Description

Acne-removing composition, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an acne-removing composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Acne is also called comedo, pimple, and the like, is a chronic skin inflammation, is well developed on the face, the upper chest and the back, and is mainly clinically manifested as comedo, pimple, pustule, nodule, and the like. The mechanism responsible for acne is mainly: sebum hypersecretion, obstruction of the pilosebaceous ducts, infection with bacteria, in particular propionibacterium acnes, and inflammatory reactions. Acne is also known as "whelk" because it is common in puberty. But acne not only appears in puberty, but also skin pores are easily blocked due to long-term contact of skin with dust in air, and skin barriers of human bodies are affected due to computer radiation, unhealthy life and the like, so that irregular skin metabolism is caused, and acne can be caused to grow.
The existing anti-acne method is many, such as laser treatment, can quickly destroy the acne propionate bacillus, effectively inhibit bacterial reproduction, eliminate the stimulation and damage to tissues, but the laser treatment has too strong effect and cannot radically remove acnes. If acid therapy is used, although the acid therapy has a certain inhibition effect on acne, the fruit acid has large irritation and strong side effect. If the medicine is used for treating the skin, the medicine has quick response, but the medicine resistance problem easily occurs, and the skin-dependent dermatitis is formed after long-term use. The acne-removing product such as acne-removing cream, acne-removing essence, acne-removing gel, acne-removing mask and the like is used for resisting acne, so that the acne-removing mask is mild and free of stimulation, and has a good effect. Therefore, the development of acne-removing products has been welcome.
For example, chinese patent CNCN105012347a discloses a skin repairing agent containing water-soluble derivatives of fullerene, which comprises water-soluble derivatives of fullerene, iodine stabilizer, iodine complexing agent, surfactant, organic acid, etc., wherein iodine complex component can kill bacteria, spores, protozoa, fungi, etc. infecting skin surface with high efficiency, gel component can protect wound from external pollution, create weak acidity and moist microenvironment which is favorable for wound healing, fullerene component has higher permeability, can be absorbed by organism transdermally, adsorb free radical in a great amount on wound layer, promote repair and regeneration of damaged cells, and obviously improve uncomfortable symptoms such as pruritus.
Also, as in chinese patent CN201410386421, a mild and effective composition for acne removal and oil control is disclosed, which comprises sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl fiber, urea sacs, D-panthenol, podocarpus macrophyllus extract, ethanol, white willow bark extract, purslane extract, etc. The skin moisturizing and oil ester balancing agent has the main effects of improving the skin moisturizing effect, regulating the skin oil ester balance, inhibiting sebum transitional secretion, and inhibiting the propagation of propionibacterium acnes so as to achieve the effects of controlling oil and removing acnes.
However, the existing acne removing product is easy to generate skin injury, has insufficient repairing effect on acne marks and has insufficient acne removing effect. It is therefore necessary to develop a mildly effective anti-acne product.

(II) acne-removing effect experiment
Randomly selecting 110 volunteers with acne of II degree or above, and ages 15-30, and male and female halves; the acne-removing composition is applied after the face is cleaned by warm water in the morning and evening every day, and is gently rubbed to the skin to be absorbed, and the acne-removing effect is observed after 2 weeks.
Acne grading criteria: i degree: skin lesions are comedones, sporadic or multiple inflammatory rashes; II degree: superficial abscess with I degree, the number of inflammations is large, but the method is limited to the face; III degree: the second degree deepens inflammatory rash, which may have cysts, occurring on the face, neck, chest and back; IV degree: and III, adding cyst, and easily forming scar which occurs on the upper body.
The experimental results are shown in table 4 below.
TABLE 4 Table 4
The results show that: the acne-removing composition obtained in the embodiments 1-3 has an acne-removing effect up to 100%, and has a remarkable acne-removing effect; the acne-removing effect of the acne-removing composition obtained in the examples 4 and 5 is inferior to that of the acne-removing composition obtained in the examples 1 to 3, and the proportion of each component in the acne-removing composition has a larger influence on the acne-removing effect; the acne-removing effect of the acne-removing composition obtained in examples 6-11 is obviously inferior to that of example 2, and the acne-removing effect of the acne-removing composition can be effectively improved by utilizing the combination of the cynanchum atratum extract, the pagodatree flower extract, the liquorice extract and the centella asiatica root extract.
(III) oil control effect experiment
72 volunteers with more vigorous skin grease secretion are randomly selected, the ages of 18-40 years and men and women are half-aged, the right forehead half part of the subject is selected as an experimental area, and the left forehead half part is selected as a control area. After volunteers under certain temperature and humidity conditions for 30min, measuring sebum value by using a SEBUMETER method by using a SEBUMETER SM815 sebum measuring instrument, and recording as T0; the acne-removing composition of the present invention was then applied at 1.25. Mu.L/cm 2 Uniformly applying the amount of (2) to the right half of forehead until absorption, measuring the sebum value at the moment, marking as T1, and then measuring the sebum value after 0.5, 1 and 2 hours; the change rate of the oil content is calculated as follows:
the change rate of the oil content= (oil content after application-oil content before application)/oil content before application×100%.
The experimental results are shown in table 5 below.
TABLE 5
The results show that: the acne-removing composition obtained in the embodiments 1-3 of the invention shows good oil control effect within 2 hours of application; the oil control effect of the acne-removing mixture obtained in comparative examples 4-11 is poorer than that of example 2, and it is seen that the proportion of the acne-removing composition, the type and proportion of active substances influence the oil control effect of the product, and better oil control effect can be obtained by taking the cynanchum atratum extract, the pagodatree flower extract, the licorice extract and the centella asiatica root extract as active substances; the oil control effect of the acne-removing mixture obtained in examples 12 and 13 is inferior to that of example 2, and it is seen that the proportion of the adsorbents dextrin, salicylic acid and sesaminic acid affects the absorption of the product, thereby affecting the oil control effect.
Experimental example 3
Stability test
The anti-acne compositions obtained in examples 1 to 13 of the present invention were subjected to various storage conditions for 3 months of stability observation, and the results are shown in Table 6 below.
TABLE 6
The results show that: the acne-removing composition obtained in the examples 1-3 has no obvious change after being stored for 30 months at different temperatures, and the color and the shape are consistent with those of the acne-removing composition before experiments, which shows that the acne-removing composition provided by the invention has good stability; the acne-removing composition obtained in examples 12 and 13 has deep color and small morphological change after being stored for 3 months at 40 ℃ and 50 ℃, which indicates that the dextrin, the salicylic acid and the sesame amino acid are added in a specific proportion, so that the long-term stability of the product can be improved, the use convenience and the portability are improved, and the acne-removing cosmetic can meet the demands of people at any time.
