Description

Essence liquid and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to essence water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Melanin is a major factor responsible for darkening skin tone and color spots. Melanin of skin is generally considered to be synthesized by catalysis of the amino acid-containing channel ammonase on melanosomes in melanocytes, and the process of oxidizing the amino acid into melanin is relatively complex, and under the influence of factors such as ultraviolet rays, living pressure, skin aging and the like, the activity of the amino acid-containing channel ammonase and the activity of the melanocytes can be enhanced, so that the oxidation can be promoted, the synthesis and deposition speed of the melanin can be accelerated, the pigmentation of the original pigment can be further deepened, and the skin darkening and the formation of color spots can be caused.
Skin dryness is another common skin problem. Since skin is the first line of defense of the body against harmful elements, dry skin can lead not only to an aesthetically unpleasant skin appearance, but also to itching, redness, spotting, irritation and inflammation. It is necessary and necessary to protect the skin from these factors and to treat dryness to avoid certain skin conditions.
Current cosmetic products on the market either do not effectively treat darkening and/or drying of the skin or have a irritating effect on the skin.
Definition of terms
The terms "about" or "approximately" are defined as being in close proximity as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. In one non-limiting embodiment, the term is defined as within 10%, preferably within 5%, more preferably within 1%, most preferably within 0.5%.
The term "inhibit" or "reduce" or any variant of these terms includes any measurable reduction or complete inhibition in order to achieve the desired result.
The term "effective" means suitable for achieving a desired, expected or intended result.
The terms "comprising," "having," "including," or "containing" are inclusive or open-ended and do not exclude additional, unrecited elements or method steps.
The term "precipitation" refers to a phenomenon in which components or ingredients of the essence water appear in the form of solids (e.g., solid precipitates, needle-like crystals, blurred cotton-like substances, etc.). Visual precipitation may be possible. Alternatively, precipitation to such an extent that it is difficult to detect visually and transparency of the solution may be detected by a turbidity meter or an ultraviolet-visible infrared spectrophotometer. For example, the aqueous concentrate solution provided by the present invention is preferably colorless and transparent, but may precipitate over time due to a low-temperature storage test. Precipitation inhibition also includes preventing such precipitation, retarding, and reducing such precipitation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the essence water capable of effectively improving darkening and dryness of skin, which adopts water as a main solvent and has weak irritation to skin. The effective components of the essence water for improving skin darkening are nicotinamide and phyllanthus emblica (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) fruit extract. The essence adopts polyalcohol as a humectant, and the inventor discovers that: in aqueous solvent systems, particularly in the case of polyols as humectants in combination with nicotinamide and phyllanthus emblica (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) fruit extracts, precipitation of the individual components does not occur during storage at low temperatures (ambient temperature about-2 ℃ to 4 ℃).
The inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above problems, and as a result, found that: since precipitation of the combination of the polyol and nicotinamide and the extract of the phyllanthus emblica (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) fruit due to low-temperature storage can be suppressed by limiting the polyol to the combination of panthenol, butanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol, precipitation during low-temperature storage can be suppressed even in the composition comprising the polyol and nicotinamide and the extract of the phyllanthus emblica (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) fruit.
The essence water provided by the invention acts on the skin through a combination of ingredients, and is used for revitalizing and restoring the skin matrix through attacking and/or up-regulating various biochemical pathways. These pathways include inhibiting the activity of matrix metalloproteinases in the skin, inhibiting the production of cyclooxygenase-1 and/or tyrosinase, inhibiting melanogenesis in the skin, and/or promoting the synthesis of collagen and/or lysyl oxidase in the skin. In some aspects, the essence provided herein can be effective to reduce skin conditions including photodamage, loss of facial firmness, fine lines, deep lines, wrinkles, skin dullness, skin dryness, age spots, or combinations thereof.
The essence water provided by the invention comprises nicotinamide, phyllanthus emblica (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) fruit extract, panthenol, butanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol. Wherein, the butanediol and the 1, 2-hexanediol have good moisturizing, anti-aging and repairing effects; the nicotinamide can reduce melanin which is generated and precipitated, obstruct the transfer of the melanin to surface cells, accelerate the metabolism of cells, accelerate the falling of melanocyte, maintain the water content of skin, promote the microcirculation of dermis, greatly reduce or eliminate the aging phenomenon of skin, reduce the damage of free radicals to the skin, and play roles in preventing aging, repairing the skin and reducing facial darkness; fructus Phyllanthi (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) fruit extract with effects of whitening skin, reducing pigmentation, and inhibiting Fe 2+ /H 2 O 2 Formation, inhibition of peroxidase/H 2 O 2 Generation, inhibition of tyrosinase generation, inhibition of the activity of tyrosine, blocking of the synthesis of dopa and dopaquinone, and thus inhibition of melanin generation; panthenol has effects of brightening skin, keeping moisture, resisting oxidation, and delaying skin aging. Meanwhile, the addition amount range of nicotinamide, phyllanthus emblica (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) fruit extract, panthenol, butanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol is strictly controlled, and the synergistic effect is exerted to the greatest extent on the premise of reducing the irritation to skin, so that the whitening and moisturizing performances of the combination are improved.
In order to further reduce the skin irritation of the essence provided by the invention, the range of the addition amount of the polyalcohol in the essence needs to be reduced as far as possible under the condition of ensuring that the storage stability and the efficacy of the essence are not reduced, and the inventor discovers that: the combination of trehalose and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate can be added as a humectant to essence water to reduce the amount of polyol added.
