(1) mixing the water phase components in the humectant, the emulsifier and the emollient with water, and stirring to obtain a water phase mixed solution; mixing the oil phase components in the humectant, the emulsifier and the emollient to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(2) mixing the water phase mixed liquor and the oil phase mixed liquor obtained in the step (1), stirring and homogenizing to obtain a homogenized liquor;
(3) and (3) mixing and stirring the homogeneous liquid obtained in the step (2) and a skin conditioner to obtain the makeup-removal-preventing blue-light-resistant face cream.
Preferably, the temperature at which the aqueous phase component of step (1) is mixed with water is 80-85 ℃, such as 80 ℃, 81 ℃, 82 ℃, 83 ℃, 84 ℃ or 85 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, the time for mixing the water phase component and water in step (1) is 5-10min, such as 5min, 6min, 7min, 8min, 9min or 10 min.
Preferably, the temperature at which the oil phase ingredients are mixed in step (1) is 78-80 ℃, such as 78 ℃, 79 ℃ or 80 ℃, and the like.
Preferably, the oil phase components of step (1) are mixed for 5-10min, such as 5min, 6min, 7min, 8min, 9min or 10 min.
Preferably, the temperature for mixing and homogenizing in the step (2) is 80-82 ℃, such as 80 ℃, 81 ℃ or 82 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, the mixing and homogenizing time in step (2) is 3-8min, such as 3min, 4min, 5min, 6min or 8 min.

The preparation process of the face cream provided by the invention needs to be sequentially carried out under the three steps, and the water phase component mixing, the oil phase component mixing, the emulsification homogenization and the final mixing with the skin conditioner have respective specific temperature and time requirements, so that the efficacy of the finally prepared product can be maximized only according to the matching relationship strictly.
As a preferred technical scheme, the preparation method of the makeup removal-preventing and blue-light-resisting facial cream comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the water phase components of humectant, emulsifier and emollient with water at 80-85 deg.C for 5-10min to obtain water phase mixed solution; mixing oil phase components of humectant, emulsifier and emollient at 78-80 deg.C for 5-10min to obtain oil phase mixture;
(2) mixing the water phase mixed solution and the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) at 80-82 ℃ and homogenizing for 3-8min to obtain a homogeneous solution;
(3) and (3) mixing the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (2) with a skin conditioner, a thickening agent, a freckle removing agent, an antioxidant, a preservative and an aromatic at 40-50 ℃ for 10-20min to obtain the makeup-preventing and blue-light-resisting facial cream.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the skin conditioner is prepared by creatively and scientifically mixing eight components, namely a butterflybush flower extract, a sophora flavescens root extract, a liquorice root extract, a scutellaria baicalensis root extract, an angelica sinensis extract, a bletilla striata extract, a desmodium extract and a salvia officinalis extract, and the components are synergized in multiple dimensions, so that the skin conditioner has the effects of remarkably controlling oil, dredging and astringing pores, balancing skin grease secretion and preventing makeup removal; has remarkable effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting allergy and relieving skin; the whitening and brightness of the skin can be remarkably improved, the skin color can be modified, and the anti-aging effect can be achieved; meanwhile, the blue light-shielding material has the effects of shielding blue light, resisting light invasion and repairing light damage. Part of the raw materials are hollow spherical powder structures, and after the powder is combined with sebum and sweat, water and oil can be absorbed in the hollow sphere, so that makeup is attached to the surface of skin more durably, and the makeup removal phenomenon caused by sweat and oil is further reduced. The skin conditioner provided by the invention is a full traditional Chinese medicine component, does not contain other chemical synthesis components, and has good skin adaptability and safety. And has good air permeability, water wettability and extensibility.

Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides a pigment cream, and the raw materials for preparing the pigment cream are different from those in example 1 only in that the pigment cream does not contain the sophora flavescens root extract, the weight part of the buddleja officinalis extract is 1 part, and the rest parts are the same. The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 3
The present comparative example provides a skin-beautifying cream whose preparation raw materials differ from those of example 1 only in that glycyrrhiza inflata root extract is not contained and the weight part of salvia officinalis extract is 0.6 parts, and the others are the same. The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 4
The present comparative example provides a skin cream whose preparation raw materials differ from example 1 only in that sage extract is not contained and the weight part of glycyrrhiza inflate trogii root extract is 0.6 parts, and the others are identical. The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 5
The comparative example provides a skin-beautifying cream, and the raw materials for preparing the skin-beautifying cream are different from those in example 1 only in that the radix scutellariae extract is not contained, the weight part of the herba lysimachiae extract is 1.5 parts, and the rest parts are consistent. The preparation method is the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 6
The comparative example provides a pigment-removing cream, and the raw materials for preparing the pigment-removing cream are different from those in example 1 only in that the herba lysimachiae extract is not contained, and the weight part of the scutellaria baicalensis root extract is 1.5 parts, and the rest is consistent. The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Example 5
This example provides a skin-care cream, which is prepared from the same raw materials as in example 1, and the preparation method is different from example 1 only in that the mixing temperature in step (3) is 60 ℃, the mixing time is 5min, and the rest is the same.
Example 6
This example provides a skin-care cream, which is prepared from the same raw materials as in example 1, and the preparation method is different from example 1 only in that the mixing temperature in step (2) is 90 ℃, the mixing time is 5min, and the rest is the same.
Evaluation test:
(1) reactive oxygen species level evaluation of cells under blue light pressure:
the specific method comprises the following steps: healthy SD rats 72, weighing around 200g, and males were selected and randomly divided into 12 groups of 6 animals each corresponding to the products of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-6, respectively. The rat had hair removed from its back and had an area of about 2X 2cm, in the blue light of the LED at 425nm (3 mW/cm) 2 Lasting for 18min), respectively smearing the tested samples on naked skin of a rat, wherein the smearing amount of each group is 0.1g/cm, quantitatively analyzing by using CellROX fluorescence intensity staining and Volocity image analysis software after 24h, wherein the larger the value of the cellular active oxygen, the worse the blue light resistance of the tested samples is, continuously using for three weeks, and recording the change condition of the cellular active oxygen of the rat skin once every week.

From the data in table 1: the skin-whitening cream has remarkable blue light resisting effect, and the reactive oxygen species level of cells is obviously reduced under the blue light pressure from day 0 to day 21. And as can be seen from the comparison of the data of the examples and the comparative examples, the main component is the extract of the butterflybush flower, and the mixing temperature and the mixing time of the skin conditioner during the preparation of the skin-care cream have important influence on the final blue-light resistant effect of the product.
(2) Evaluation test for melanin inhibition:
the specific method comprises the following steps: b16 cells in logarithmic phase are digested and dispersed to prepare single cell suspension, and the single cell suspension is counted. Cells were seeded in 6-well cell culture plates at a seeding density of 1X 10 6 And (2) each well, keeping the liquid amount at 2mL per well overnight, after the cells adhere to the wall, absorbing the culture solution, replacing the solution with each test sample (each g of the sample is diluted by 100mL of culture medium) and a positive control drug (arbutin 50 mu g/mL of culture medium) for 1 time, only adding the culture medium into a blank control group, continuing to culture for 72 hours, collecting the cells by trypsin after the drug treatment is finished, washing the cells by PBS for 3 times after centrifugation, adding 20 mu L of distilled water to suspend the precipitate, adding 200 mu L of ethanol-diethyl ether (1:1) mixed solution, standing for 20 minutes at room temperature, centrifuging for 5 minutes at 3000r/min, adding 2000 mu L of 1N sodium hydroxide (containing 10% of DMSO) into the precipitate, incubating for 30 minutes in a water bath at 80 ℃, and measuring the absorbance at 420nm by using a microplate reader. Melanin synthesis inhibition rate ═ 1- (drug-treated absorbance value/drug-treated cell number)/(blank absorbance value/blank cell number)]×100%。
The results are shown in Table 2.

From the data in table 2 it can be seen that: the skin-care cream has an obvious melanin synthesis inhibiting effect, wherein the butterflybush flower extract, the glycyrrhiza inflate extract and the scutellaria baicalensis root extract play main roles, an obvious synergistic effect exists among the butterflybush flower extract, the glycyrrhiza inflate extract and the scutellaria baicalensis root extract, and the mixing temperature and time of a skin conditioner during preparation of the skin-care cream have obvious influence on the final melanin synthesis inhibiting effect of a product.
(3) And (3) antioxidant activity test:
the specific method comprises the following steps: preparing 1mM stock solution of a test article and a positive control arbutin, adding 1.4mg of DPPH into 17.5mL of absolute ethanol to obtain 0.2mmol/L DPPH solution, adding 100 mu L of diluent of the stock solution into a 96-well enzyme label plate, and then adding 100 mu L of the DPPH solution to ensure that the final concentration of the test article is 100 mu M. And (3) after the enzyme label plate is kept at 30 ℃ for 30min, measuring the absorbance value (As) of the enzyme label plate at the wavelength of 517nm, simultaneously measuring the absorbance value (Ac) of a sample blank (which replaces DPPH by absolute ethyl alcohol) without adding a DPPH free radical reagent and the absorbance value (Amax) of a sample (which replaces the sample by absolute ethyl alcohol) with adding DPPH but without adding the sample, and calculating the relative clearance rate (%) < 1- (As-Ac)/Amax >. times.100%.
The results are shown in Table 3.

From the data in table 3: the essence cream has an obvious effect of removing free radicals, wherein the butterflybush flower extract, the glycyrrhiza inflata root extract, the scutellaria baicalensis root extract and the sophora flavescens root extract play main roles, the four have an obvious synergistic effect, and the mixing temperature and time of a skin conditioner during preparation of the essence cream have an obvious influence on the final effect of removing the free radicals of a product.
(4) VISIA skin assay evaluation test:
the specific method comprises the following steps: 70 women of aged skin aged 30 to 40 years old were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 persons each, and the products of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were used, respectively. The subjects were on a continuous basis, with product application 2 times a day, morning and evening, on 28 consecutive trial days, and asked for a visit on days 14 (D14) and 28 (D28) of the trial. The test of the same subject is performed by the same measuring person. A photograph of the face of the subject was taken with a VISIA facial image analyzer in a room at room temperature of 22 ℃. + -. 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 40. + -.2%. The face (including the front, the left side and the right side) of the subject is photographed, data statistics is carried out on the sum of absolute scores, and the detection data of the pigment spots, the textures and the wrinkles of the face of the subject is recorded (the higher the data, the more serious the phenomena of the pigment spots, the textures and the wrinkles appear).

From the data in table 4, it can be seen that: compared with comparative examples 1-6, the skin conditioner of example 1 has more obvious improved effects on pigment spots, wrinkles and textures of a subject, and the skin conditioner of the invention has synergistic effect on relieving pigment spots, wrinkles and textures.
(5) Human body trial evaluation test:
the facial cream prepared in the examples 1-6 and the comparative examples 1-6 is selected to be used for human trial evaluation tests, and volunteers evaluate the air permeability, the water wettability, the extensibility and the makeup-holding effect for 12h of the facial cream in the using process, wherein the highest score is 5, the lowest score is 1, and any value between 1 and 5 can be taken.

From the data in table 5, it can be seen that: the skin-beautifying cream provided by the invention has obvious improvement on the aspects of air permeability, water wettability, extensibility and make-up maintaining effect. Especially, the bitter ginseng root extract and the sage extract have outstanding contribution to the make-up effect, and the two have synergistic effect.
(6) Evaluation test of skin irritation:
the skin irritation evaluation test was performed on the skin creams prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2, and the test method was as follows:
12 women and 12 men were used as test subjects and were randomly divided into 6 groups, and 2 women and 2 men in each group were sampled with a syringe (1g of the test article was dissolved in 100mL of PBS) in a chamber of a spot test tape, and the spot test tape with the sample placed therein was immediately attached to the normal skin of the left forearm of the subject from the lower part in the longitudinal direction while gently pressing the chamber one by one to expel air and to distribute the sample uniformly. The test site is marked for easy observation. The patch was applied every 24 hours and then removed for a second half hour and examined according to the CTFA guidelines for a total of 5 patch tests. On day 6 after the completion of skin application, additional examination was performed to observe delayed reactions, and data was compared using the last examination result.

According to the test results, the face cream disclosed by the invention has no stimulation to skin and no positive reaction, and the product disclosed by the invention is safe and high in mildness.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, i.e. the present invention is not meant to be implemented only by relying on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

based on the total weight of the skin conditioner, the skin conditioner comprises, by weight, 0.1-10 parts of butterflybush flower extract, 3-15 parts of sophora flavescens root extract, 3-15 parts of glycyrrhiza inflate root extract, 3-15 parts of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 0.1-10 parts of angelica sinensis extract, 0.1-10 parts of bletilla striata extract, 0.1-10 parts of lysimachia christinae extract, 0.01-1 part of salvia officinalis extract, 0.1-10 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.1-10 parts of decarboxylated carnosine, 0.01-1 part of fullerene, 1-30 parts of glucosyl rutin and 0.01-1 part of hypusine callus culture filtrate;
the emulsifier comprises any one or a combination of at least two of polyacrylamide, isoparaffin, laureth-7, ethylhexyl stearate, sodium polyacrylate or trideceth-6;
the makeup removal-preventing and blue light-resistant vegetarian cream is prepared by a preparation method comprising the following steps of:
(1) mixing the water phase components in the humectant, the emulsifier and the emollient with water, and stirring to obtain a water phase mixed solution; mixing and stirring oil phase components in the humectant, the emulsifier and the emollient to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(2) mixing the water phase mixed solution and the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) at 80-82 ℃ and homogenizing for 3-8min to obtain a homogeneous solution;
(3) and (3) mixing the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (2) with a skin conditioner at 40-50 ℃ and stirring for 10-20min to obtain the makeup-removal-preventing blue-light-resistant face cream.
2. The make-up prevention and blue light resistant facial cream according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials for preparing the facial cream further comprise any one or a combination of at least two of 1-5 parts by weight of a thickening agent, 1-5 parts by weight of a freckle removing agent, 0.5-1 part by weight of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of a preservative or 0.01-0.3 part by weight of an aromatic.
3. The make-up reduction and blue-light resistant skin cream of claim 1, wherein the moisturizer comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerin, panthenol, 1, 2-hexanediol, or butanediol.
4. The anti-makeup and blue-light resistant facial cream of claim 1, wherein said emollient comprises any one or a combination of at least two of methyl hydrogenated rosinate, polydimethylsiloxane, or isononyl isononanoate.
5. The make-up reduction and blue light resistant facial cream of claim 2, wherein the thickener comprises titanium dioxide and/or triethoxyoctylsilane.
6. The make-up reduction and blue-light resistant facial cream of claim 2, wherein the spot removing agent comprises niacinamide and/or glycyrrhiza glabra root extract.
7. The make-up reduction and blue light resistant skin cream of claim 2, wherein the antioxidant comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone.
8. The make-up reduction and blue light resistant facial cream of claim 2, wherein the preservative comprises methylparaben.
9. The preparation method of the makeup removal-preventing blue-light-resistant face cream according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the water phase components in the humectant, the emulsifier and the emollient with water, and stirring to obtain a water phase mixed solution; mixing and stirring oil phase components in the humectant, the emulsifier and the emollient to obtain oil phase mixed solution;
(2) mixing the water phase mixed solution and the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) at 80-82 ℃ and homogenizing for 3-8min to obtain a homogeneous solution;
(3) and (3) mixing the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (2) with a skin conditioner at 40-50 ℃ and stirring for 10-20min to obtain the makeup-removal-preventing blue-light-resistant face cream.
10. The method for preparing the makeup removal and blue light resistant facial cream according to claim 9, wherein the temperature of the water phase component mixed with water in the step (1) is 80-85 ℃.
11. The make-up removal and blue light resistant facial cream of claim 9, wherein the time for mixing the water phase component and water in step (1) is 5-10 min.
12. The make-up removal and blue-light resistant facial cream of claim 9, wherein the oil phase components in step (1) are mixed at a temperature of 78-80 ℃.
13. The make-up removal and blue-light resistant facial cream of claim 9, wherein the oil phase ingredients in step (1) are mixed for 5-10 min.
14. The method for preparing the makeup removal-resistant and blue-light-resistant facial cream according to claim 9, comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing the water phase components of humectant, emulsifier and emollient with water at 80-85 deg.C for 5-10min to obtain water phase mixed solution; mixing oil phase components of humectant, emulsifier and emollient at 78-80 deg.C for 5-10min to obtain oil phase mixture;
(2) mixing the water phase mixed solution and the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) at 80-82 ℃ and homogenizing for 3-8min to obtain a homogeneous solution;
(3) and (3) mixing the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (2) with a skin conditioner, a thickening agent, a freckle removing agent, an antioxidant, a preservative and an aromatic at 40-50 ℃ for 10-20min to obtain the makeup-preventing and blue-light-resisting facial cream.
