Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to essence water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Melanin is a major factor in darkening skin color and pigmentation. The melanin of skin is generally considered to be synthesized by the enzyme catalysis of the tyrosine aminotransferase on melanosomes in melanocytes, the process of the tyrosine aminotransferase for oxidizing the tyrosine into the melanin is relatively complicated, and the activity of the tyrosine aminotransferase and the activity of melanocytes can be enhanced under the influence of factors such as ultraviolet rays, living pressure, skin aging and the like, so that the oxidation is promoted, the synthesis and deposition speed of the melanin are accelerated, and the original pigmentation is deepened and even worsened, thereby leading to the darkening of skin and the formation of color spots.
Dry skin is another common skin problem. Since skin is the first line of defense of the body against harmful elements, dry skin may not only lead to an aesthetically displeasing appearance of the skin, but may also lead to itching, redness, blotchiness, irritation, and inflammation. It is necessary and necessary to protect the skin from these factors and to treat dryness to avoid certain skin conditions.
Current cosmetic products on the market either do not effectively treat skin darkening and/or skin dryness or are irritating to the skin.
Definition of terms
The term "about" or "approximately" is defined as being approximately as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. In one non-limiting embodiment, the term is defined as within 10%, preferably within 5%, more preferably within 1%, and most preferably within 0.5%.
The terms "inhibit" or "reduce" or any variation of these terms includes any measurable reduction or complete inhibition to achieve a desired result.
The term "effective" means suitable to achieve a desired, expected, or intended result.
The terms "comprising," "having," "including," or "containing" are inclusive or open-ended and do not exclude additional, unrecited elements or method steps.
The term "precipitation" refers to the phenomenon in which the constituents or ingredients of the serum appear in the form of a solid (e.g., solid precipitates, needle crystals, hazy cotton-like substances, etc.). The precipitate may be visually precipitated. Alternatively, precipitation and transparency of the solution to such an extent that they are difficult to detect visually may be detected by a turbidimeter or an ultraviolet-visible-infrared spectrophotometer. For example, the essence aqueous solution provided by the present invention is preferably colorless and transparent, but may precipitate with time due to a low-temperature storage test. Precipitation inhibition also includes preventing, delaying and reducing such precipitation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the essence lotion capable of effectively improving skin darkening and skin dryness, wherein the essence lotion adopts water as a main solvent, and the essence lotion is weak in irritation to skin. The essential water contains effective components for improving skin darkening, such as nicotinamide and extract of fructus Phyllanthi (Phyllanthus EMBLICA) fruit. The essence water adopts polyhydric alcohol as a humectant, and the inventor finds that: in aqueous solvent systems, especially in the case of combining niacinamide and an extract of the fruit of Emblica officinalis (Phyllanthus EMBLICA) with a polyhydric alcohol as a humectant, precipitation of each component alone does not occur during storage at low temperatures (ambient temperature of about-2 ℃ to 4 ℃).
The inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above problems and as a result have found that: since precipitation due to low-temperature storage of the combination of polyhydric alcohol and nicotinamide and extract of the fruit of emblic leafflower fruit (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) can be suppressed by limiting the polyhydric alcohol to the combination of panthenol, butylene glycol and 1, 2-hexanediol, the essence water provided by the present invention is suppressed in precipitation during low-temperature storage even in the case of the composition comprising polyhydric alcohol and nicotinamide and extract of the fruit of emblic leafflower fruit (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA).
The essential water provided by the invention acts on the skin through a combination of ingredients, which is used for revitalizing and restoring the skin matrix by attacking and/or up-regulating various biochemical pathways. These pathways include inhibiting the activity of matrix metalloproteinases in the skin, inhibiting the production of cyclooxygenase-1 and/or tyrosinase, inhibiting melanogenesis in the skin, and/or promoting the synthesis of collagen and/or lysyl oxidase in the skin. In some aspects, the essential oils provided herein are effective in reducing skin conditions including photodamage, loss of facial firmness, fine lines, deep lines, wrinkles, dull skin, dry skin, age spots, or combinations thereof.
The essence lotion provided by the invention comprises a combination of nicotinamide, emblic leafflower fruit (Phyllanthus EMBLICA) extract, panthenol, butanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol. Wherein, the butanediol and the 1, 2-hexanediol have good moisturizing, anti-aging and repairing effects; nicotinamide can reduce melanin formed and precipitated, prevent melanin from transferring to surface layer cells, and accelerate fine skin cell growthThe composition has the effects of promoting cell metabolism, accelerating the shedding of melanin keratinocytes, maintaining the moisture content of skin, promoting the microcirculation of the dermis, greatly reducing or eliminating the skin aging phenomenon, reducing the damage of free radicals to the skin, and playing the roles of preventing aging, repairing the skin and reducing the facial darkness; fructus Phyllanthi (Phyllanthus EMBLICA) extract with effects of whitening skin, reducing pigmentation, and inhibiting Fe2+/H2O2Production, inhibition of peroxidase/H2O2Generation, namely inhibiting the generation of tyrosinase, inhibiting the activity of tyrosine, and blocking the synthesis of dopa and dopaquinone, thereby inhibiting the generation of melanin; panthenol has effects of caring skin, keeping moisture, resisting oxidation, and delaying skin aging. At the same time, the addition ranges of the nicotinamide, the emblic leafflower fruit (Phyllanthus EMBLICA) extract, the panthenol, the butanediol and the 1, 2-hexanediol are strictly controlled, and the synergistic effect is exerted to the maximum extent on the premise of ensuring that the irritation to the skin is reduced, so that the whitening and moisturizing performances of the composition are improved.
In order to further reduce the irritation of the essence water provided by the invention to the skin, the addition amount range of the polyhydric alcohol in the essence water needs to be reduced as far as possible under the condition of ensuring that the storage stability and the efficacy of the essence water are not reduced, and the inventor finds that: the combination of trehalose and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate can be added to the serum as a humectant to reduce the amount of added polyhydric alcohol.
The invention provides essence water which takes water as a main solvent and contains the combination of nicotinamide, emblic leafflower fruit (Phyllanthus EMBLICA) extract, panthenol, butanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol. More specifically, the essence comprises:
0.01-0.1 wt% disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA-2 Na);
0.2-1.2 wt% sodium chloride;
0.2-8 wt% trehalose;
0.1-5 wt% sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate (PCA-Na);
0.02-1 wt% citric acid;
0.02-1 wt% sodium citrate;
0.1-8 wt% panthenol;
0.5-5 wt% niacinamide;
0.2-3 wt% of extract of fruit of Emblica officinalis (Phyllanthus EMBLICA);
0.5 to 10 wt% of butanediol;
0.2-1 wt% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
0.2 to 2 weight percent 1, 2-hexanediol;
the balance being water.
The invention provides the following essences: disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate is taken as a chelating agent; sodium chloride is used as skin conditioner; p-hydroxyacetophenone as antioxidant; the combination of citric acid and sodium citrate is used to adjust the pH of the serum to 4-8, preferably, the pH of the serum to 5-6.
In some embodiments, the serum contains an effective amount of an extract of the fruit of EMBLICA officinalis (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) to inhibit matrix metalloproteinase activity. In some embodiments, the serum contains effective amounts of niacinamide and an extract of the fruit of EMBLICA officinalis (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) to stimulate collagen production in the skin. In some embodiments, the serum contains an effective amount of an extract of the fruit of EMBLICA officinalis (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) to inhibit tyrosinase in the skin. In some embodiments, the serum contains an effective amount of an extract of the fruit of EMBLICA officinalis (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) to inhibit cyclooxygenase-1 in the skin. In some embodiments, the serum contains an effective amount of an extract of the fruit of EMBLICA officinalis (PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) to stimulate lysyl oxidase activity in the skin. In some embodiments, the serum contains an effective amount of niacinamide to inhibit melanogenesis in the skin.
In the present invention, the extract of the fruit of Emblica officinalis (Phyllanthus EMBLICA) may be an aqueous extract of the fruit of Emblica officinalis.
