Abstract
The application relates to an acne-removing and mark-eliminating composition and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following raw materials: extracts of garcinia mangostana pericarp, salvia miltiorrhiza root, paeonia lactiflora root, honeysuckle flower, phellodendron amurense, thyme, sophora flavescens root, glycyrrhiza inflata root, scutellaria baicalensis root, centella asiatica, tremella, skin conditioners, moisturizers and solvents. The acne-removing and mark-eliminating composition can be added into essence and cream, and the addition amount of the acne-removing and mark-eliminating composition in the essence and the cream accounts for 6-8% of the total mass of the essence and the cream. The acne removing cream has the effects of improving the acne removing effect of an acne removing product and eliminating and fading the acne marks and scars.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an acne and acne mark removing composition and application thereof.
Background
Acne, also known as acne vulgaris, is a chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands of the hair follicle, usually occurring in the face, the chest and the shoulder blade. Light acnes are characteristic of the skin of most young people in the adolescent period, severe acnes are formed by excessive sebum secretion of the skin, hair follicle blockage, excessive reproduction of anaerobic propionibacterium acnes in hair follicles and accumulation of inflammatory substances, and pigmentation and skin tissue damage caused by inflammation of the severe acnes easily cause the problems of acne marks, pockmarks, scars and the like of the skin after the acne subsides.
Many acne-removing products sold in the market at present mainly have the main effects of sterilization and inflammation diminishing and are assisted by hormone components, so that on one hand, the tolerance of germs in the acne to the hormone is enhanced and the acne-removing effect is reduced by using the hormone by consumers for a long time; on the other hand, the skin is easily damaged by hormone, so that the skin is thin and sensitive.
Aiming at the related technical problems, the inventor considers that the existing acne removing product cannot rapidly and efficiently achieve the acne removing effect and is not ideal for the function of removing acne marks and scars.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the acne removing effect of an acne removing product and the functions of eliminating acne marks and scars, the application provides an acne removing and acne mark eliminating composition and application thereof.
In a first aspect, the technical scheme of the acne and mark removing composition provided by the application is as follows:

0.22-0.42wt% of mangosteen pericarp extract;
0.04-0.08wt% of salvia miltiorrhiza root extract;
radix Paeoniae extract 1.02-1.12 wt%;
honeysuckle flower extract 0.04-0.08 wt%;
0.47-0.67wt% of phellodendron amurense extract;
0.47-0.67wt% of thyme extract;
0.33-0.53wt% of kuh-seng root extract;
0.33-0.53wt% of glycyrrhiza inflate extract;
0.47-0.67wt% of scutellaria root extract;
2.66-3.06wt% of centella asiatica extract;
4.19-4.39wt% of tremella extract;
3.04-3.24wt% of skin conditioner;
4.29 to 6.29 weight percent of humectant;
the solvent was added to 100 wt%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the phellodendron amurense extract contains various alkaloids such as berberine, magnoflorine, phellodendrine, tetrandrine and the like, and lactone, sterol, mucoid and the like, can promote the generation of collagen, and has the anti-aging effect by combining the oxidation resistance of the phellodendron amurense extract; the thyme extract mainly contains thymol, carvacrol, linalool, para-cymene and other compounds, and has skin-activating and anti-wrinkle effects due to the inhibition of elastase and collagenase; the cortex Phellodendri extract and herba Thymi extract can inhibit excessive sebum, open pore, control acne inflammation and improve oily skin acne;
the active ingredient of the sophora flavescens ait root extract is mainly matrine, has the effects of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, has the effects of promoting the production of collagen and the proliferation of fibroblasts, and can be used for moisturizing and resisting aging of skin; the glycyrrhiza inflate extract has the effects of proliferating muscle cells, promoting the generation of collagen-4, improving the activity of skin, inhibiting melanin and whitening skin; has inhibiting effect on acne bacillus and Staphylococcus aureus, and can be used for killing bacteria and relieving inflammation of acne; the scutellaria root extract contains a large amount of amino acids and proteins, so that the skin aging can be well delayed, and the water replenishing and moisture preserving of the skin can be promoted; the common action of the sophora flavescens root extract, the glycyrrhiza inflate root extract and the scutellaria baicalensis root extract can play a better role in sterilizing and diminishing inflammation, so that acne can be quickly removed;
the garcinia mangostana pericarp extract has the effects of inhibiting tyrosinase, inhibiting melanin generation, slowing down collagen fiber degradation and maintaining skin elasticity; the salvia miltiorrhiza root extract has good promotion effect on the proliferation of collagen, can enhance the metabolism of the dermis of the skin, has good oxidation resistance, and can be used for activating the skin and resisting wrinkles; the radix Paeoniae extract contains paeoniflorin as effective component, which has effects of inhibiting pathogenic bacteria and fungi, and activating skin and resisting aging; caffeoylquinic acid contained in flos Lonicerae extract has strong antibacterial, fat reducing, skin caring and skin aging preventing effects, luteolin has antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects, has strong permeability to skin, can eliminate free radical, and has ultraviolet absorbing function; the four ingredients can be synergistic, and the effects of balancing skin grease, diminishing inflammation, inhibiting bacteria, repairing barriers, reducing acne mark generation and repairing severe depressed scars are achieved;
the centella asiatica extract can promote the production of collagen, enhance the skin elasticity, and also has the effects of tranquilizing and stabilizing, and improving the skin sensitivity; the tremella extract mainly contains tremella polysaccharide, so that the skin is smoother, the moisture can be kept efficiently, the skin aging is effectively resisted, the skin is tightened, and acne marks are reduced; the two have good moisture-keeping and activating effects under the combined action, and can promote the absorption of the effective components by the skin;
by adopting the combined action of the natural plant extracts, the humectant, the skin conditioner and other components, the acne removing and acne mark eliminating composition realizes a series of omnibearing acne removing and acne mark eliminating treatments of initially controlling oil, further sterilizing, then relieving and conditioning skin, resisting inflammation and removing acne, eliminating acne marks, cleaning skin, removing cutin and activating cell activity, finally has strong acne removing and acne mark eliminating effects, can reduce acne mark residues under the conditions of inhibiting melanin generation and promoting dermis cell repair, efficiently and quickly eliminates acne marks in a short time, repairs acne pits, and accordingly realizes long-term conditioning, tendering skin and whitening skin.
Preferably, the humectant comprises one or two of dehydrated xylitol and dehydrated xylitol.
By adopting the technical scheme, the anhydroxylitol and the xylitol have excellent moisturizing capability, glycerin can be replaced for use, the greasy and sticky feeling similar to glycerin does not exist, the anhydroxylitol and the xylitol are added into the composition, the moisturizing effect of the composition is favorably improved, the composition has cool and comfortable feeling when used, the red and swollen uncomfortable feeling of acne and the like is favorably relieved, the penetration of active ingredients in the composition to skin cells is accelerated, and the acne-removing and mark-eliminating effects are further improved.
Preferably, the humectant is prepared by mixing 79-82wt% of dehydrated xylitol, 13.2-13.7wt% of xylitol and the balance of 1, 2-hexanediol.
By adopting the technical scheme, the dehydrated xylitol and the xylitol are combined and compounded in a ratio of approximately 6:1, the ratio of the dehydrated xylitol and the xylitol is suitable for promoting the cooperation effect between the dehydrated xylitol and the xylitol to be more prominent, and the improvement of the permeation moisturizing performance and the acne and mark removing effect of the composition are reflected.
Preferably, the skin conditioning agent comprises glycolic acid, glyceryl caprylate and ethylhexyl glycerin, and the mass ratio of the glycolic acid to the glyceryl caprylate to the ethylhexyl glycerin is (20-22):1: 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the glycolic acid is the tartaric acid with the minimum relative molecular mass, can effectively permeate pores, accelerate cell shedding, promote skin renewal, improve skin hyperkeratosis, loosen keratotic plugs blocking the pores and keep the pores smooth; glyceryl caprylate exhibits excellent anti-gram activity; ethylhexyl glycerin can improve the problem of dry skin, can make the skin look more moist; the glycolic acid, the ethylhexyl glycerin and the glyceryl caprylate are combined and compounded according to a specific proportion, so that a good skin conditioning effect can be achieved, the synergistic effect of various plant extracts in the composition can be enhanced, the composition can more efficiently remove acnes and inflammation, quickly remove acne marks and repair the skin.
Preferably, the solvent includes water, butylene glycol and propylene glycol.
By adopting the technical scheme, the garcinia mangostana fruit peel extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, the glycyrrhiza inflata root extract, the honeysuckle flower extract and the like can be well dissolved in water and propylene glycol; phellodendron amurense extract, thyme extract, sophora flavescens root extract, paeonia radix extract, scutellaria root extract, etc. are well dissolved in water and butylene glycol; the centella extract, the tremella extract, the skin activating agent and the preservative can be well blended into water and propylene glycol; compared with a single solvent, the selection of multiple solvents can more fully mix multiple different active ingredients in the composition, so that the composition system is more uniform and stable, and the performance of the composition is stable.
Preferably, the preparation method of the acne-removing and acne-mark-removing composition comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the solvent to 40-50 ℃, and uniformly stirring;
s2, adding extracts of fruit peel of fructus Rhododendri mollis, radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, radix Paeoniae, flos Lonicerae, cortex Phellodendri, herba Thymi, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, radix Glycyrrhizae, radix Scutellariae, herba Centellae, and Tremella under stirring, and stirring to dissolve;
s3, adding a skin conditioner and a humectant, mixing uniformly, filtering and discharging to obtain the acne and acne mark removing composition.
By adopting the technical scheme, the solvent is heated up in advance, various plant extracts are added, the full dissolution and dispersion of the plant extracts in the solvent are facilitated, and finally, the skin conditioner, the humectant and the preservative are added, the system stability is facilitated to be adjusted, and the acne-removing and acne-eliminating composition with uniform and stable components is finally obtained.
In a second aspect, the application provides an application of the acne-removing and mark-removing composition, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an application of the acne-removing and mark-eliminating composition is that the acne-removing and mark-eliminating composition is added into essence and cream.
By adopting the technical scheme, the acne-removing and acne-mark-eliminating composition is added to the essence and the face cream, so that the essence and the face cream have excellent anti-inflammation and acne-removing effects on the basis of basic moisturizing and skin tendering, the acne-removing and acne-mark-eliminating composition can also generate a matching effect with other effective components in the essence and the face cream, and the functional effects of the essence and the face cream are further improved.
Preferably, the addition amount of the acne-removing and mark-eliminating composition in essence and cream accounts for 6-8% of the total mass of the essence and the cream.
By adopting the technical scheme, the addition amount of the acne-removing and acne-removing composition in the essence and the face cream is controlled in a proper range, so that the essence and the face cream can achieve a good anti-inflammation and acne-removing effect, the composition is better matched with other effective components in the essence and the face cream, the problems that the addition amount of the composition is small, the acne-removing effect is not obvious, or the excessive addition amount of the composition can inhibit other components are avoided, and the functional effects of the essence and the face cream are more prominent.
In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
1. according to the acne-removing and acne-eliminating composition, a series of omnibearing acne-removing treatments including preliminary oil control, further sterilization, skin soothing and conditioning, anti-inflammation and acne-removing, acne mark elimination, and final later-stage protection of skin cleaning, cutin removal and cell activity activation are realized by adopting the combined action of various natural plant extracts, the humectant and other components, so that the acne-removing and acne-eliminating composition has a strong acne-removing and anti-inflammation effect, can reduce the residue of the acne mark, quickly eliminate the acne mark, further improve the activity elasticity of the skin, whiten the skin and resist aging;
2. the moisture retention agent is prepared by mixing 79-82wt% of dehydrated xylitol, 13.2-13.72 wt% of xylitol and the balance of 1, 2-hexanediol; the dehydrated xylitol and xylitol have excellent moisturizing capability, can replace glycerin without greasy and sticky feeling similar to glycerin, and are added into the composition according to a specific proportion, so that the moisturizing effect of the composition is improved, the composition can bring cool and comfortable feeling to the skin when in use, and the red and swollen uncomfortable feeling of acne and the like is relieved;
3. the acne-removing and acne-removing mark-removing composition prepared by the method is added into the essence and the cream in an amount of 6% -8% of the total mass of the essence and the cream, and is favorable for better matching of the composition with other effective components in the essence and the cream, so that the essence and the cream achieve better effects of diminishing inflammation and removing acne.

The preparation example discloses a humectant, and the preparation method of the humectant comprises the following steps: 0.9kg of dehydrated xylitol and 0.1kg of 1, 2-hexanediol are added into a stirring pot, and stirred for 5min under the condition that the rotating speed is 100r/min, so as to obtain the humectant.
Preparation example 2
The preparation example discloses a humectant, and the preparation method of the humectant comprises the following steps: adding 0.96kg of xylitol and 0.04kg of 1, 2-hexanediol into a stirring pot, and stirring for 5min at the rotation speed of 100r/min to obtain the humectant.
Preparation example 3
The preparation example discloses a humectant, and the preparation method of the humectant comprises the following steps: 0.47kg of dehydrated xylitol, 0.47kg of xylitol and 0.06kg of 1, 2-hexanediol are added into a stirring pot, and stirred for 5min under the condition that the rotating speed is 100r/min to obtain the humectant.

The preparation example discloses a humectant, and the preparation method of the humectant comprises the following steps: 0.79kg of dehydrated xylitol, 0.132kg of xylitol and 0.078kg of 1, 2-hexanediol are added into a stirring pot, and stirred for 5min at the rotating speed of 100r/min to obtain the humectant.

The preparation example discloses a humectant, and the preparation method of the humectant comprises the following steps: 0.82kg of dehydrated xylitol, 0.137kg of xylitol and 0.043kg of 1, 2-hexanediol are added into a stirring pot, and stirred for 5min under the condition that the rotating speed is 100r/min to obtain the humectant.

Examples 1-5 disclose an acne and acne mark removing composition, which comprises the following raw materials: extracts of garcinia mangostana pericarp, salvia miltiorrhiza root, paeonia lactiflora root, honeysuckle flower, phellodendron amurense, thyme, sophora flavescens root, glycyrrhiza inflata root, scutellaria baicalensis root, centella asiatica, tremella, skin conditioners, moisturizers, butylene glycol, propylene glycol and water; wherein the humectant is one or two of dehydrated xylitol and xylitol; the skin conditioning agent comprises glycolic acid, glyceryl caprylate and ethylhexyl glycerin, wherein the mass ratio of the glycolic acid to the glyceryl caprylate to the ethylhexyl glycerin is 20:1: 1. Embodiments 1-5 also disclose a preparation method of the acne-removing and mark-removing composition, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, putting water, butanediol and propylene glycol into an emulsifying pot, heating to 40-50 ℃, and homogenizing and dispersing for 3min at the rotation speed of 300 r/min;
s2, adding the garcinia mangostana pericarp extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, the paeonia lactiflora root extract, the honeysuckle flower extract, the phellodendron amurense extract, the thyme extract, the sophora flavescens root extract, the glycyrrhiza inflata root extract, the scutellaria baicalensis root extract, the centella asiatica extract and the tremella extract into an emulsifying pot while stirring at the rotation speed of 200r/min, and homogenizing and dispersing for 15min at the rotation speed of 1000r/min to obtain a mixed solution;

82.1kg of water, 4kg of methyl propylene glycol, 0.5kg of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.25kg of xanthan gum, 0.15kg of allantoin, 1.5kg of betaine, 1.05kg of salicylic acid, 1.35kg of dextrin, 0.6kg of sesame amino acids, 2kg of potassium azelaiyl diglycoate, 0.5kg of 1, 2-hexanediol and 6kg of acne-removing and mark-removing composition; the composition prepared in example 1 was used as the composition. (wherein salicylic acid, dextrin, sesame amino acids, potassium azeloyl diglycine are all purchased from Zhengzhou Koma Biotechnology Co., Ltd.)
The application example also discloses a preparation method of the acne removing essence, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, mixing water, methyl propylene glycol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, xanthan gum, allantoin and betaine, putting the mixture into a stirring pot, stirring at the speed of 1200r/min for 7min, heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 20 min;
step 2, cooling to 40 ℃, adding salicylic acid, dextrin, sesame amino acids, potassium nonanedioyl diglycoate, 1, 2-hexanediol and the acne and acne removing composition into a stirring pot, stirring at the speed of 800r/min for 10min, filtering after the board is qualified, and discharging; aging for 24h to obtain the acne removing essence.

Performance test
Experiment one: and (3) detecting the performances of the acne-removing and mark-eliminating composition:
1. and (3) sterilization performance detection:
1.1 detection of bacteria: propionibacterium acnes, which is the main pathogenic bacterium causing acne.
1.2 Standard: refer to GB15979-2002 "hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles" appendix C4 "test method for antibacterial property of dissoluble antibacterial product".
1.3. The specific detection test method comprises the following steps:
1) test samples: the compositions described in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 were diluted to 2% dilutions, respectively;
2) preparation of bacterial suspension: washing a 24-hour culture of the propionibacterium acnes by using 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution to prepare 104-106CFU/mL bacterial suspension;
3) respectively taking 1g of test sample, adding 0.1mL of the bacterial suspension, uniformly coating and mixing, starting timing, adding 9mL of 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution after 20min, fully and uniformly mixing, taking 3 dilutions, respectively taking 1mL of the dilutions, placing the dilutions in two parallel plates, adding corresponding culture medium, and culturing for 24 hours at 36 +/-1 ℃ under anaerobic condition to count bacterial colonies. Repeating the test for 3 times, taking the average number, and setting a blank control group;
the calculation formula of the bacteriostatic rate is as follows: x is (A-B)/A X100%, wherein X is the bacteriostasis rate, A is the average recovered colony of a blank control sample, and B is the average recovered colony of a test sample; the specific results are shown in Table 3.
1.4. The evaluation criteria for efficacy were: (1) the effect is obvious when the bacteriostasis rate is more than or equal to 90 percent; (2) the bacteriostatic rate is 40-90% and the effect is normal; (3) the bacteriostasis rate is less than 40 percent, which indicates no effect.
2. Tyrosinase activity inhibition assay:
2.1 reagent: tyrosinase, tyrosine, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, a positive control (arbutin powder), a sample and deionized water;
2.2 reagent preparation:
2.2.1, phosphate buffer (PH 6.8):
0.2M sodium dihydrogen phosphate: weighing 71.6g of Na2HPO4-12H2O, and dissolving in 1000ml of deionized water;
0.2M disodium hydrogen phosphate: weighing 31.2g of NaH2PO4-2H2O, and dissolving in 1000ml of deionized water;
the phosphate buffer solution with 0.2M, PH ═ 6.8 was prepared by taking 51ML sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 49ML disodium hydrogen phosphate.
2.2.2, L-tyrosine solution: weighing 25.6g of L-tyrosine, and using phosphate buffer solution to be dissolved in a 50mL volumetric flask to obtain the L-tyrosine solution.
2.2.3, tyrosinase solution: cleaning potato, and precooling at 4 deg.C for about 4 h. Peeling, and cutting into about 1.0cm 3 D-form, and freeze at-20 ℃ overnight. Weighing according to the weight ratio of 1: 1(W: V), adding a 4 ℃ pre-cooled sodium phosphate buffer solution, preparing into homogenate by using a tissue triturator, filtering by using 3 layers of gauze, centrifuging the filtrate at 4000r/min for 10min, and storing the supernatant, namely the obtained tyrosinase crude enzyme solution, at 4 ℃ and using up the tyrosinase crude enzyme solution within 2 h.
2.2.4, preparation of test solution: the acne and acne mark removing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 of the application are respectively diluted to 1mg/ml by methanol.
2.2.5, positive control: dissolving 0.01g of arbutin powder in 10ml of methanol solution to obtain 1mg/ml reference substance solution.
2.3 test methods:
the phosphate buffer solution, the sample solution, and the tyrosine solution were added to the test tube in the order shown in the following table, and water bath was carried out at 35 ℃ for 10 minutes. Adding tyrosinase solution, mixing, incubating at 35 deg.C for 30min, quickly transferring to a cuvette, and measuring absorbance at 475nm
The test is carried out, the total reaction system of each group of tests is 5mL, and the specific design is shown in Table 2:

The blank control group 1 is used for zeroing the tested group, the blank control group 2 is used for zeroing the negative control group, and the blank control group 3 is used for zeroing the positive control group;

Inhibition rate ═ 1- [ (a1-a 2)/(A3-a 2) ] × 100% — (A3-a1)/(A3-a2) × 100%; specific results are shown in Table 3.
Experiment two: and (3) detecting the efficacy of the acne removing essence finished product:
1. subject: selecting 140 male and female half subjects for testing, and dividing the subjects into 14 groups of 10 subjects, wherein the ratio of male to female in each group is 1: 1; the subjects are required to have no allergic history of skin diseases, no influence factors such as birthmarks, scratch marks, white spots, pigmented nevi and the like on the facial skin, and no anti-inflammatory drugs and the like are used on the tested parts within two months; the subjects showed pimples on the forehead, cheeks and chin, mostly black and white, pink and red acne, pimples or cyst on the top, itching or pain; the face of the subject dispersed acne marks and scars (which were generated within one month).
2. The test substance: the test products are the acne removal essence prepared by application examples 1-8, comparative application examples 1-5 and comparative examples.
3. Experimental comparison standards: subject self-ante-post controls and interclass parallel controls were used.
4. Detecting items: detecting the acne removing rate; detecting the acne scar eliminating time:
5. the specific detection test method comprises the following steps: the subjects of 12 groups respectively use the acne removal essences prepared in application examples 1-7 and comparative application examples 1-5, the rest two groups use the acne removal essence milk prepared in comparative example, and the other group use the acne removal cream prepared in application example 8; the using method comprises the following steps: the anti-acne essence (anti-acne cream) is used by a subject in the morning and at night after face cleaning, the using amount of the anti-acne essence is 0.5 g/time (0.2 g/time) and the anti-acne essence is smeared on the face and is gently massaged until the anti-acne essence is absorbed. The product usage period was 30 days, facial conditions of subjects before and for 3, 7, 15 and 30 days using the product were photographed by a skin facial analyzer visiac (Canfield, usa) and facial Image analysis software Image-Pro Plus (Media Cybernetics, Inc.) respectively, and symptoms were recorded; calculating the decrement of the number of inflammatory papules or pustules of the average population of the subject to obtain the acne removal rate; recording the situation of the face acne marks, scars and pockmarks of the subject with reduced dissipation area to obtain dissipation rate; taking the average value of each group; the specific test records are detailed in tables 4 and 5.

The comparison of the performance test data for examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 in Table 3 can be seen: the anti-acne and mark-removing composition prepared in the examples 1-5 has a bacteriostatic rate of more than 95% on propionibacterium acnes, which shows that the composition has a good bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effect; the inhibition rate of the composition on tyrosinase activity is more than 88%, which shows that the composition can fully inhibit the generation of skin melanin, further reduce the generation of acne marks and fade the acne marks.
Comparative examples 1-4 show extracts of pericarp of mangosteen, radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, radix Paeoniae, and flos Lonicerae, respectively, in the composition; phellodendron amurense extract, thyme extract; radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, radix Glycyrrhizae Inflatae extract, and radix Scutellariae extract; the centella asiatica extract and the tremella fuciformis extract are replaced, the replaced substances have similar functional effects with the substances, but the substances after replacement are difficult to generate the synergistic interaction effect among the substances, so that the composition prepared in the comparative examples 1-4 has the advantages of reducing the bacteriostasis rate of propionibacterium acnes and the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity, and is difficult to exert the effects of removing acne and diminishing inflammation, inhibiting melanin generation and fading acne marks.
The performance test data according to application examples 1 to 7 and the comparative example in tables 4 and 5 can be obtained: application examples 1 to 7 are that the acne and acne mark removing composition prepared in the examples 1 to 5 is applied to acne removing essence, wherein the addition amount of the composition in the essences in the application examples 1 to 3 is 6 to 8 percent, and the compositions prepared in the examples 2 and 3 are used in the application examples 4 and 5; after the test subject uses the acne removing essence prepared by the application examples 1-5 for 3 days, the dissipation rate of facial acne marks and pits reaches 1 percent, facial acnes and papules are not increased any more, and pustules and cysts begin to darken and shrink; the use of the acne removing essence for 3 days shows that the acne removing essence has already been effective and has quick response; the dissipation rate reaches nearly 80% after 15d, comedones and inflammatory papules are removed, nodules and cysts are mostly removed, and only a small amount of red acne marks exist; the acne removing essence can efficiently remove acnes and diminish inflammation, and has an obvious effect of fading and repairing acne marks and pits; application examples 6 and 7 used the compositions prepared in examples 4 and 5, wherein the moisturizer was further adjusted; the 3d dissipation rate of the acne removing essence prepared by the application examples 6 and 7 used by a subject reaches more than 1.5 percent, the 30d dissipation rate reaches more than 90 percent, facial acne nodules and cysts are basically eliminated, large acne marks are basically eliminated, and pit acne scars are obviously removed; the efficacy of the acne removing essence is further improved; the control case is a commercial acne removal essence, the effect of the test subject is started only by using the acne removal essence 7d of the control case, the dissipation rate is only 40% by using 30d, the effect of 15d used in application examples 1-7 of the application cannot be achieved, and the acne removal and repair effects on acne marks and pits are basically not achieved. The comparison of the data of the application examples 1-7 and the comparative example also obviously reflects that the acne removing essence has the remarkable effects of removing acne and acne marks, quickly removing acne marks and repairing pockmarks.
In comparative application examples 1 to 5, the acne-removing and acne-eliminating composition is not contained in the acne-removing essence prepared in comparative application example 5, and data shows that the basic components in the essence can not be used for better improving the facial acne condition; compared with the acne removing essence of application examples 1-4, the acne removing and acne mark eliminating composition prepared in the comparative examples 1-4 is respectively and correspondingly used, and due to the fact that various plant extracts in the composition are replaced, the replaced components are difficult to cooperate with each other in a synergistic mode, so that a subject can have a visual effect after using the acne removing essence of the comparative application examples 1-4 for 7 days, and the acne removing condition of facial acne and fading and repairing of acne marks, acne pits and acne scars after using the acne removing essence for 30 days are not obvious.
Application example 8 is to apply the composition prepared in example 1 to an acne-removing cream, and a subject starts to take effect when using the acne-removing cream prepared in application example 8 for 3 days, facial acne basically disappears after 15 days, and acne-removing and acne mark-dissipating effects are obvious after 30 days.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

1. The acne and mark removing composition is characterized in that: the material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
0.22-0.42wt% of mangosteen pericarp extract;
0.04-0.08wt% of salvia miltiorrhiza root extract;
radix Paeoniae extract 1.02-1.12 wt%;
honeysuckle flower extract 0.04-0.08 wt%;
0.47-0.67wt% of phellodendron amurense extract;
0.47-0.67wt% of thyme extract;
0.33-0.53wt% of kuh-seng root extract;
0.33-0.53wt% of glycyrrhiza inflate extract;
0.47-0.67wt% of scutellaria root extract;
2.66-3.06wt% of centella asiatica extract;
4.19-4.39wt% of tremella extract;
3.04-3.24wt% of skin conditioner;
4.29 to 6.29 weight percent of humectant;
the solvent was added to 100 wt%.
2. The composition for removing acne and marks according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the humectant comprises one or two of dehydrated xylitol and xylitol.

s3, adding a skin conditioner and a humectant, uniformly mixing, filtering and discharging to obtain the acne-removing and acne-eliminating composition.
