Test examples
Test 1: skin brightness ITA ° value test
The change in skin color can be measured using a skin complexion measuring instrument. The currently widely adopted measuring method for quantifying skin color is to measure the change of skin color by a colorimetric system (Lab colorimetric system) specified by the International Commission on illumination (CIE), and the method has accurate quantification, can reflect the multidimensional change of a skin color space, and ensures that the skin color is quantified more reliably. The test index is the skin individual type angle ITA ° (the greater the value of ITA °, the brighter the skin). Therefore, the whitening effect of the cosmetic can be judged by measuring the skin chromaticity.

An experimental instrument: multifunctional skin test system (MPA 6, CK, germany); skin color difference test probe (CL400, CK, germany).
The experimental method comprises the following steps: screening 60 adults with dull facial skin color, randomly dividing the adults into 12 groups, taking 5 adults in each group as testers, carrying out melanin and color difference data acquisition analysis and test on the facial skin before trying out samples, and taking the data as a skin background value. The sample was used once in the morning and at night for 4 weeks. Data acquisition was performed with a skin tone difference test probe and a multifunctional skin test system (CL400 and MPA 6, germany CK) before and 4 weeks of use, respectively, with the test site being the left cheek bone. Evaluating the change of the skin brightness ITA DEG value before and after the cosmetic is used by the subject, wherein the larger the ITA DEG value is, the brighter the skin is, and conversely, the darker the skin is, thereby determining the effect of the cosmetic on improving the skin darkness. The test results are shown in Table 1.
Experimental samples: the multi-effect essence of examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 4 (the essence is prepared by adding the compositions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 to a substrate, wherein the addition amount of the compositions is 10% of the total mass of the cosmetic).

As can be seen from the experimental results in table 1, the skin brightness ITA ° value of the essence prepared by using the compositions of the examples of the present invention is significantly increased compared to the comparative examples, which shows that the compositions provided by the examples of the present invention have the effect of improving skin brightness, and can improve the problems of skin darkness and skin spots.
And (3) testing 2: free radical scavenging ability test
This experiment evaluates the radical scavenging properties of the compositions of the present invention by measuring the rate of radical scavenging of DPPH by the compositions. DPPH free radical is a stable nitrogen center organic free radical, strong absorption is achieved at 517nm, an ethanol solution of DPPH is purple, when the DPPH free radical scavenger is encountered, single electrons of DPPH are paired to enable the color of the solution to become light, the fading degree of the DPPH free radical is in quantitative relation with the quantity of the received electrons, therefore, a spectrophotometer can be used for carrying out quantitative analysis to detect the condition of scavenging the free radicals, and the higher the scavenging rate is, the stronger the oxidation resistance and the anti-aging capacity of the DPPH free radical is.
(1) Test samples: the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were diluted with deionized water to give a test solution having a mass fraction of 1%.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: taking 4mL of DPPH-absolute ethanol solution with the concentration of 0.1mmol/L into a container, adding 2mL of test sample, uniformly mixing, keeping out of the sun for 30min at room temperature, measuring the absorbance at the wavelength of 517nm, and recording the absorbance as A1; taking 4mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solution and 2mL of test sample solution, and recording the absorbance value A2 under the same condition; the absorbance values of 4mL of DPPH-absolute ethanol solution and 2mL of absolute ethanol solution measured under the same conditions as above were recorded as A3. DPPH radical clearance was calculated as follows: DPPH radical clearance (%) [1- (a1-a2)/A3] × 100%, average of three measurements. The test results are shown in table 2.

The experimental results in table 2 show that the composition of the present invention has a strong scavenging ability for DPPH radicals and a better scavenging effect than the comparative examples, which indicates that the composition of the present invention synergistically enhances the scavenging ability of the composition for radicals, increases the antioxidant property, and achieves the anti-aging effect.
And (3) testing: skin elasticity test
1) Test samples: the multi-effect essence of examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 4 (the essence is prepared by adding the compositions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 to a substrate, wherein the addition amount of the compositions is 10% of the total mass of the cosmetic).
2) The test method comprises the following steps: 60 volunteers with obvious wrinkles on the face of 30-50 years old are selected and randomly divided into 12 groups of 5 persons. The application method comprises the steps of using the sample once in the morning and at the evening after cleaning the face every day. The experimental period is 4 weeks, data acquisition is carried out by a skin elasticity meter MPA580 before use and after use for 4 weeks respectively, the test part is the forehead, the probe repeatedly measures for 3 times in the same tested area during measurement, and an average value is taken. The test parameter is R2 (the ratio of the springback amount Ua of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum stretch amount Uf with negative pressure), the closer R2 is to 1, the better the elasticity of the skin, and the average change value of R2 is from the 4 th cycle R2 value to the 0 th cycle R2 value. The test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the experimental results in table 3, the change of the skin elasticity R2 value is large after 4 weeks using the essence prepared in the examples, which indicates that both the multi-effect composition and the essence of the present invention have good anti-wrinkle effects. The use of the comparative example, which has a smaller increase in facial skin elasticity R2, demonstrates that the synergistic benefits of the ingredients in the skin care compositions of the present invention are better at achieving anti-aging benefits.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the specific embodiments of the present invention. 2. The composition with multiple effects according to claim 1, further comprising 0.3-0.7 parts of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid; 0.5-1.5 parts of secondary cracking yeast fermentation product filtrate; 0.5-1 part of gentian extract.
3. The composition with multiple effects according to claim 1, further comprising 0.2-1 part of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate; 0.005-0.02 part of ganoderma lucidum extract.
4. The composition with multiple effects according to claim 1, further comprising 0.5-3 parts of seawater.
5. The multi-effect essence is characterized by comprising 2.5-20 parts of the multi-effect composition as defined in any one of claims 1-4, and further comprising the following components in parts by weight:
2.5-6.5 parts of a skin conditioner;
3-20 parts of a humectant;
0.1-0.5 parts of an emollient;
0.2-0.8 part of thickening agent;
0.05-0.2 part of an emulsifier;
0.005-0.05 part of a chelating agent;
0.01-0.06 parts of solubilizer;
0.2-0.8 part of antioxidant;
0-0.01 part of an aromatic;
water was added to 100 parts.
6. The multi-effect essence according to claim 5, wherein the skin conditioner comprises 0.5-2 parts of alpha-arbutin; 2-4 parts of nicotinamide; 0.01-0.05 parts of phellodendron amurense bark extract; 0.001-0.1 part of glabridin.
7. The multi-effect essence of claim 6, wherein the skin conditioner further comprises one or more of retinol palmitate, crepidote, yeast lysate of bifida ferment, Rosa damascena water, centella asiatica extract, ascorbic acid.
8. The multi-effect essence according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the humectant is one or a combination of dipropylene glycol, erythritol, 1, 2-hexanediol, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer; the emollient is glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate).

The multi-effect essence according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the thickener is a combination of an ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/behenyl polyether-25 methacrylate cross-linked polymer and an ammonium polyacryl dimethyl taurate, and the ratio of the thickener to the ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate is 1: (0.5-2).
