CN112807256a discloses a whitening composition and application thereof in cosmetics, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2 to 2 parts of paeonia lactiflora root extract, 1 to 2 parts of VC ethyl ether and 2 to 5 parts of nonapeptide-1. It is disclosed that paeonia lactiflora root extract can inhibit tyrosinase activity, thereby inhibiting melanin production.
CN108721179a discloses a plant extract composition with whitening effect, a preparation method and application, wherein the composition is composed of extracts of plants of kuh-seng, bamboo leaves, pyracantha fortuneana fruit and medlar; the content of each plant extract is as follows by weight percent: 1 to 34 percent of kuh-seng, 1 to 34 percent of bamboo leaves, 1 to 34 percent of pyracantha fortuneana fruits and 1 to 34 percent of medlar, which discloses that alkaloid components in the kuh-seng can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in melanocytes, can inhibit the transfer of melanin from melanocytes to horny layer, and has the effect of relieving skin against external stimulus, thereby having the effect of whitening and calming the skin.
CN104013560a discloses a whitening traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50% of angelica sinensis, 25-35% of rhizoma bletillae, 10-15% of desmodium, 10-15% of sage and 5-10% of liquorice. It discloses sage with bitter, pungent and flat taste, promoting blood circulation to disperse blood clots, dispelling wind and dampness, detoxication and eliminating food retention; the licorice is used for regulating the medicines, has sweet taste, is flat, enters spleen, stomach and lung channels, contains rich glycyrrhetinic acid, licoflavone and other effective whitening and free radical resisting components, and has the effects of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, clearing heat and detoxicating, whitening and removing freckles.
Although the prior art discloses that the paeonia lactiflora, the kuh-seng and the sage have whitening efficacy, the prior art does not use the paeonia lactiflora, the kuh-seng and the sage in combination for whitening.

The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following steps of:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, tocopheryl acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring at 80deg.C and 800 rpm;
(2) Cooling to 45deg.C, adding PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, radix Paeoniae extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, herba Salvia officinalis extract, and arginine, stirring at 800rpm, and cooling to obtain whitening and skin-brightening essence.
Example 4
The whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.15 part of tocopheryl acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.25 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.25 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.15 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.2 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.4 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.6 part of paeonia lactiflora extract, 1 part of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.8 part of sage extract, 1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, 1.1 part of arginine, 2 parts of ascorbic acid, 7 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.1 parts of water.
The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following steps of:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, tocopheryl acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring at 80deg.C and 800 rpm;
(2) Cooling to 45deg.C, adding PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, radix Paeoniae extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, herba Salvia officinalis extract, and arginine, stirring at 800rpm, and cooling to obtain whitening and skin-brightening essence.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that comparative example 1 does not contain a peony extract, and all others are the same, wherein the amount of the peony extract is replaced with the same amount of the kuh-seng extract and the sage extract, i.e., in this comparative example, the total amount of the peony extract, the kuh-seng extract and the sage extract is unchanged, and all others are the same.
The whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopheryl acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.2 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.2 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.2 parts of kuh-seng extract, 1.4 parts of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that comparative example 2 does not contain a kuh-seng extract, but is otherwise identical, in that the amount of the kuh-seng extract is replaced with an equivalent amount of a peony extract, a sage extract, that is, in this comparative example, the total amount of the peony extract, the kuh-seng extract, and the sage extract is unchanged, and is otherwise identical.
The whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopheryl acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.2 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.2 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.2 parts of paeonia lactiflora extract, 1.4 parts of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 is different from example 1 in that comparative example 3 does not contain a sage extract, and all the other are the same, wherein the amount of the sage extract is replaced with the same amount of the peony extract, the sophorae flavescentis extract, i.e. in this comparative example, the total amount of the peony extract, the sophorae flavescentis extract, the sage extract is unchanged, and all the other are the same.
The whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopheryl acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.2 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.2 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.3 parts of paeonia lactiflora extract, 1.3 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
Test case
35 volunteers (all females, ages between 20 and 28) with no skin abnormality were selected and evenly divided into 7 groups of 5 persons each, and the essences of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tried out respectively.
Before using the essence, the volunteers clean the face, and collect the brightness (L value) of the face and the individual type angle (ITA DEG value) of the skin color by adopting a skin color test probe (Colorimeter CL 400) as initial values; the volunteers used the essences of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 in groups after cleansing the face in the morning and evening, and after 28d of continuous use, the brightness (L value) of the face and the individual skin tone type angle (ITA ° value) were collected by a skin color test probe (Colorimeter CL 400) as test values after the product was tried out and the face was cleansed in the 28d evening, and the brightness and brightness improvement rate was calculated as test values, and the L value/ITA ° value improvement rate= (test value-initial value)/initial value, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the essence of the present invention has excellent whitening effect, wherein example 1 has the best whitening effect.
Comparative example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 show that the paeonia lactiflora extract, the sophorae flavescentis extract and the sage extract have a synergistic effect in whitening and brightening skin.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (4)
1. The whitening and skin-brightening essence is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 0.15-0.25 part of solubilizer, 0.2-0.4 part of humectant, 0.3-0.6 part of nicotinamide, 0.4-0.6 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4-0.8 part of skin conditioning agent, 0.5-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5-1 part of paeonia extract, 0.6-1.2 part of kuh-seng extract, 0.8-1.2 part of sage extract, 0.5-1.5 part of tranexamic acid, 0.8-1.2 part of pH regulator, 2-4 parts of antioxidant, 4-8 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 75-85 parts of water;
the solubilizer is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil;
the humectant is hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate;
the antioxidant is ascorbic acid;
the pH regulator is arginine;
the skin conditioner is a mixture of tocopheryl acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, and decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride.

The whitening and skin-brightening essence according to claim 1 is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 0.2 part of solubilizer, 0.3 part of humectant, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.7 part of skin conditioning agent, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.8 part of radix paeoniae extract, 0.8 part of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 1 part of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of pH regulator, 3 parts of antioxidant, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
3. The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence according to any one of claims 1-2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, humectant, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, skin conditioner, tranexamic acid, antioxidant and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and uniformly stirring at 70-85 ℃;
(2) Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding the solubilizer, the peony extract, the radix sophorae flavescentis extract, the sage extract and the pH regulator, uniformly stirring, and cooling to obtain the whitening and skin-brightening essence.
4. The method for preparing the whitening and skin brightening essence according to claim 3, wherein the stirring rate in the step (1) is 400-1000 rpm.
