer, homogenizing at 300rpm, and emulsifying for 8 minutes;
(5) continuously cooling to 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;
(6) and after the inspection is qualified, discharging, standing, filling, packaging and warehousing the finished product.

Based on example 3, the only difference is the composition of the natural plant extracts as follows: 3 parts of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 3 parts of peony root extract and 3 parts of rhodiola rosea extract.

Based on example 3, the only difference is the composition of the natural plant extracts as follows: 3 parts of ginseng root extract, 3 parts of ginger root extract and 3 parts of pomegranate fruit extract.
Comparative example 3
Based on example 3, the only difference is the composition of the natural plant extracts as follows: 1 part of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 1 part of peony root extract, 1 part of rhodiola rosea extract, 2 parts of ginseng root extract, 2 parts of ginger root extract and 2 parts of pomegranate fruit extract.
Whitening effect and free radical removing effect of pearl cream for beautifying and protecting skin
The inhibition effect of the beauty skin-care pearl cream on tyrosinase is evaluated by constructing a tyrosinase catalytic reaction system. Tyrosinase catalyzed the production of melanin from L-tyrosine in a phosphate buffer system at pH = 6.8, with a maximum absorption peak at 475 nm. The skin-beautifying and skin-protecting pearl cream containing different natural plant extracts is added into a reaction system to be used as a tyrosinase inhibitor, so that the generation of melanin can be reduced, and the whitening effect of the skin-beautifying and skin-protecting pearl cream is evaluated by utilizing the reduction degree of the generation amount of the melanin. DPPH is a stable free radical with nitrogen as the center, and the determination of DPPH clearance is a simple, convenient, rapid and sensitive method in the evaluation of antioxidant activity of natural active substances at present. The antioxidant activity of the beauty and skin care pearl cream containing different natural plant extracts is evaluated by constructing a DPPH free radical scavenging reaction system. The results of the experiment are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the experimental results in table 1, the pearl cream for beauty and skin care of embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention (a natural plant extract composition containing the kusora aloe leaf extract, the peony root extract, the rhodiola rosea extract, the ginseng root extract, the ginger root extract and the pomegranate fruit extract in a weight ratio of 2:2:2:1:1: 1) has a significant inhibitory effect on tyrosinase, and the tyrosinase inhibition rate can reach more than 50%; comparative examples 1-2 (containing only a partial variety of natural plant extract composition) and comparative example 3 (containing the natural plant extract composition of cussopa aloe leaf extract, peony root extract, rhodiola rosea extract, ginseng root extract, ginger root extract, and pomegranate fruit extract in a weight ratio of 1:1:1:2:2: 2) were weak in inhibiting tyrosinase. The DPPH free radical clearance rate also has similar experimental results, the beautifying and skin-protecting pearl cream of the invention of the examples 1-3 can reach the DPPH free radical clearance rate of more than 70 percent, and the free radical clearance effect of the comparative examples 1-3 is not obvious. The results show that the pearl cream for beauty and skin care contains the nano pearl powder and a plurality of natural plant extracts which are blended according to a specific proportion, can play multiple roles of beauty and skin care such as whitening, antioxidation and the like, and has good conditioning effect on human skin.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications or equivalents may be made to the technical solution without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications or equivalents should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. The pearl cream for beauty treatment and skin care is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
phase A raw materials: 5-10 parts of jojoba seed oil, 2-6 parts of squalane, 0.1-1.2 parts of magnesium stearate, 302-4 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-2 parts of white beeswax, 3-5 parts of cocoa butter, 3-8 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride and 5-10 parts of emulsifier;
b phase raw materials: 50-80 parts of deionized water, 10-15 parts of nano pearl powder, 0.2-0.5 part of zinc oxide, 12-6 parts of biogel, 0.2-3 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-3 parts of tocopherol, 0.5-1 part of allantoin and 4-8 parts of polyol humectant;
c phase raw material: CI 778910.5-2 parts and natural plant extract 3-10 parts.
2. The beauty pearl cream according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
phase A raw materials: 6-9 parts of jojoba seed oil, 3-5 parts of squalane, 0.2-1.0 part of magnesium stearate, 302.5-3.5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1.2-1.8 parts of white beeswax, 3.5-4.5 parts of cocoa butter, 4-7 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride and 6-9 parts of emulsifier;
b phase raw materials: 60-70 parts of deionized water, 12-14 parts of nano pearl powder, 0.2-0.4 part of zinc oxide, 13-5 parts of biogel, 0.5-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1-2.5 parts of tocopherol, 0.6-0.8 part of allantoin and 5-7 parts of polyol humectant;
c phase raw material: CI 778910.8-1.2 parts and natural plant extract 5-9 parts.
3. The beauty pearl cream according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
phase A raw materials: 8 parts of jojoba seed oil, 4 parts of squalane, 0.5 part of magnesium stearate, 303 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1.5 parts of white beeswax, 4 parts of cocoa butter, 6 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride and 8 parts of emulsifier;
b phase raw materials: 65 parts of deionized water, 13 parts of nano pearl powder, 0.3 part of zinc oxide, 14 parts of biogel, 1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts of tocopherol, 0.7 part of allantoin and 6 parts of polyol humectant;
c phase raw material: CI 778911 parts and 9 parts of natural plant extracts.
4. The pearl cream for beauty and skin care according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the emulsifier in the phase A raw material is a combination of PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate and sorbitan sesquioleate, and the weight ratio of the two is 1: 1.
5. The pearl cream for beauty treatment and skin care according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the particle size of the nano pearl powder in the B phase raw material is 50 to 100 nm.

The pearl cream for beauty treatment and skin care according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the polyhydric alcohol humectant in the phase B raw material is a combination of glycerin, propylene glycol, 1, 2-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the weight ratio of the glycerin, the propylene glycol, the 1, 2-butanediol and the 1, 2-pentanediol is 2:2:1: 1.

The beauty and skin care pearl cream according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the natural plant extract in the C-phase raw material is a combination of a Kusora aloe leaf extract, a peony root extract, a rhodiola rosea extract, a ginseng root extract, a ginger root extract and a pomegranate fruit extract, and the weight ratio of the six is 2:2:2:1:1: 1.

(1) adding the phase A raw material into an oil phase pot, heating to 80-90 ℃, stirring at 250-350rpm, and uniformly dissolving to obtain an oil phase material;
(2) adding the phase B raw material into a water phase pot, heating to 80-90 ℃, stirring at 250-350rpm, and uniformly dissolving to obtain a water phase material;
(3) pumping the oil phase material into an emulsifying pot, pumping the water phase material into the emulsifying pot, starting a stirrer, a homogenizer and a vacuum pump, carrying out vacuum homogenizing and emulsifying for 10-15 minutes at 2000-3000rpm, and carrying out heat preservation;
(4) after emulsification, opening cooling water, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the C-phase raw material, starting a stirrer and a homogenizer at 250-350rpm, and homogenizing and emulsifying for 5-10 minutes;
(5) continuously cooling to 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;
(6) and after the inspection is qualified, discharging, standing, filling, packaging and warehousing the finished product.

(5) continuously cooling to 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;
